Architectural and space-planning solutions

The existing cinema building was built according to the standard design of a widescreen cinema for 1250 seats 2LG-06-01 (version 1966), developed by the Lenproekt Institute. The building - 2-3 floors, consists of two main volumes: an elevated central blind volume of the auditorium box with a balcony; lowered, including all other rooms and surrounded on three sides by a stylobate 0,9 m high, lined with gray stone tiles. The working draft of the reconstruction provides for: the dismantling of part of the existing structures and elements of the building's decoration, the replacement of all engineering and technological equipment, the insulation of the building's facades and the replacement of stained-glass windows and windows. The reconstruction of the cinema is planned without increasing the overall dimensions and height of the existing building and provides for the expansion of the functionality of this object of cultural and public services. The planned reconstruction provides for the organization of a large multi-functional hall with a balcony for 660 seats (with a significantly increased stage area), designed for meetings, conferences, festivals, performances by concert and theater groups, watching movies and cable and terrestrial television programs on the big screen. In addition, the working project provides for such new premises as a small hall for 99 seats, a youth recording studio, offices of youth organizations, an exhibition complex, wardrobes for visitors to the large and small halls. On the 1st and 2nd floors of the House of Youth in the lobby there are cafe-bars selling soft drinks, ice cream and various pastries. In order to expand the number of cafe seats in the summer, the working project of reconstruction changed the central entrance to a stylobate. The possibility of placing additional premises on the existing areas arose in connection with the redevelopment of most of the premises of the basement floor, by lowering the marks of clean floors in a number of premises and, accordingly, increasing their height. The working design of the reconstruction provides for the possibility of independent functioning of the foyer on the 1st and 2nd floors with cafe-bars, a small stage, an exhibition complex, as well as a complex of premises for a small hall, a studio and sound recording equipment, and offices of youth organizations. The working draft defines the following main design planning solutions: At the level of the basement and basement floors in axes A-P and the 1st floor in axes R-U in axes B-C, at the site of the technological premises previously located here, a lowering of the finished floor from elev. -1.200 to elev. -1.650 and placement of the lobby and cloakroom for spectators. In addition, redevelopment is envisaged with the expansion of spectator bathrooms, the organization of a storage room for cleaning equipment. In axes 1-6, 13-18, auxiliary rooms, ventilation chambers and new open stairs were designed to connect the wardrobe and the foyer of the 1st floor. In axes B-C, within the stylobate, a pit with stairs for evacuation exits from the basement with glazed skylights in stained-glass structures was designed. In the axes L-R, a group of engineering and technical premises was designed - a thermal and water metering unit, an electrical room, a ventilation chamber (with a lowering of the finished floor mark to -1.200) with separate entrances from the street. In axes P-T, 7-12 after dismantling the room with air conditioners, and leveling the floors to elev. +0.150, a complex of a small hall with a vestibule, a wardrobe and bathrooms for visitors, as well as a youth recording studio with a control room are provided. In the axes Р-С, on the site of the ticket offices previously located here, 2 stairwells with access to the outside are designed, which are a continuation of the existing stairs from the balcony, which previously reached only the auditorium corridors. The existing transformer substations remain in their original locations. At the level of the 1st floor, an entrance foyer was designed, in the volume of which the cash complex and the security room are fenced off in the corner parts, and a cafe-bar in the central part. In the volume of the auditorium in the axes G-D/E, a two-level insert with a group of artistic rooms with access to the stage was designed. At the level of the 2nd floor in axes R-U, a complex of technological premises for servicing the auditorium and a group of administrative and service premises (including offices of youth organizations) with independent entrances through evacuation stairwells in axes 3-4, 15-16 are provided in the same place. In the axes A-C (at the level of the 2nd floor) and in the axes C-U (at the level of the 3rd floor) in the foyer of the 2nd floor there are existing open stairs along the G axis, between which a small stage-podium is designed for the performance of concert numbers by individual performers or small groups. From el. +5.700 there are entrances to the 2nd level of the artistic complex; It is planned to reduce the depth of the balcony of the auditorium and the number of rows of spectator seats to ensure visibility of the front area of the stage. On the 3rd floor in the C-U axes, as well as on the 2nd floor, administrative offices are designed. New walkways and galleries are being built above the platform in the D/E-I axes to service technological equipment. The exterior decoration provides for facing the stylabate and steps with granite slabs. The brickwork of the facades of the building is insulated from the outside with mineral wool boards, plastered and painted with facade paints. Along the perimeter of the building at the level of +10.000, it is planned to install a decorative frieze strip made of steel cassettes with a polymer coating. Part of the stained-glass fillings of the 1st floor (in the areas of the security post, cash desks and cafe-bar) is designed from sandwich panels with an outer surface made of thin sheet steel with a polymer coating. At the bottom of the stained-glass window, a plinth 0.45 m high with porcelain stoneware cladding is provided. Roofing - rolled with an internal drain (the existing roofing pie and parapet covers are to be completely replaced). For visitors in wheelchairs, the working project provides for an external ramp along the wall along axis 1, leading to the stylobate in the area of the distribution tambour, through which the entrance to the lobby is provided 1st floor, where individual dressing rooms, lockers and a bathroom for the disabled are designed. In the same place, the visitor can use the services of a cafe-bar on the 1st floor. Spectators in wheelchairs have the opportunity to get into the hall along the inner ramp to the lower mark of the hall +1.700 and be accommodated in a specially provided zone of the 1st row.