The porches have canopies.

Structural and space-planning solutions:

Building Responsibility Level II. The building of a multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex is divided into two blocks by an expansion joint. The building was designed according to the frame structural scheme. Frame columns - monolithic reinforced concrete, with a section of 60 × 60 cm, the main column spacing at the level of underground floors is 6.0 × 9.0 m, the main spacing of columns at the level of above-ground floors is 12.0 × 9.0 m Bearing walls - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 300 mm and 200 mm. Ceilings and roofing - beamless slabs, made of monolithic reinforced concrete, 160mm and 180mm thick - in the middle zone and 280mm and 320mm thick, 2000mm and 3000mm wide - in the inter-column zones in mutually perpendicular directions. Ceilings in the areas where cinema halls are located - slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick along beams of various sections from 600x1500 (h) mm to 600x2000 (h) mm. The cinema halls are covered with monolithic reinforced concrete slabs on fixed formwork made of H75-750-0.8 corrugated board, with a total thickness of 125 mm on steel girders. The main load-bearing structures of the cinema halls are steel roof trusses made of bent-welded box sections with a span of 25.0 m and 26.0 m and truss beams of their wide-shelf I-beams with a span of 12.0 m. Steel S345, S245. Rafter truss spacing 6.0 m and 9.0 m. Monolithic structures of the above-ground part are designed from monolithic reinforced concrete B30, F75, class A500c reinforcement. The spatial rigidity and overall stability of the building is ensured by the rigid connection of columns with foundations, the presence of stiffening cores formed by the walls of stairwells and hard disks of floors and coatings. Stairs are designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps along metal stringers and monolithic reinforced concrete platforms along metal and reinforced concrete beams. Elevator shafts - from monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 300 mm and 200 mm. External walls - stained-glass glazing with fastening to elements of steel fachwerk and monolithic ceilings and hinged enclosing wall structures from elements of the ventilation facade system with a thickness of 150 mm. Structural solutions for fastening the ventilated facade system to the supporting structures of the building are developed in the working documentation in accordance with the current technical certificate. The outer walls of the underground part of the building are monolithic reinforced concrete, 300 mm thick. The calculation of the load-bearing structures of the building was carried out using the SCAD software package version 11.1, taking into account the joint work with the foundation. The foundations are taken on a pile basis. The piles are bored, 600 mm, the working length of the piles is 10,65 m and, under the support beam covering the inclined course, 28.5 m, the absolute mark of the pile tip is minus 9.45 m and minus 26.50 m. Concrete B25, W8, F150, class A500c reinforcement. Pairing of piles and grillage is rigid. Grillages for columns - columnar freestanding, 1000 mm thick, for walls - tape, section 900x800 (h) mm. Concrete B25, W8, F100, reinforcement A500s. The support beam covering the inclined course of the subway is made of monolithic reinforced concrete B35, W8, F100, with a section of 2.0x3.5 (h) m, based on grillages 1500 mm high. The grillages are united by a basement floor slab 300 mm thick. Under the grillages, a concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided for a sand-gravel mixture 300 mm thick. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of 7,250 m. The relative elevation of the floor of the first floor is 0.750 m. At the base of the tip of the piles there are hard-plastic loams, with interlayers of soft-plastic EGE 4 (IL=0.39, e=0.554, E=120kg/cm2), semi-solid loams with interlayers of hard EGE 5 (IL=0.08, e=0.449, E=180kg/cm2 ) and hard sandy loam EGE 9 (IL=-0.20, e=0.282, E=230kg/cm2). The design load on piles is assumed to be 130 tf according to static sounding data. Before mass production of piles, to check the bearing capacity, tests of piles with a static load are provided. The design of the entrance ramps is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab (made of concrete B30, W6, F75) 160 mm thick along transverse beams with a section of 500x700 (h) mm and longitudinal reinforced concrete walls 300 mm thick resting on tape grillages. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W8 and W6, external coating waterproofing and internal penetrating action are provided.
