Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of the polyclinic of the customs administration is five-storeyed, with an attic and a basement, designed on the site of an emergency building to be dismantled. The dismantled building is located in the depths of the block and is not an object of cultural heritage. The building is designed in terms of a rectangle with a ledge, with dimensions in the axes of 61,32 x 24,62 m. The height of the building from the level of the daytime surface of the earth to the roof ridge is 22,02 m. The main entrance to the clinic is provided from the side of the avenue. For a relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken. The height of the clean rooms from the first to the fifth floors is 3,0 m, the height of the basement floor is 2,75 m. The polyclinic is designed for 350 visits per shift. In the basement, the technical premises of the ITP, a water metering unit, ventilation chambers, a main switchboard, as well as wardrobes for outerwear and work clothes for personnel, showers, storerooms, a medical archive, service rooms, and a room for storing fluorescent lamps were designed. Entrances to the basement are designed along marches in two external pits. An internal staircase is provided for the technological connection of the basement with the first floor. On the ground floor, the lobby group (cloakroom for visitors, pharmacy kiosk, information desk, reception desk, security guard's room), buffet, home care department, treatment rooms, hydropathic clinic, infectious diseases department, military medical examination room are designed. On the second floor, a dental department, an endoscopic department, a functional diagnostics department, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, a gynecologist's office and administration premises are designed. On the third floor there are surgical, therapeutic, sterilization, psycho-neurological departments and an ophthalmologist's office. On the fourth floor there is a day hospital department, a physiotherapy department and an otorhinolaryngologist's office. On the fifth floor, a radiological department, administrative, service, amenity premises and an assembly hall are designed. On each floor, sanitary facilities are designed for staff and visitors, as well as staff rooms. In the attic space, ventilation chambers are designed, separated from the main attic by fireproof partitions. From the stairwells, exits to the attic and roof are designed. The walls of the ground floors are made of brick with insulation from the front side with mineral wool boards of the Rockwool type. The basement walls are prefabricated concrete. Overlappings - prefabricated multi-hollow slabs and monolithic reinforced concrete. Partitions - brick and plasterboard, depending on the purpose of the premises. Communication between floors and evacuation from the building is provided for by two staircases of the L1 type, which have exits to the outside. The building has two passenger-and-freight elevators (one passenger and one hospital). Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. External doors - metal, at the entry points for people with limited mobility - with glazing with impact-resistant glass. The interior decoration of the premises is provided in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises from materials that have hygienic and fire certificates of conformity. The roof is a wooden truss system. Roofing - from galvanized roofing steel on a wooden crate.

 Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the designed polyclinic building is 2 (normal). The building was designed according to the cross-wall structural scheme. Bearing walls - reinforced masonry from hollow brick M150; F50 (at the level of the basement up to mark 0,000 - from solid brick) on mortar M150, 510 mm thick with insulation and subsequent plastering with the ATLAS ROKER system (at the level of the basement - with porcelain stoneware cladding). Internal walls - reinforced masonry of hollow brick M150 on mortar M150, 380 mm thick. The basement walls are prefabricated, made of concrete blocks 400 mm thick. Along the edge of the concrete blocks, a monolithic reinforced concrete belt 150 mm thick made of concrete B25 is provided; W6; F100. Ceilings - prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow core slabs 220 mm thick. Covering - from galvanized steel on a wooden truss system. The project provides for the treatment of load-bearing wooden structures of the coating with antiseptic compounds and flame retardants. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps and monolithic reinforced concrete platforms on steel stringers and beams. Elevator shafts - from prefabricated reinforced concrete. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls and hard floor disks. The rigidity of the floor disc is ensured by anchoring the slabs to each other and with brickwork and sealing the seams between the prefabricated elements. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 8.60. The foundations are taken on a natural basis in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with a thickness of 600 mm from B30 concrete; W8; F75. Under the foundation slab, a concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided along a compacted cushion of sand and gravel mixture 500 mm thick. At the base of the sand cushion there are refractory loams IGE 2 with design characteristics: c=23kPa, φ=15 deg, E=100 kg/cm2. The structures of the ramps, porches and entrances to the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete, they are cut off from the structures of the foundations of the polyclinic building with an expansion joint. The design solutions provide for waterproofing the outer surfaces of the basement walls in the form of 2 layers of rolled polymeric waterproofing. There is no surrounding development in the zone of influence of the construction.
