The site is planned to be divided into three zones: an open guest parking lot for 51 vehicles. with the allocation of 4 parking places for a / m. disabled people; zone of the building of the complex and the service zone, in which the technical facilities and loading areas of the complex are located. The complex is within walking distance from a nearby residential area, and visitors come to the complex by private and public vehicles. The projected communal and household complex is designed as a two-, three-story volume of a complex shape in terms of shape. On the ground floor of the complex there is a grocery store-supermarket. On the second floor of the complex there are: a beauty salon, a pharmacy, an aquarium shop, service establishments. A cafe is being designed on the third floor of the complex. In the basement floor of the complex, technical rooms, utility rooms for a grocery store are provided. Part of the basement is occupied by a beer bar and a wine and pickle tasting complex. Entrances to the complex are designed from two sides in a three-story segment. Visitors find themselves in a multi-light lobby, from which they disperse through the floors of the complex along an open staircase. Passenger elevators are also provided for lifting to the floors. All premises of the complex with permanent jobs have natural light through the windows and skylights in the roof. Those working in the complex are provided with sanitary and amenity premises in accordance with the norms of SNiP (see the table "Calculation of equipment for amenity premises").

Architectural and space-planning solutions

The utility complex is designed as a two-, three-story volume of a complex shape in terms of shape. The main facade of the building is oriented towards the intersection (intersection) of streets. The building was designed from unevenly high arched segments, ending at the ends with glazed semi-domes. A system of metal trusses and arches decorates the facades of the complex. The volume of the building is raised above the rest of the territory on a three-stage podium, equipped with retaining walls, ramps, stairs, and lined with natural stone and colored concrete tiles. The basement floor of the complex will include technical rooms, utility rooms for a grocery store, a beer bar and a wine tasting complex. On the ground floor of the complex, a grocery store-supermarket is designed. On the second floor of the complex there is a beauty salon, a flower shop, a pharmacy, aquarium and pet products stores, service establishments (dry cleaning, travel agency), premises for rent (presumably for shops for retail trade in industrial goods). A cafe has been designed on the third floor of the complex. Entrances to the complex are provided from two sides in a three-story segment. Visitors find themselves in a multi-light lobby, from which they disperse through the floors of the complex along an open staircase. In the municipal complex, the project provides for evacuation staircases of the L1 type and an external open metal staircase, as well as two passenger elevators Q=630kg, two freight elevators Q=630kg and two lifting cargo platforms (for moving goods and products from the basement to the 1st floor). In the exterior decoration of the building of the public utility complex, the project provides for: Basement, sections of external walls and a podium with retaining walls, ramps, stairs - facing with natural stone. Walls and roof of the building (arched segments) - cladding with factory-painted aluminum sheets, aluminum stained-glass windows (1st floor) and skylights (roof). Measures are provided to ensure access for the disabled: the floors in the complex are designed without height differences, passenger elevators with cabins of normalized sizes are designed to lift visitors to the 2nd and 3rd floors in wheelchairs, special bathrooms are provided for visitors with limited mobility and wheelchair users with devices for ease of use , fire-safe zones are provided on the evacuation routes, separate places for cars of wheelchair users are allocated in the parking lot.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II. The building is divided by expansion joints into 2 blocks. Structural scheme - frame, in the basement - mixed. Columns - reinforced concrete. The main pitch of the columns is 5,5 m and 6,25 m. The columns are 400 x 400 mm in section, designed from B25 concrete. The outer walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick, the inner walls are monolithic 180 mm thick. Concrete B25, W6, F150. Ceilings - from monolithic reinforced concrete, 250 mm thick with ribs 500 x 1200 mm. Concrete B25. The ceiling in the basement is vaulted decorative from monolithic reinforced concrete, 200 mm thick. Concrete B25. The cover is an arched system of rolled I-beams 40Sh to which the structure of the multilayer fencing is attached and on which the design of the decorative truss is based. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of a monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab, monolithic walls, columns and ceilings, forming a single spatial structure. The foundations are taken in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 600 mm thick. Concrete B25, W6, F150. A 100 mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the foundation. The calculation of the foundation and load-bearing structures of the building was carried out on a computer using the SCAD 11.1 program. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +21.500 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the foundations are based on sands of silty gray of medium density with e = 0.725, E = 110 kg / cm2, fine sands of medium density with e = 0.725, E = 110 kg /cm2. Estimated soil resistance of the base R=3,8kg/cm2. The pressure on the foundation soil p=1,42kg/cm2. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6, the concrete surface is protected by coating with bitumen twice. The project provides for waterproofing the basement with a Vandex-super penetration mortar. The expected average settlement of the building is ~25 mm.

Organization of construction

The section of the project on organization of construction submitted for consideration provides for a standard construction period, taking into account the 2-shift use of labor resources - 9 months, incl. preparation period. Measures to protect the rights of the population during the construction process are presented. When erecting the “0” cycle, it is recommended to supply concrete by belt conveyors, which is the most economically feasible. It is planned to use RDK-25 (DEK-251) as the main hoisting mechanisms with the obligatory requirement of its operation from an electric motor, in the cramped conditions of its approach to the boundaries of work and administrative and amenity premises, the rotation of the crane boom is limited, which is provided by the construction plan. As a reusable formwork, when constructing monolithic columns, split steel cases made of standard pipes with additional windows providing standard compaction of the concrete mixture in compliance with the requirements of concrete work are proposed. When performing earthworks, an excavator equipped with a bucket with a cutting edge is recommended, which significantly reduces the amount of manual soil refining, the base of the pit (shortage), taking into account the construction of the foundation slab, is mechanized. In the process of earthworks, soil transshipment is not provided, it is simultaneously loaded into vehicles. The mark of the groundwater level (in accordance with the presented materials of geological surveys) makes it possible to see mechanical pumping of water only during periods of heavy snowmelt and heavy rains. A monolithic foundation slab is made on the basis of "lean concrete" with sand preparation (200 mm) compacted to K = 0,96. The use of jackhammers is excluded, the SO7B type compressor is used for molar work and hydraulic tests. For dust suppression, special spray installations of the Siemens type are used. Departure - construction equipment and vehicles from the construction site is provided after washing the wheels. On the construction site, in addition to the estimated number of dry closets located on the territory of the residential camp, the installation of 2 mobile dry closets, incl. in a building under construction. Temporary power supply of the construction is carried out from existing sources, in accordance with technical conditions No. ET-10/5-22 dated 13.09.2010. Utilization of construction debris, household waste and excess soil is provided for at PTO-3, the estimated transportation distance is up to 17 km. Preparatory period, incl. temporary buildings, structures, safety measures for the workers and the public are carried out after the development, coordination and approval of the WEP. Work will be carried out in 2 shifts. The construction organization project has been completed in a volume sufficient for the development of a WEP, complies with applicable regulations and requirements, and is recommended for approval by the customer.
