Architectural solutions.

The building was built in 1965 according to the project of a typical general education labor polytechnic school (4-storey, brick). The project was developed in 1963. in workshop No. 3 "LENPROEKT" for construction in Leningrad and the Leningrad region. The spatial organization is based on a space-planning solution, which determines the placement of the main premises and their configuration, taking into account the structural scheme of the building. The building is U-shaped in plan and consists of 3 blocks: central - 4-storey block of educational and auxiliary premises, floor height - 3.30 m, parapet elevation - 14,61 m; assembly hall block, block height - 7.58m; the height of the gymnasium block is 7.58 m. The mark of the clean floor of the first floor is taken as a relative mark of 0.000 m, which corresponds to the absolute mark of 11.50 m in the Baltic system of heights. The main facade is symmetrical, the main entrance is the main entrance. In the center of the main facade of the building, the main entrance was designed with an external vestibule and a ramp for people with limited mobility. On the opposite side, there are four evacuation exits from the school to the courtyard with a ramp for people with limited mobility. On this facade there are two blocks of open loggias from the 2nd to the 4th floor. Above the roof of the building there are two volumes of stairwells with a parapet mark of 17.0m. The building has a compact volume and space solution with a clear functional placement of the necessary premises in three volumes: a four-story block of the educational building, two-story blocks of assembly and sports halls. The project provides for the following major repairs: repair of facades; partial dismantling of brickwork of external walls, dismantling of existing partitions and installation of new ones in accordance with design solutions, dismantling of technological buildings on the roof; arrangement of entrance vestibules; repair of internal stairs with replacement of fencing; replacement of window and door blocks; installation of cabins in bathrooms; facade insulation; cosmetic repairs. The engineering and technical premises of the school were designed in the basement: ventilation chambers, a heating unit, a water metering unit, and an electric boiler room. The basement is divided into two compartments with two evacuation exits for each compartment. Emergency exits are also provided through the pits (two for each compartment). The switchboard is located on the first floor of the building in the axes "M-L" and "1-2" with a separate exit leading directly to the outside. There are no classrooms on the first floor of the building. Organized main entrance with a double vestibule, vestibule, wardrobe with separate cells for each class. Four evacuation exits lead to the school yard (two from the four-story part of the building, one from the sports hall and one from the assembly halls) with a ramp. The school canteen with a kitchen and a distribution line is allocated in a separate block of premises on the first floor of the left wing of the building. In the right wing of the building, a gym, a medical center, carpentry and locksmith workshops, a bathroom for people with limited mobility, a bathroom for staff, and a MOS room are designed. On the second floor are designed: primary school classrooms, a housekeeping room for girls with a kitchen area, a social teacher's office, auxiliary and technical rooms for assembly and sports halls. In addition, girls' personal hygiene rooms, separate bathrooms for teachers, and a MOS room were designed. On the third floor, classrooms, a teacher's room and library premises with a reading room, an information point, an open access fund, a closed storage fund, a girls' personal hygiene room, separate bathrooms for teachers, and a MEP room are designed. On the fourth floor there are classrooms, foreign language classrooms, computer science classrooms, a server room, a girls' personal hygiene room, separate bathrooms for teachers, and a MEP room. The roof is combined, two-level, with an organized external drain. Coating - two layers of "Technoelast-Prime". External walls - existing, brick.
