Scheme of the planning organization of the land plot

The site for the placement of the interschool (cluster) stadium is located in the eastern part of the quarter of the 4th district and is limited by: from the west - the territory of the school; from the east and south - by the existing residential development of the quarter. In accordance with the PZZ, the site is located in the territorial zone TZZh2 - a residential area of ​​mid-rise and multi-storey apartment buildings located outside the territory of historically developed areas of the central part of the city, with the inclusion of social, cultural and household facilities related to the residence of citizens, as well as objects engineering infrastructure. The existing structures are to be demolished. The project provides for the breakdown of the territory into functional zones: Physical culture and sports zone; Rest zone; Economic zone. The physical culture and sports zone includes a football field, running tracks, jumping pits, a shot-throwing sector, a basketball and volleyball court, and gymnastic grounds. The recreation area includes two areas for a quiet rest, isolated from the rest of the territory by green spaces. An administrative building has been designed in the western part of the territory. The economic zone consists of a turnaround area and a container area for collecting garbage. Entrance to the economic zone is organized from the northern intra-quarter passage. For the passage of fire engines, a passage with a tiled surface is organized from the west, from the south and northeast sides - a passage along the lawn along a geogrid. Sidewalks are designed for pedestrians. Along the perimeter of the site, a fence from the "Rabica" mesh is installed. The vertical layout was decided in conjunction with the marks of existing driveways and nearby buildings. Sediment drainage from buildings and structures is provided for in the trays of roads and sidewalks by longitudinal and transverse slopes with water discharge into storm water wells. To lower the groundwater level around the building, a wall drainage was designed, a drainage tray and drainage are arranged around the football field with a connection to sewer wells. To lower the overall level of groundwater and maintain sports facilities in working condition, the project provides for deep tubular drainage.

Space-planning solutions

The architectural and construction part was developed in accordance with the current building codes and regulations. Constructive decisions

The foundation of the building is made of reinforced concrete driven piles, with a section of 300x300 mm and a length of 9000 mm, adopted according to the series 1.011-10 issue 1. Monolithic reinforced concrete grillages made of B15 concrete with a thickness of 1000 mm, prepared from B7,5 concrete. Basement walls are made of prefabricated concrete blocks in accordance with GOST 13579-78 with B7,5 concrete embedment. Floor slabs and coverings, prefabricated reinforced concrete, round-hollow, 220 mm thick according to the series 1.141.1-KR-3, issue. 3;5; 16. After installation and anchoring of the slabs, the seams between the slabs are puttied with B15 hard concrete on fine aggregate. When performing work on the construction of walls at the junction of the longitudinal and transverse walls, as well as in the corners of the building, install masonry nets with a diameter of 3ВРр with a cell of 100x100 mm under the disks of floors and coatings with an approach to the walls of at least 1 m. Internal stairs are made of stacked steps on metal stringers. Platforms of stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete 80 mm thick. Lintels - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.0381-1 issue 1. Support pads - adopted according to series 1.255-2 issue 11. The metal frame consists of columns with a diameter of 273x8 mm, connected by crossbars of a rectangular profile from channels No. 36. The tribunes are designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs on brick walls, the stairs of the stands and entrances are monolithic reinforced concrete with a mosaic coating. The canopy of the stands is made of plastic on a metal frame. All metal products are primed with a primer GF-021. Frame products: columns, beams and stringers of stairs after priming are plastered with a cement-sand mortar with the addition of perlite sand over a 30 mm thick chain-link mesh. False ceiling structures should be carried out after installation of ventilation boxes and electrical wiring.
