The projected capital construction facility "Outpatient clinic for 150 visits per shift" according to its functional purpose refers to the objects of outpatient organizations. The composition of the premises of the outpatient clinic is determined by the technological task for the design. The ambulatory building is 3-storey with a basement and a pitched wooden roof. The height of the floors of the building is 3,0 m, the basement is 3,0 m. In plan, the building consists of five rectangular parts with dimensions: - 18,0 x 12,0 (m) in axes 1-3; 5-7; 9-11, - 12,0 x 1,20 (m) in axes 3-5; 7-9. The following constructive solutions for each part of the building are designed: - in axes 1-3; 5-7 and 9-11 longitudinal load-bearing brick walls and interfloor ceilings made of reinforced concrete slabs; - in axes 3-5 and 7-9, transverse load-bearing brick walls and interfloor floors made of reinforced concrete slabs along reinforced concrete purlins and load-bearing brick walls. The structural scheme of the building is frameless with transverse load-bearing brick walls. The projected outpatient clinic building is a three-storey brick building of a rectangular configuration, with a basement and a technical floor. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the horizontal floor disk of reinforced concrete hollow-core slabs, longitudinal and transverse walls.
