Architectural and space-planning solutions

The design documentation was prepared on the basis of the design assignment, the Addendum to the design assignment No. 1 and the technical report on the examination of the existing structures of the emergency zone of the apartment building affected by the explosion. An apartment building is a 9-storey panel building built according to a standard project 1Lg-504. The emergency area affected by the explosion is located in section No. 7 on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th floors. Emergency recovery work is provided for on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th floors in apartments 219 (2nd floor), 223 (3rd floor), 224 (3rd floor), 227 (4th floor), 228 (4th floor), 231 (5th floor ). Design solutions provide for a major overhaul of apartments for fine finishing: in apartments 219, 223, 231, replacement of ceilings and partitions, replacement of joinery (doors, windows) is provided; in apartment 227, replacement of ceilings, an inter-apartment wall along the 1/2 axis of partitions and fences of loggias, replacement of joinery (doors, windows) is provided; in apartments 224, 228 replacement of partitions, replacement of joinery (doors, windows) is provided. Filling window openings: metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Filling of doorways: internal doors - wooden; Entrance doors from apartments - metal. The inter-apartment wall (between apartments 227 and 228) is made of concrete wall blocks 140 mm thick with filling the internal holes with a cement-sand mortar, followed by plastering on both sides. Intra-apartment partitions - from tongue-and-groove gypsum concrete blocks 80 mm thick, followed by plastering on both sides. Structural solutions provide for the fastening of the outer wall panels of the 3rd and 4th floors in the axes "2" - "4" along the axis "A", in the places of the fastening of the outer wall panels from the side of the facade, plastering and painting in the color of the facade are provided.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II (normal). In accordance with the technical conclusion on the examination of the existing structures of the emergency zone in the axes "A" - "D" - "1" - "4" of section No. 7 from floors 1 to 9, affected by the explosion, the existing residential building was built in 1984 along the wall constructive scheme. At the time of the survey, the apartments in the emergency zone were settled and were not in use. Existing external walls - load-bearing prefabricated expanded clay concrete wall panels 400 mm thick. The condition of the wall panels on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors was recognized as limited serviceable. The condition of the wall panels of floors 1, 6-9 was found to be operational. Internal bearing walls - prefabricated reinforced concrete wall panels with a thickness of 250 mm (longitudinal wall) and 200 mm (transverse wall). Strength class of concrete - B12.5. The condition of the internal wall panels of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floors was recognized as limited serviceable. The condition of the internal wall panels of floors 1, 6-9 was recognized as operational. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs, flat and box-shaped. Flat slabs - 140 mm thick, box-shaped - 50 mm slab thickness in the span, rib height - 270 mm. The strength class of concrete for flat slabs is B20, for box-section slabs - B15. Floor slabs over the 3rd floor collapsed in the axes "A" - "B" - "1" - "3", in the axes "B" - "G" - "1" - "1/2" and "A" - "B" - "2" - "3" received damage. Floor slabs above the second floor in the axes "A" - "B" - "1" - "3" and above the fourth floor in the axes "A" - "D" - "1" - "4" were damaged. The condition of the floor slabs above the 2nd and 4th floors was recognized as emergency. The floor slabs above the 1st and 5th-9th floors were found to be operational. The staircase is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete marches. The state of the elevator shaft structures was recognized as operational. The elevator shaft is made of precast concrete panels. The condition of the staircase structures is recognized as operational. Design solutions provide for the dismantling of floor slabs above the 2nd floor in the axes "1" - "2" - "B" - "C" and "2" - "3" - "A" - "C", above the 3rd and 4th floors in the axes "1" - "2" - "B" - "C" and "1" - "1/2" - "C" - "G" and "2" - "4" - "A" - "C". Design solutions developed constructive solutions for fastening the outer wall panels of the 3rd and 4th floors in the axes "2" - "4" along the axis "A" to ensure the stability of the panels from the plane. The project provides for the installation of new monolithic ceilings over the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Over the 2nd floor, monolithic floor slabs were developed in the axes "1" - "2" - "B" - "C" and "2" - "3" - "A" - "C"; above the 3rd and 4th floors - in the axes "1" - "2" - "B" - "C" and "1" - "1/2" - "C" - "D" and "2" - "4" - "A" - "B". Monolithic ceilings in the axes "A" - "G" - "1" - "1/2" - "2" are designed with a thickness of 140 mm, flat, made of class B25 concrete. Monolithic ceilings in the axes "A" - "B" - "2" - "4" - beam, span thickness 80 mm, beam height - 270 mm, from B25 class concrete. New railings for loggias were designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete railing panels of individual manufacture. New structures are designed on the basis of calculation in the SCAD 11.5 software package.
