Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of the state educational institution of a secondary school, subject to major repairs, is a different-height, detached brick building with a basement floor and an attic, built in 1937, with a sports hall and a four-story part of the building attached during operation and a four-story volume of the building from the western facade of the main building. The main volume of the building has 4 above-ground floors with a height of 18,90 m from the planning mark of the ground surface to the mark of the roof ridge and a one-story volume of the sports hall with a height of up to the roof mark of 5,77 m. The building has a rectangular outline with dimensions along the extreme axes of 52,51 x 24,23 , 7 m. Functional purpose - a secondary school designed for teaching students from grades 11 to 250. The estimated capacity of students is 25 people, the average class size is 150 people. The project documentation provides for a comprehensive overhaul of the school building in the existing dimensions, with the preservation of its purpose, with the elimination of physical and moral deterioration, with the maximum possible bringing the layout of the premises in line with current regulatory requirements. The main entrance to the building is provided from the side of the street from the outer wing, equipped with a lift for the disabled. The project documentation for the comprehensive overhaul provides for: replacement of wooden floor structures with monolithic reinforced concrete structures along metal beams; reinforcement of columns, piers, arrangement of new openings in the walls in accordance with the space-planning solution; redevelopment of premises with the dismantling of internal partitions and the installation of new brick partitions 2 mm thick with a plaster layer; replacement of window filling elements with metal-plastic PVC-profiles with 100-chamber double-glazed windows while maintaining the existing deglazing; replacement of internal and external door elements of fillings with metal, wooden, glazed and deaf, in fire-resistant and conventional versions, of individual manufacture and in accordance with GOST; replacement and repair of steps of stairwells; replacement of protective canopies over the pits of entrances to the basement; repair of external pits for basement entrances and elimination of basement entrances from common stairwells; repair and reinforcement of the truss system with the replacement of the crate; replacement and installation of a roof made of sheet steel with a fence around the perimeter of the roof; replacement of floor coverings with new coverings, depending on the purpose of the premises, taking into account sanitary and hygienic and fire safety requirements; installation of suspended ceilings such as "Armstrong"; insulation of external walls with mineral wool slabs XNUMX mm thick, followed by the application of a plaster layer and painting according to the color blank, facing the basement with porcelain stoneware. The project documentation provides for: in the basement - placement of technical premises for engineering support of the house (water metering unit, main switchboard, individual heating point, sanitary unit, ventilation chamber); in the basement - a sports hall with two external entrances, locker rooms and showers for girls; on the ground floor - the arrangement of a lobby, dressing rooms for students and employees with a security room, a catering unit with a dining room and the necessary set of premises, an archive, a gym, offices for teachers and administration, locker rooms and showers for boys at the gym; on the second floor - the arrangement of classrooms and offices, a laboratory room, a doctor's office with a procedural and sanitary unit, sanitary units for students, staff and teachers; on the third floor - classrooms, offices, laboratory, sanitary facilities for students and teachers; on the fourth floor - the arrangement of classrooms and classrooms, a laboratory, a library, two book depositories, meeting rooms, an art studio, sanitary facilities for students and teachers; in the technical attic - ventilation chambers. Recreations are designed on each floor in the building. Evacuation and communication between the floors are provided through two staircases of type L1. Interior decoration of premises and stairwells is carried out with materials that have sanitary-hygienic and fire safety certificates of conformity. Roofing over the sports hall - rolled, with gravel bedding; above the main building - metal, made of sheet steel, with an organized external drain. Thermal protection of external enclosing structures and filling elements is designed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". Measures are provided for the accessibility of the building to people with limited mobility.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

 Structural scheme of the existing building: in axes 1-8/Zh-L - incomplete frame, in other areas - frameless, with longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of brick and cinder-concrete walls and floor disks. Foundations - rubble strip and from prefabricated foundation concrete blocks on reinforced concrete pads. Under the columns - free-standing, rubble. External walls along axes B, C, M and extensions in axes 9-11 / I-L - brick on lime-sand mortar. In the rest of the sections, the outer walls are made of cinder blocks on a lime-sand mortar. The internal walls are made of cinder blocks. Jumpers are metal. The frame of the building is brick, brick-concrete columns and metal girders. Ceilings above the basement - brick vaults on metal beams. Interfloor and attic floors - on wooden beams, brick-concrete vaults on metal beams (above bathrooms), monolithic reinforced concrete slabs on metal beams in axes 9-11 / I-L and above the 1st floor in axes 1-8 / Zh-L. Roof structure - wooden lathing on wooden layered rafters. The covering over the sports hall is on metal beams with filling from prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs BPR. Stairs - concrete steps on metal stringers. Platforms - monolithic concrete on metal beams. The technical report on the inspection of the above-ground and underground structures of the building has been completed. A survey of the foundations with a fragment of the pits found that the foundations are in working condition. The verification calculation established that, taking into account the design loads during the overhaul, strengthening of the foundations is not required. The base of the foundations are dusty, gray sands of medium density, saturated with water, with the following physical and mechanical characteristics: φ = 30о; e = 0,65; E = 180 kg/cm2; c = 0,04 kg/cm2. The maximum level of groundwater in a regime well is at a depth of 1,3 m from the earth's surface. Masonry from cinder blocks of external and internal walls - in working order. The brickwork of the walls as a whole is in working condition, with the exception of the walls of the outer walls along the axes B and C of 2-4 floors with a section of 56x56 cm, where defects are noted in the form of falling out of individual elements, chipping of the mortar from the joints. Masonry laboratory tests have established: the strength of the brick corresponds to the M150 brand, the strength of the mortar - to the M100 brand. The compressive strength of brickwork is R = 2,2 MPa. The verification calculation established that the walls of the outer walls along the axes "B" and "C" of the 1st floor with a section of 56x56 cm require reinforcement. The existing frame columns between the axes "1-8/ZH-L" in a limited working condition - masonry separation, fallout of individual elements. Ceiling above the basement, interfloor and attic floors, covering above the sports hall - in working order. Ceilings on wooden beams are subject to replacement according to fire safety requirements. Staircases and landings - in working order. The flights of stairs of the pits of the entrances to the basement and the canopies above them are in an unsatisfactory condition and must be replaced. Separate elements of the truss system are affected by rot. The design documentation provides for: Dismantling of existing ceilings on wooden beams and installation of new ones from a monolithic reinforced concrete slab on H57-750-0.7 corrugated board on metal beams. B20 class concrete. Strengthening the brick walls of the outer walls along the axes "B" and "C" with metal clips. Strengthening of the frame columns between the axes "1-8 / Zh-L" with reinforced concrete clips. New openings in the walls are made with the installation of metal lintels from rolled profiles. Changing the dimensions of existing doorways is designed with the installation of metal lintels and reinforcement frames. New exits from the sports hall are designed with enclosing structures made of prefabricated concrete foundation wall blocks, monolithic, reinforced concrete steps. Canopies above the exits are made of roofing steel on a metal frame. Replacement of elements of the stairs of the existing exits from the gym. Replacement of steps of stairs and canopies above the pits of entrances to the basement. Peaks - from roofing steel on a metal frame. Replacing and strengthening individual rafter legs, strengthening the joints of rafter legs with Mauerlat in separate areas. Replacement of wooden crates and metal roofing. Protection of metal structures against corrosion - in accordance with SNiP 2.03.11-85. Basement waterproofing - penetrating action on a monolithic reinforced concrete slab of the Lakhta type.
