Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of a polyclinic for children with a dentistry department for 420 visits per shift is of a complex configuration in plan, with a total size in the extreme axes of 54,0 X 48,0 m., It has 6 above-ground floors, including a basement floor of various sizes, decreasing in ledges towards the top floor. The maximum height of the building from ground level to the top of the parapet is 24,36m. The basement floor, floor-to-ceiling height of 3,30 m, provides for the placement of offices for the rehabilitation treatment department, the central sterilization department, utility rooms of the polyclinic, and technical rooms designed to accommodate engineering equipment. On the ground floor, the following are designed: an entrance group of premises, a complex of premises for a pool, an emergency service, filter boxes, a pharmacy, a dairy kitchen dispensing point, offices of infectious disease specialists with isolated entrances from the street, and auxiliary premises. On the second floor are designed: a department of radiation and functional diagnostics, offices of medical specialists, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, office space. The third floor provides for the placement of offices of district doctors and medical specialists, a dental department. On the fourth floor are designed: a department of rehabilitation treatment, offices of medical specialists. On the fifth floor are designed: a department of rehabilitation treatment, administrative premises with a conference hall. The height of the above-ground floors is 4,20 m. For vertical connection between the floors, two stairwells L1 are provided, with an internal technological staircase that has access to the street, two cargo-passenger elevators, one of which is designed for transporting fire departments and evacuating MGN, elevators. For access to the premises of the basement, isolated entrances from the street are provided. The roof is flat, made of rolled materials with an internal organized drain. Gravel filling is provided at the points of contact with the outer walls of the building with window openings. Access to the roof is provided from the volumes of staircases through superstructures. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows, stained-glass windows. Finishing of facades: walls of overground floors - facade ceramic tiles on a metal frame with filling the internal space with a facade mineral wool slab. Visors are provided above the entrances to the buildings. Partitions - plasterboard on a metal frame, brick, in rooms with a wet regime, rooms on the ground floor and technical rooms - solid brick. Interior decoration is carried out in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises from materials that have hygienic and fire certificates. The design solutions provide for measures to ensure conditions for the life of people with limited mobility: an external open ramp for lifting to the level of the first floor, elevators for lifting visitors on stretchers and in wheelchairs, fire-safe zones on the floors, bathrooms accessible to the disabled.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The designed building is of a normal level of responsibility, 2,3,5,6-storey. The structural scheme of the building is a frame-wall system of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building with monolithic intermediate floors, the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns, the stiffness cores formed by the walls of the stairwells and elevator shafts. The calculation of the building was made using the Autodesk Robot program. The outer walls are non-bearing, cut by floors, supported by floor slabs, and consist of brickwork 380 mm thick of bricks of the KORPu 1NF / 100 / 1,4 / 50 / brand on a mortar of brand 75, “Rockwool” insulation 100 mm thick and a ventilated facade system . Non-load-bearing walls are attached to load-bearing structures. External walls - load-bearing monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with Rockwool insulation 100 mm thick and a ventilated facade system. The outer walls of the basement floor are monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick with insulation from foam plexus slabs 100 mm thick. Internal walls - monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. Partitions - brick 120 mm thick, plasterboard 100, 150, 200 mm thick, fixed to a steel frame. Stained-glass windows - aluminum profiles with glazing and double-glazed windows with fastening to steel fachwerk. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete slab 200 mm thick on monolithic reinforced concrete beams. Floor beams and coatings - monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400 x 600 (h) mm, 400 x 700 (h), 400 x 800 (h). The columns are monolithic reinforced concrete. The main step of the columns is 6 x 6 m, 6 x 8 m, 6 x 10 m. The section of the columns is 400 x 600 mm. Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete marches and monolithic platforms. The entrance pits to the basement floor, porches and ramps are monolithic reinforced concrete. The walls of the elevator shafts are monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm. The pool bowl is monolithic reinforced concrete supported by monolithic reinforced concrete beams and columns, with a section of 400 x 400 mm. The walls and bottom of the pool bowl are 200 mm thick. The material of the pool bowl is concrete of class B 25, W8, reinforcement of class A 240, A 400. The material of monolithic structures above 0.000 is concrete of class B 25, reinforcement of class A 240, A 400. Concrete grade for water resistance for the pool room is W 6. The foundations of the building are designed based on the results of engineering and geological surveys. The construction of the foundations of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete separate slab grillages 700 mm thick on piles. The grillages are united by monolithic reinforced concrete beams with a section of 400 x 400 mm, 600 x 500 (h) mm and a basement floor slab 200 mm thick. Piles - driven prefabricated reinforced concrete, section 400 x 400 mm, length 15 m (grade C 150.40-13.1U) and length 16 m (grade C 160.40-13.1U) according to the type series 1.011-10.1. Pile driving in axes A-Zh, 1-4/5 is provided by the indentation method. At the base of the piles there are hard clays with characteristics e = 0,503, IL = - 0,25, E = 200 kg/cm2. According to the results of static sounding of soils, the design load on the pile is assumed to be 105 tf. Before mass driving of piles, the design load on piles is checked based on the results of pre-design tests of piles with static loads. Pile field, with possible adjustment.
