The construction of a wholesale trade complex is envisaged on the site. The wholesale trade complex is a one-storey building without a basement and an attic, close to rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 102.25 x 48.00m. The building consists of a production and storage area, an extension of amenity premises (ABC), an extension of technical premises and an attached ramp. The purpose of the building is wholesale of household goods and household appliances. The volumetric and spatial solution of the building is dictated by the shape of the land plot and different heights of the main volume and outbuildings. With its facades, the building of the complex does not go out onto the highways adjacent to the site of the enterprise. For a relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the finished floor of the technical premises of the extension between the axes "18-19" was taken. The production and warehouse zone is a one-storey, two-span building with a full metal frame, with dimensions in the extreme axes 96.00 x 48.00 m, with a column spacing in the extreme axes - 6.00 m, along the middle longitudinal axis - 12.00 m. The mark of the level of the finished floor is plus 1.200 m. It is equipped with a ramp and stairs. Walls - three-layer sandwich panels with mineral wool filling 120 mm thick. The wall of the household extension along the axis "17" - blocks of cellular concrete with a thickness of 250 mm. Partitions - brick and plasterboard on a metal frame with mineral wool filling 100 mm thick in a simple and moisture-resistant design. Window blocks - metal-plastic, filled with single-chamber and double-glazed windows. Doors - metal and wooden, in accordance with GOSTs and individual production, in the usual and fire-resistant design. Floors - concrete, ceramic tiles, linoleum. Coating - profiled steel sheet along the girders, beams and trusses. The roof is flat, combined, insulated, coated with rolled materials. The drain is internal. In the decoration of walls and partitions of the premises used: coating with water-based paint, facing with ceramic tiles. Ceilings in domestic and office premises - water-based painting. In the decoration of the facades, a white profiled sheet of the Ranila type was used.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

The constructive scheme of the building is frame-bonded. The building was designed from two volumes - a warehouse and an administrative building. Warehouse frame - steel, two-span, span width 24 m, column spacing 12 m (6 m along the facade). Steel C245. Columns - from rolled I-beams 40Sh2 and 30K3 with rigid fastening to the foundations, half-timbered posts - from closed bent-welded profiles, with rigid fastening to the foundations along the facade axes. Vertical stiffeners - portal and cross, in two directions and horizontal - cross on the top of the trusses. Connections - from bent-welded profiles of square section. Cover trusses - with a span of 24 m, a height of 2,40 m, with a step of 12 m, with parallel chords, with hinged fastening of the lower chords to the columns. Sections of form elements - from bent - welded square sections. Farms are designed from two starting grades with flange connection. Shoulder straps - 12 and 6 m long, with a step of 3 m, lattice structure, consisting of twin channels. Runs - with struts, with fastening to trusses at three points, in two - along the top and in one - along the bottom. Covering - from profiled flooring 57 mm high, with a span 3 m. The framework of the ABK is steel single-span, the width of the span is 3,8 and 6 m, the spacing of the columns is 6 m. Steel C245. Columns - from closed bent-welded profiles, with rigid fastening to the foundations. The main roof beams are made of rolled I-beams 30B1, with hinged fastening to the columns. Secondary beams - continuous, consisting of bent channels, supported on top of the main beams, with a maximum step of 1,9 m. Vertical stiffeners - portal along the digital axes, consisting of bent - welded square section profiles. Covering - from the pro-thinned-out flooring 57 mm high. External walls - hinged sandwich panels 120 mm thick, with a horizontal hinge to the frame and fachwerk with self-tapping screws. The structural scheme of the built-in technological platform in the axes "1-2" is frame-bonded. The beams and retaining walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick with rigid attachment to the foundations. The floors of the building are on the ground. Floor slab - reinforced concrete thickness 160 mm, divided by expansion joints along the length and width. The reinforced concrete plinth of the building is divided along the length by expansion joints.  The warehouse is separated from the administrative building by an expansion joint. Columns of adjoining axes of compartments - based on a common foundation. The spatial rigidity and stability of the warehouse and AB is ensured by the rigidity of the columns rigidly fixed into the foundations, the joint work of the columns with vertical stiffeners and the cover disk. Calculations of building structures were performed using the certified software package "Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2009" in a finite element model. The level of responsibility of the building - II in accordance with GOST 27751-88. The mark corresponding to the absolute mark of +0,000 m was taken as the mark of 6,450. The foundations were developed in accordance with engineering and geological surveys. Foundations - columnar from monolithic reinforced concrete. Concrete B25, F100, W8, working reinforcement A-III. The stress in the base of the foundations is 18,0 tf/m2. Bulk soils at the base of the foundations are replaced by a sand cushion with a compaction coefficient of at least 0,95. Estimated resistance of the sand cushion - not less than 20,00 tf/m2. The base of the sand cushion - silty fluid sandy loam e \u0,794d XNUMX, E = 60 kgf/cm2, φII = 13°, IL = 1,45, underlain by light silty fluid loams with e = 1,098, E = 50 kgf/cm2, φII = 7°, IL = 1,44. Preparation for foundations - a layer of monolithic concrete B7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm. Protection of the building from groundwater and moisture: foundations made of W8 concrete with bitumen coating of surfaces in contact with the ground. The expected average design settlement of the building is 3,0 cm (maximum 6,0 cm), the depth of the compressible thickness is 6,76 m, the uneven settlement is 0,00096. Visual inspection of buildings at risk. The building was designed close to and at an angle to a one-story warehouse building with attached three-story office buildings at the address: Energetikov Ave., 22 at a distance of 10 m from office building No. 1. Building No. 1 was built in 1993 according to a cross-wall design scheme , three-story, without a basement. The walls are brick. Ceilings - from reinforced concrete slabs. Foundations - tape, on a natural basis. Building No. 1 - II category of technical condition. Warehouse building and building No. 2 - III technical condition. The building was designed at a distance of 12 m from the complex of buildings of the production association "Lenbytkhim", along which the heating main runs on high supports. During the inspection, emergency structures were not identified. The construction will not have a negative impact on neighboring buildings. The design documentation provides for monitoring of construction and surrounding development. The design solutions for the main load-bearing structures are taken reasonably, confirmed by calculations, comply with the requirements of the current regulatory and technical documents and can provide conditions for normal operation.
