General information.

The design documentation for the construction of the quay walls provides for the arrangement of the river water area for the placement of tourist and recreational facilities with the implementation of bank protection on both banks of the river, the installation of two footbridges and one pipe crossing. The tubular crossing is a drip tray laid at the bottom level along the embankment and designed using solutions of TP 10m3/s. Reinforced concrete pipes with a diameter of 1400 mm non-pressure GOST 6482-88. series 3.820-6 no. 2. The pipe is laid on a prefabricated reinforced concrete base slab, backfilled with non-porous medium sand. In the upper pool, a head of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures is arranged. The sloping part and the apron of trapezoidal section are fixed with reinforced concrete slabs for sand preparation. The node of the intersection of the pipe crossing and sheet pile made of steel rough with a diameter of 1820 mm with a sealing device (stuffing box packing). The bottom of the tailpipe is fixed with rock fill with a particle size of 50-150 mm. There is a fence along the roadway. Pedestrian bridges 2390 mm wide are designed using standard solutions according to series 3.820 - 13, it is a span structure of two P-90 type ribbed slabs 9000 mm long and 1185 mm wide, supported on foundation pads in accordance with GOST 13580-85 1200 mm wide. On top of the slabs, a two-layer coating with a thickness of 40 + 30 cm is made of concrete of class B22.5, W6. F200 with a waterproofing layer of fiberglass on bituminous mastic. Handrails 1100 mm high are provided on both sides of the bridges. Mooring and retaining walls provide bank protection of the left and right banks of the river. The mark of the calculated high water horizon was taken as the minimum mark of the poured territory and the cordon line: 1.6 + 0.5 = 2.10 m BSV. where - 1.6 m is the highest annual water level. 0,5 m excess over the highest level adopted in accordance with sp. 13.6 SP 42.13330.2011. Mooring walls of the bolwerk type are made in the form of a vertical sheet pile anchored wall of the Larsssn type and are subdivided into various muds depending on the conditions of placement along the coast line and placement of anchor rods. Mooring wall No. 1 (from point 10 to point 16, l. 1 PS-2): 1. Front wall - sheet pile Larssen - 605. Length of the berthing front - 137,3 m; Elevation of the design bottom - minus 3,63 m; Wall height - 15,3 m; The mark of the top of the sheet pile is 1,80 m; Sheet pile driving mark - minus 13,2 m; Anchor rod fastening mark - minus 0.60 m; Distribution belt channel No. 27, Distance between tongue and anchor wall - 17.3 m; Anchor rod spacing 2,4 m; Diameter of anchor rods - 70 mm. Anchor wall - sheet pile Larssen -601. Anchor wall length - 42,0 m; Sheet pile top mark - minus 0.90 m; Sheet pile driving mark - minus 7,1 m; Distribution belt channel No. 27; Mooring wall No. 2 (from t. 6 to t. 10, l. 1 PS-2). Front wall - sheet pile Larssen - 605. Length of the mooring front - 159,0 m; Elevation of the design bottom - minus 3,63 m; Wall height - 15,3 - 19,30 m; The mark of the top of the sheet pile is 1,80 m; Groove driving mark - minus 13,2 - 17,20 m; Anchor rod fastening mark - minus 0,60 m; Distribution belt channel No. 27; The distance between the sheet pile and the anchor wall is 19,27 m; Anchor rod spacing 2,4 m; Diameter of anchor rods - 65 mm. Anchor wall - sheet pile Larssen - 602. Length of the anchor wall - 156,6 m; The mark of the top of the sheet pile - minus 0,90 m; Sheet pile driving mark - minus 9,60 m; Distribution belt channel No. 27; Mooring wall No. 2 (from t. 4 to t. 6, l. 1 PS-2). The front wall is a box made of tongue and groove Larsssn - 603. The length of the berthing front is 15.35 m; "-3.63" meters. The water area of the northern part of the river is also being expanded up to 100 meters, in order to be able to turn around ships up to 60 meters long in the future. Dredging is carried out by a floating dredger. The dredger loosens the bottom and slopes of the quarry, sucks up the soil loosened in the river and transports it through the slurry conduit to the place of storage in the slurry settling tanks. Pulp settling tanks are protected by dams, in which spillway wells are installed to drain clarified water after sedimentation of the solid pulp fraction in the settling tanks. To discharge clarified pulp from settling tanks, spillway wells are provided, connected by pipelines to existing channels, through which clarified water flows back into the river, ensuring the return of water to the river water area. The soil washed into the sedimentation tanks, after drying, is developed by excavators and loaded into vehicles for subsequent transportation to agreed areas for fertilizing farmland at a distance of 8 km.
