Characteristics of the construction conditions and the main design solutions for the polyclinic building, standard project VII-79.

On the territory there is a five-story building to be overhauled. The outer walls are made of reinforced concrete panels. The thickness of the outer walls is 200-400mm. The walls are plastered and painted only on the inside. Partitions are made of tongue-and-groove slabs, thickness 100mm, plastered and painted. Window fillings are wooden with double glazing. The condition is not satisfactory. Doors wooden with wooden cloths. The condition is not satisfactory. Ceilings in the building - prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs. The condition of the flooring is not satisfactory. Entrance group No. 1 is in need of repair.

Major repairs are carried out according to the following scheme:

1. External walls. Paint the facades of the porches with facade paint.
Internal walls and partitions. Perform dismantling of the existing cladding and plaster coating and installation of a new cladding and plaster coating.
2. Roof. Complete roof replacement
3. Door fillings. Dismantling of internal and external door fillings of the building; installation of new PVC door blocks.
4. Window fillings. Dismantling of all window fillings of the building; dismantling of window drains; installation of new window blocks with two-chamber PVC windows opening into the premises. Installation of new window drains.
5. Repair of internal engineering networks.
