Architectural solutions.

The architecture of the rank is determined by its constructive scheme and corresponds to the functional purpose. The general planning decision of the title was made on the basis of the customer's proposal. 1st floor of the building. Designed for 7 groups of 18-20 children. Group cells are equipped with the following rooms: bedroom, group, dressing room, toilet, pantry. On the floor there are premises for a catering unit, medical premises, a carpentry workshop, a supply manager's office, household premises, an ITP with a bleaching entrance, and a laundry room. II floor of the building. Designed for 7 groups of 18-20 people. Group cells are equipped with the following rooms: bedroom, group, dressing room, toilet, pantry. On the floor there is an office of the manager, a methodological office, a music and sports hall with pantries for storing inventory. All group cells have 2 emergency exits. Tech underground. Designed for inputs of engineering communications - water, sewerage, heat, electricity. The total number of places for children is 249 people. The title and set of premises of the kindergarten allows you to develop and educate children in the physical, artistic, aesthetic and intellectual direction.

Constructive decisions.

Before starting work on this project, perform: partial dismantling of partitions, cleaning of the remaining walls and partitions from plaster; dismantling of floor coverings in existing wells.5. plates; dismantling of all window and door blocks in walls and partitions, cleaning of all slopes from old plaster; dismantling of parapet roof slabs, flat roof structures in existing slabs, incl. drainage systems. The designed partitions in the medical unit, as well as the openings to be laid in the partitions, should be made of ceramic solid brick KURPO 1.4NF / 100 / 1,4 / VO GOST S30-2007 on a cement-sand mortar MB0 and plastered with a cement-sand mortar 20 mm on both sides. Reinforce brick partitions with wire mesh F 3 Vr1 with cells 70x70 mm through 4 ripples of masonry. External enclosing structures - existing self-supporting expanded clay concrete panels 300 mm thick insulated with Rockwool mineral wool board, Fasab Butts brand (attached with glue and plastic dowels), 130 mm thick. Facade bleaching - ROCKdecorsil structural plaster with a reinforcing layer. Projected windows - two-chamber double-glazed windows in PVC bindings in accordance with GOST 30674-99.
