Architectural and space-planning solutions

The design documentation for the construction of a health-improving and cultural center and the improvement of the territory of the Solnechnoye children's sanatorium was reviewed by the State Expertise Department and recommended for approval earlier. When adjusting the project documentation, it is planned to preserve, mainly, the previously considered space-planning and architectural solutions. For the building of the "Reception Department with the placement of administrative and amenity premises", the adjustment of the design documentation provides for: a partial change in the planning decision of the sanitary facilities, inventory storage room, cash desk and the configuration of the entrances to the building; changing decisions on finishing basement premises; installation of suspended ceilings of the Armstrong type in the premises of the first and second floors instead of painting the ceilings; plastering of wall surfaces with wallpapering of the “Spider Web” type and painting with water-based paint instead of oil painting, plastering slopes, installing protective corners; replacement of fillings of doorways with fire-prevention ones in the categorized premises of ventilation chambers, pumping room, heating center, electrical panel room and others in accordance with fire-fighting requirements; partial replacement of fillings in doorways in the above-ground floors for aesthetic reasons; elimination of doors in the basement rooms used only for laying engineering networks; replacement of ceramic tile flooring with linoleum flooring in the reception rooms, offices, dressing room, driver's room, as well as installation of porcelain stoneware flooring in entrance rooms and vestibules; replacement of a roof from a professional sheet for a roof from galvanized sheet steel; lining the basement with ceramic tiles, installing an asphalt blind area around the perimeter of the building and other shortcomings. The building of the Medical and Health Center provides for: partial redevelopment of the sanitary facilities with the replacement of a brick partition with a polycarbonate one, the installation of translucent partitions in the corridor of the third floor, the installation of a viewing window in the fotaria room. On the third floor, instead of fibrogastroscopy and treatment rooms, rooms for a halochamber and an operator room were designed; change in the configuration of the staircase at the level of +9,170 m; installation of suspended ceilings of the Armstrong type instead of chalk painting of ceilings; in offices and rooms, it is planned to plaster the surfaces of walls and partitions with wallpapering of the “Spider Line” type and paint with water-based paint instead of oil paint, as well as facing the surfaces of rooms with a wet mode with ceramic tiles for the entire height of the rooms; replacement of ceramic tile flooring with ceramic granite in the entrance group and halls, lobby and corridors on the first floor.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Changes have been made to the design solutions for the projects of the sanatorium buildings in accordance with the adjustment of planning and technological solutions. Building of the cultural and mass center: in large-span premises, the roofing from profiled flooring was replaced with a roofing made of roofing steel with a plastic coating on a wooden crate; in the attic rooms for ventilation chambers with brick walls 120 mm thick and profiled flooring over steel beams were designed; in the assembly hall, additional steel structures were designed for hanging chandeliers and installing lighting equipment. Steel structures are supported by load-bearing structures of the assembly hall roof, which are designed for additional load. Therapeutic and health-improving block - rooms for ventilation chambers with brick walls 120 mm thick and profiled flooring on steel beams were designed in the attic. The changes made to the project do not affect the mechanical safety of the building, which is confirmed by calculations. The rest of the design solutions of the hulls have not been changed.
