Architectural and space-planning solutions:

The building of the universal market is designed from two parts - the existing reconstructed part (administrative block with a trading floor for agricultural products) and a 2-storey newly erected extension. The renovation of the market includes an increase in the attic height of the existing building by 1,17 m, a redevelopment of the existing building and a new construction of a two-story extension with a basement. The building is rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes 40,97 x 50,43 (m), the height from the planning mark of the ground to the top of the eaves is 11,05 m. The level of the finished floor of the first floor, corresponding to the absolute mark 0,000, is taken as a relative mark of 103.98 m. In the basement of the building, warehouses and cold rooms are designed to store food and food products. On the ground floor, entrance areas for personnel and visitors, a security post with video surveillance, a loading area for food and industrial goods, trade enterprises in the form of kiosks and pavilions for the sale of food products, a trading hall for agricultural products, a cafe for 30 seats, and veterinary control service premises are designed. , bathrooms for visitors and staff, staff cloakroom, cleaning equipment room and engineering facilities (heat point, water metering unit and switchboard). On the second floor, at + 2,800, administrative offices, men's and women's wardrobes, a dining room, staff bathrooms and a storage room for cleaning equipment are designed. On the second floor, at + 5,600, there are designed trade pavilions and kiosks for the sale of industrial and food products, storerooms for manufactured goods, bathrooms for staff and visitors, a pantry for cleaning equipment and technical rooms in the attic area of the reconstructed part. The building has three closed stairwells of type L1, passenger and freight elevators with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg. The roof is flat, combined, with an internal drain. Coating - built-up rolled waterproofing ICOPAL "Villa Elast Solo Vent". External walls - hinged ventilated facade (sandwich panels). Windows - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows. Stained-glass windows - post-transom aluminum system filled with two-chamber double-glazed windows. External doors - metal-plastic and glazed aluminum. To ensure the living conditions of people with limited mobility, the project provides for the following design solutions: the layout and equipment of the premises are designed taking into account the possibility of staying in them with disabilities; thresholds in the premises do not exceed 2,5 cm; the depth of the entrance vestibules is not less than 1,5 m, the width is not less than 2,2 m; the width of the corridors is at least 1,5 m; arrangement of handrails for stairs at a height of 0,7 m and 0,9 m; embossed designations of floors are provided on the upper surface of the handrails; the width of doorways (including in bathrooms) is at least 0,9 m; all rooms accessible to the disabled are marked with special signs or symbols; the height of the passage to the bottom of the protruding structures is not less than 2,1 m; fire-protected zones are provided on the MGN evacuation routes.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

In accordance with the technical report on the inspection of the building structures of the building, the existing building of the market was built in 2001 according to the frame-wall structural scheme. At the time of the survey, the building is in operation. Category of the technical condition of the building - 2. Building responsibility level - II. Frame columns and outer walls - reinforced masonry of hollow concrete wall stones. External walls - 200mm thick with pilasters with a section of 400x400mm, a layer of insulation and facing with fiber-reinforced concrete blocks. Columns of the inner frame - with a section of 400x400 (mm). Ceiling - slab 150 mm thick along beams with a section of 250x400 (h) (mm) and 400x550 (h) (mm) (in the area of the arched passage) from monolithic reinforced concrete, B15 concrete. The load-bearing structures of the roof are a steel truss system. The condition of the columns, walls, ceilings and coatings is operational. External stairs - steel, from rolled profiles. The stairs are in working order. Foundations - on a natural base in the form of a monolithic shallow reinforced concrete slab 200mm thick, with thickenings for walls and columns up to 400mm. The basis of the foundations is bulk soil with a calculated resistance R0 = 0,8 kg/cm2. Verification calculation of existing structures was carried out. The bearing capacity of walls, columns, ceilings and foundations is sufficient to withstand design loads, the structures do not require reinforcement. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the walls and columns in combination with the unchanging horizontal disk of the reinforced concrete floor. The project provides for the replacement of existing gable roof structures with a flat roof with a superstructure (increasing the height of the upper floor). The main load-bearing structures of the designed superstructure are steel posts and covering beams made of rolled I-section sections. Steel C245. Covering - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab (concrete B15) on a fixed formwork made of corrugated board, with a total thickness of 150 mm, on steel girders. To support the superstructure racks, the project provides for the installation of a monolithic reinforced concrete belt (along the outer walls) and monolithic reinforced concrete pads (along the top of existing columns). Sections of the outer walls of the superstructure - sandwich panels 150 mm thick. The project provides for the insulation of the outer walls of the existing building with ventilated facades. Structural solutions for fastening the ventilated facade system to the supporting structures of the building are developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation. The attached two-story building was designed according to the frame structural scheme. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete. The maximum grid of columns is 8,0 x 7,65 (m), the section of the columns is 40x40 (cm), concrete B25, F100. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 220 mm thick with capitals with a section of 1,51,50,32 (h) (m) and, partially, beams with a section of 250400 (h) (mm). Concrete B25. The walls of staircases and elevator shafts are made of monolithic reinforced concrete (concrete B25) 300 mm thick with insulation of the outer sections of the walls. External enclosing walls - hinged sandwich panels 150 mm thick with subsequent cladding with a ventilated facade. The panels are attached to the frame columns and fachwerk elements. The plinth is made of solid brick with an inner layer of insulation. The outer walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation. Internal stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B25. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of monolithic vertical load-bearing elements of walls and columns in combination with unchanging horizontal disks of reinforced concrete floors and roofs. The level of responsibility of the designed extension is II. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the Lira 9.2 software package. The foundations of the attached part of the building are taken on a natural basis, columnar and strip of monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete B25, W6, F100. The average pressure on the base is 230 kPa. Under the foundation, crushed stone preparation 100 mm thick is provided with pouring with bitumen until full saturation. Along the area where the designed building adjoins the existing market building, a sheet piling is provided, which is immersed by the indentation method. The foundations are based on light silty loams with gravel and pebbles, with sandstone fragments, with sand nests, solid - EGE 5 (φ=25deg, c=0.47kg/cm2, e=0.519, E=240kg/cm2, =2.12 t/ m3). To protect concrete from groundwater, the project provides for coating waterproofing of surfaces of concrete structures in contact with the ground. Expected average draft is 21mm. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +103.98m.
