Architectural and planning solutions provide for the redevelopment of premises in accordance with the medical and technical assignment, which does not cause a change in the main technical and economic indicators of the building. The project provides for the complete dismantling of internal partitions, door and window blocks, floor structures. Newly erected partitions are made of: solid brick, thickness. 120 mm - in the basement and on the upper technical floor, from plasterboard sheets, thickness. 125 mm on the metal frame of the KNAUF system - on floors 1-4 and the lower technical floor. The technical floor is covered with a vapor barrier, Rocwool insulation, thickness. 180 mm. The adopted architectural and planning solutions will make it possible to place: in the basement - pantries, storage and technical rooms, archives of the medical and personnel departments; on the 1st floor - a wardrobe of outerwear for visitors, a department for providing medical care at home, a swimming pool with a sauna, a relaxation room and a shower room, a sterilization department, a gynecological department, an isolation ward; on the 2nd floor - a clinical diagnostic laboratory, a department of physiotherapy, physiotherapy exercises and massage rooms; on the 3rd floor - departments of pediatrics, immunoprophylaxis, staff canteen, conference room, administration offices; on the 4th floor - the surgical department, X-ray diagnostics, offices of a cardiologist, ophthalmologist, otolaryngologist, gastrointerologist, neurologist, speech therapist, department of functional studies; on the 5th floor - a server room, a lawyer's office, a wardrobe for outerwear and home clothes for staff, a workshop; on the upper technical floor - ventilation chambers. On each floor there are sanitary units for visitors and staff, rooms for storing cleaning equipment.
