Architectural design of facades, landscaping

The buildings are designed taking into account the difficult conditions of the protected landscape. Pitched roofs made of black metal tiles, light plastered walls, partially lined with natural stone, delicately fit into the forest landscape, look harmoniously against the background of coniferous forest, give a feeling of comfort to people who come to the stadium. Structures - a metal frame with monolithic ceilings. External walls - aerated concrete with plaster and cladding. Covering - metal tile on rafters and lathing. Modern materials are widely used in facade decoration - facade stained-glass systems filled with single-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows, louvered grilles made of galvanized steel with a multi-layer paint and varnish coating. Warm, ocher colors were used in the decoration of pavilions and technical structures. In order to improve sanitary and hygienic conditions, the project provides for the improvement of the territory adjacent directly to the buildings with the use of tiled paving of sidewalks and playgrounds, arrangement of lawns, flower beds, planting trees and shrubs, installation of small architectural forms with the possibility of using elements of decorative art. The planning marks of the site were taken taking into account the existing surrounding layout and drainage conditions for the planned territory.

Structural and space-planning solutions, 1 stage of construction (description of stage 2 - on request)

The level of responsibility of the designed buildings and structures is 2 (normal). The pavilion for judges is designed according to the frame-braced design scheme. The main load-bearing elements of the frame are steel columns and floor beams made of rolled I-section profiles. Steel C255. Grid of columns 6x6 m. External walls - self-supporting, from aerated concrete blocks D500; B2, 375 mm thick with external plastering; in the basement level - three-layer, from monolithic reinforced concrete B20; F100, with an inner layer of insulation, with a total thickness of 340 mm. The inner walls of the stairwell are hollow brick masonry 250 mm thick. Ceilings - slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete B25 with a thickness of 100 mm along steel purlins and floor beams. The load-bearing structures of the coating are a steel truss system. Canopy structures at axis 1 - in the form of inclined rafters made of glued wood and a covering of cellular polycarbonate over wooden girders. The project provides for the treatment of load-bearing wooden structures of the coating with antiseptic compounds and flame retardants. The internal staircase is designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along metal stringers and beams and monolithic reinforced concrete platforms. The external staircase is made of rolled metal, supported by steel studs and free-standing foundations. Porches - from monolithic reinforced concrete. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the rigid connection of the columns with the foundation, the presence of steel vertical braces and hard disks of the floors. The foundations are taken on a natural basis, from monolithic reinforced concrete B20; W6; F100, in the form of free-standing columnar foundations (under the frame columns), united by beams with a section of 350 x 350 mm (under the outer walls), and strip foundations (under the inner walls of the staircase). The base of the floor of the first floor is a 140 mm thick monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Concrete preparation is provided under the foundations. The basis of the foundations of the building of the pavilion for judges are dusty and medium-sized sands, wet, below the groundwater level - saturated with water (EGE 3 and EGE 5), with design characteristics: c = 7 (3) kPa; E=34(45) MPa; e=0,500; φ=35(39) deg. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 35.50. The design solutions provide for coating waterproofing of the side surfaces of foundations made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements in contact with the ground, and horizontal anti-capillary waterproofing along the edge of the foundation. The pavilion for the participants of the competitions - the service area is designed according to the frame-braced structural scheme. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the rigid connection of the columns with the foundation and the presence of vertical and horizontal steel stiffeners. The main load-bearing elements of the frame are steel columns made of closed bent-welded box sections and attic floor beams made of rolled I-section sections. Steel C255, C245. Grid of columns 5,0 (2,1) x 4,2 m. Attic floor - profiled flooring on steel girders. The load-bearing structures of the coating are a wooden truss system. External walls - self-supporting, from aerated concrete blocks D500; B2, 375 mm thick, with external plastering; in the basement level - from monolithic reinforced concrete B25 with external insulation. Along the longitudinal walls of the building for the installation of canopies, it is planned to install steel racks made of paired profiles of rectangular section with a step of 8,4 cm with a system of beams based on the main frame of the building. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 35.05. The foundations are taken on a natural shallow foundation, made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25; W6; F100, in the form of a slab 250 mm thick (under the main frame of the building) and strip foundations (under the canopy pillars). Under the foundations, concrete preparation with a thickness of 100 mm is provided for by adding sand of medium size with layer-by-layer compaction with a thickness of 3,0 to 4,3 meters. Design solutions provide for the excavation of peaty soil and peat under the base of the foundations (the depth of the extracted stratum is 0,9-2,2 m). At the base of the sand bedding there are gravelly dense wet sands (EGE 4) with design characteristics: c=2 kPa; E=45 MPa; e=0,500; φ=42 deg. The boiler house building is designed in brick walls 380 mm thick made of hollow porous stone 10,8 FN M125, the basement and parapet are made of solid brick. Covering - profiled flooring on the steel beams of the cover. The designed chimney is a load-bearing lattice tower 10,0 meters high of a truss type with three gas exhaust shafts. The load-bearing tower is a spatial triangular vertical structure with dimensions of the faces in the plan of 1,0 m, consisting of steel pipes with a section of 1086 and lathing of bent box-section profiles. An anti-corrosion coating of the steel structures of the carrier tower is provided. Gas outlet shafts - pipes with a diameter of 250 mm made of corrosion-resistant steel with thermal insulation. The exhaust stacks are attached to the supporting spatial structure with a spacing of 1,2 m. The chimney is designed as a cantilever with rigid pinching into the foundation by means of anchor bolts. The foundation of the boiler house building was adopted on a natural basis, in the form of a slab 300 mm thick with a thickening of up to 505 mm in the boiler installation area, with a pit 2,0 m deep (pit walls and bottom 200 mm thick). The foundation of the chimney was adopted on a natural basis, in the form of a slab 800 mm thick with dimensions in plan - 2,1 x 2,1 m from monolithic reinforced concrete B25; W6; F100. Under the foundations, concrete preparation is provided with a thickness of 100 mm. Dusty sands (EGE 3) serve as the basis for the foundations of the building of the boiler house and the chimney. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 35.03. The buildings of the booster water pumping station (fire fighting) are designed in brick walls 380 mm thick made of hollow porous stone 10,8 FN, M125, the basement and parapet are made of solid brick. At the base of the foundations of the building of the pumping station and reservoirs there are silty sands (EGE 3). In order to protect underground structures from groundwater, the concrete grade for water resistance for reinforced concrete monolithic structures was adopted as W6, coating waterproofing of the side surfaces of the foundations in contact with the ground is provided. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the SCAD 11.3 software package. The settlements of the designed buildings and structures do not exceed the maximum allowable values. The fencing of the territory is designed in the form of steel lattice sections 2.0 m high with supporting structures in the form of steel posts; rack pitch - 2,0 m.
