General information.

Volumetric spatial and architectural and artistic solution building is justified by the functional purpose of the object, location on given area, functional zoning of medical and technical premises, fire safety requirements and approved architectural and urban design. The main facade of the building with the main entrance, a ramp for people with limited mobility population groups and a separate entrance to the filter box is oriented to the north. The project provides for 6 floors, including a technical floor and a basement. Auxiliary rooms are partially located in the basement, allowed modern standards. The basis of architectural and planning solutions and functional zoning, the principle of clear zoning of departments is laid down, which meets requirement of strict isolation of divisions, reduction of traffic schedules staff and patients, as well as the maximum separation of "clean" and "dirty" flows, patients and staff. The composition of the premises is determined by the current building codes and initial data received from the Customer. Areas allotted for placement of premises, determined in accordance with the sanitary epidemiological and fire safety standards for public buildings for medical purposes, adopted layout decisions, technological process of work, as well as the layout of the technological equipment and agreed with the Customer. In accordance with the task for the development of project documentation, The project provides for the placement of medical workers in the building, engineering and technical workers and maintenance personnel with the following rooms on the floors: In the basement: Premises for classes with staff, medarchive, service and amenity premises: locker rooms for technical and service personnel; technical rooms: switchboard, ITP, pumping room, premises for temporary storage of waste with premises for personnel; CSO, bathrooms for staff, elevator and stair blocks; On the 1st floor: vestibule group, isolation and diagnostic box; block of emergency rooms, block of radiation diagnostics rooms, bathrooms for visitors (patients), MGN and staff, lift and stair blocks; On the 2st floor: pediatric department, consultative and diagnostic rooms reception and office of a healthy child, bathrooms for visitors (patients), MGN and personnel, elevator and stair blocks; On the 3rd floor: bblock of rooms for functional diagnostics, block of rooms for medical physical education, department of rehabilitation treatment, physiotherapy offices, bathrooms for visitors (patients), MGN and staff, elevator and stair blocks; On the 4st floor: endoscopy rooms, utility rooms, block of premises clinical diagnostic laboratory, bathrooms for visitors to patients, MGN and personnel, elevator and stair blocks; On the 5st floor: engine room for elevators and ventilation chambers. For visitors, employees and service personnel separate blocks of bathrooms (men's, women's and for MGN) were designed on theeach floor in accordance with sanitary standards. Cleaning equipment rooms are provided on each floor of the building. Blocks of rooms are designed for service personnel dressing rooms with showers and toilets. The composition of the premises is determined by the current building codes, initial data received from the Customer.
