The outer walls are brick, 540 mm thick, the supports are prefabricated reinforced concrete foundation, the internal transverse walls are brick, 380 mm thick, the partitions are brick, gypsum plaster. The ceiling above the standard floor is reinforced concrete. The ceiling above the basement is reinforced concrete. Reinforced concrete attic floors, reinforced concrete lintels, roof load-bearing structures: pitched, layered wooden truss system, roof made of galvanized flat steel sheets.
