Architectural and space-planning solutions

The existing gas boiler house, which is subject to technical re-equipment into a central heating point, is located in a building of complex configuration in plan, a four- or five-story building with a basement and an attic. The period of construction of the building dates back to the end of the 19th century; information about the dates of the major repairs of the building has not been preserved. The building structurally consists of two parts attached to each other. The walls are brick; For a relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the clean floor of the boiler room was taken, which is +1,800 in the Baltic height system. During the technical re-equipment of the boiler house, the supporting structures (walls and ceilings), according to the design documentation, are only repaired, cracks and flaws are repaired with the help of special solutions. The damaged plaster layer is restored. The room in axes 4-6, A-B, is removed from the ITP areas, the doorway along axis B is laid with bricks of the M75 brand. Existing floors are to be demolished. The new floors on the first floor are made of ceramic tiles on a leveling screed, arranged on a 120 mm thick power plate. The existing boiler room is divided into three rooms: the CHP room and two utility rooms. New hermetic doors are being installed in the doorways connecting these rooms. During the technical re-equipment of the premises, all windows and doors are replaced. The windows are wooden with single-chamber double-glazed windows. The technological equipment of the central heating station does not imply the constant presence of maintenance personnel. The project documentation does not provide for amenity premises. Finishing of the premises of the building is the painting of repaired brick walls and brick walls with sound insulation elements with water-based paint. The floors are concrete with tiled floors.