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Structural solutions for the reconstruction of the existing building are developed based on the materials of the survey of structures and foundations and on the basis of engineering and geological surveys carried out at the construction site. When designing, drawings of the AR and KR of a typical cinema project were used, according to which the building was built in the 70s of the twentieth century. The existing building of the cinema is brick, with frame elements in the auditorium and foyer. External walls - 520 mm thick of solid ceramic bricks with an outer layer of facing ceramic bricks. Internal load-bearing walls - 380 mm thick from solid ceramic bricks. Wall masonry, with the exception of defective areas, is in working order. Verification calculations established that the bearing capacity of the walls of the building is sufficient to absorb the existing loads. Reinforced concrete columns of the built-in frame do not have significant defects and are in working condition. The ceilings of the building are prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed, hollow and flat. Covering of the auditorium - prefabricated reinforced concrete ribbed slabs on prefabricated reinforced concrete trusses of a segmental shape. Farms - with a span of 24,0 m, based on monolithic belts of brick walls. In the slabs of the coating, traces of leaks, destruction of the edges of the ribs of the slabs, and exposure of the working reinforcement are observed. The general condition of the roof structures and floors of the building is operational. The stylobate structures of the central entrance have significant defects, damage and are in a limited working condition. The foundations of the building - on a natural basis, strip, from prefabricated concrete blocks on foundation pads. To examine the foundations, 3 pits were made. The study of the state of soils at the base of the foundations was carried out by the method of dynamic sounding. At the base of the foundations, in accordance with engineering and geological surveys, there are plastic sandy loams and hard loams. The general condition of the foundations of the building is workable. Based on the design data on the bearing capacity of the main structures of the building and taking into account their technical condition, strengthening of structures, except for the ceiling under the auditorium, is not required, since the functional purpose of the building does not change in connection with the reconstruction. The constructive solutions of the working project for the reconstruction of the building provide for: in existing brick walls - sealing cracks, repairing lintels and defective areas, strengthening piers with steel clips, installing steel lintels over new openings, installing a monolithic reinforced concrete belt; change of architectural and constructive solutions of the stylobate; dismantling of wooden structures for lifting the floor of the auditorium with the installation of new structures from steel profiles; reinforcement with steel structures of prefabricated floor slabs under the auditorium. Elements of reinforcement of floor slabs form a single system with steel structures for lifting the floor of the auditorium; dismantling of part of the existing ceilings, partial punching of new holes in existing slabs to pass communications and install new stairs; sealing existing holes; lowering the basement floor under the main entrance to the building by 450 mm (from minus 1,200 to minus 1,650) to accommodate the vestibule and cloakroom; dividing the auditorium into two volumes by installing a partition made of aerated concrete blocks in a steel frame. Frame racks are installed on a monolithic strip foundation with a section of 1200 x 450 mm. Two levels of new floors are supported on the frame posts and on the existing foyer wall of the building to accommodate artistic rooms and technological rooms with equipment to ensure the functioning of the auditorium. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs on fixed formwork from profiled flooring, floor beams - steel from rolled profiles; device for covering the stage and screen gallery from wooden beams on steel beams; device of the portal for the installation of technological equipment of the stage. The portal columns and the truss with a span of 18,0 m are made of steel box profiles. The stability of the portal is ensured by fastening to the existing structures of the building and to the new steel structures of the frame of the dividing partition of the auditorium. Separate monolithic reinforced concrete foundations are designed under the portal columns; changing the configuration of the balcony ceiling: the overhang of the cantilever part of the middle monolithic reinforced concrete beams is reduced by 870 mm, the ceiling sections are dismantled and a monolithic slab is made along the girders from steel angles according to the new balcony configuration. The calculation of structures was performed analytically using the main regulatory documents and on the SCAD 11.1 software package. Building responsibility level – II. Foundations for new structures are designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys. At the base of the foundations, sandy, plastic sandy loam with characteristics ρ= 2,24 t/m3, φ=17°, c \u0,19d 2 kgf / cm140, E \u2d XNUMX kgf / cmXNUMX. Groundwater was not recorded during the survey period. During the period of heavy precipitation and snowmelt, groundwater such as perch water may appear at a depth of 1,0 m from the surface of the earth. The project provides for measures to protect the basement from groundwater. A relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to an absolute elevation 42.900 m.
