General information.

The buildings were built in 1972 according to the KMS-101 project of reuse with an extension at the level of 1-2 floors. The main part of the buildings is rectangular in plan, with overall dimensions (in axes) 24,0x18,8 m, 17-storey, with a technical underground and attic space. The height of the technical underground is 3,45 m, the 1st floor is 3,99 m, the 2nd floor is 3,66 m, the 3-17th floors are 3,0 m, the attic space is 2,03 m. The total height of the building is from the mark of 0,000 - 58,1 m. At the roof level, a booth for access to the roof is made with overall dimensions of 10,9x7,0 m, height - 3,0 m. 2. The foundations under the walls are tape from FBS blocks, under the columns - columnar, prefabricated reinforced concrete. The results of the calculation show that the bearing capacity of the foundations under the action of existing loads and loads from the designed hinged facade is ensured. External signs of uneven settlement of foundations (curvature of the geometry of openings, characteristic inclined cracks in the walls, curvature of the basement lines, etc.), as well as damage to the foundation body in open pits, are not observed. The general technical condition of the foundation structures is operational.
