Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project for the construction of an innovation and technology center was developed as part of an administrative and exhibition complex with a cafe and a shopping center (buildings K1 - K3), an innovation and technological zone (buildings T1 - T4), an innovative technologies technopark (buildings T5 - T17), a multifunctional sports complex with a swimming pool С1 and biotechnology center (buildings 1, 2). The buildings are provided with engineering support: power supply, low-voltage devices, water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation. For the unhindered movement of visitors with limited mobility around the building, measures are provided in accordance with SNiP 35-01-2001 (ramps, width of corridors, doorways, layout of sanitary facilities, etc.). Layout solutions are developed based on the placement of process equipment that is under development. I. Administrative and exhibition complex with a cafe and a shopping center (buildings K1, K2, K3). The administrative and exhibition complex according to the project is a three-story frame building, the size in the plan in the axes is 61,0 x 45,0 (m). The main entrance is designed in the center of the building, opposite the intersection of Botanicheskaya Street and Rektorsky Proyezd. The lobby with a wardrobe and an elevator hall is located between two functional areas of the first floor of the building: 1 - an exhibition hall with a conference room, 2 - a cafe with all auxiliary facilities. The entrance to the cafe is organized through the main lobby of the complex. Loading goods - from the side of the yard. In addition to the central entrance to the exhibition hall, located on the ground floor, there is an individual entrance from the side of Botanicheskaya Street. The conference hall, designed for 300 people, is designed on two floors. The evacuation exit from the hall is provided directly to the street. Technical rooms adjoin the hall. On the second floor, offices of the directorate, an exhibition hall and rooms for translators and technical rooms of the conference hall are designed. On the third floor there are: a computer center, a meeting room, meeting rooms and maintenance rooms. The evacuation of visitors from the second floor is provided by four stairs. II. Innovation-technological zone (buildings T1-T4) The designed four buildings (buildings T1-T4) are intended for working rooms and for accommodating expositions of developments in the field of information technology industry, chemistry, physics and biology. Buildings - five-story frame, with dimensions in the axes of 20,4 x 24 m. In the T1 building there are working rooms of the center for information and diagnostic systems and technologies, rooms for the development of mechatronic and robotic systems, administrative premises, and premises of the supply and logistics group . In the T2 building, there are working rooms for various areas (agricultural, environmental, etc.). The layout of the T3 building provides for the placement on 3 floors of technologies for electrochemical information sensors, a technology that develops the scientific foundations of chemical sensors based on advanced membrane materials, and wireless telecommunication technologies. On the 4th and 5th floors, it is planned to place office premises for the production of shape memory products and office premises of the Geophysics Center. The T4 building houses radio-physical workrooms, services for introducing developments into production, and office space. All buildings of the innovation and technological zone T1, T2, T3 and T4 have independent entrances to the buildings and are connected to each other and to the administrative building by passages along the 2nd floor. Buildings T1 and T2 are interconnected on all floors, have common elevators (passenger and freight). On the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors there are bathrooms for people with limited mobility. Cases T3 and T4 are solved similarly. In the basement floors (at elevation -2,900) there are supply ventilation chambers, a heating point, water supply inlets, electrical panels and other technical rooms. The entrances to the cellars are from the side of the street. Each building has separate stairs with access to the roof. III. Technopark of information technologies (buildings T5 - T17). The designed thirteen buildings (T5 - T17) are designed to accommodate programmers, for presentations and seminars. Buildings - five-story frame, with dimensions in plan along the axes of 20,4 x 24 m - are designed similarly to buildings T3, T4. Programmers are provided with workrooms with a minimum area of ​​6 sq.m. per worker. All information technology buildings (T1 - T5) are designed with independent entrances to the buildings and are connected to each other and to the administrative building by passages along the 17nd floor. Buildings T2, T5, T6 and T7 are interconnected on all floors, have common elevators (passenger and freight) and bathrooms. On the 1st, 3rd and 5th floors there are bathrooms for people with limited mobility. Cases T9 - T10, T11 - T12, T13 - T14 and T15 - T17 are solved similarly. In the basement floors with a height of 3,0 m, utility rooms and rooms for technical services are located. The buildings are provided with two evacuation exits directly outside. On the ground floor of the buildings, a vestibule with a wardrobe, work rooms, utility and amenity rooms are designed. The height of the floors is 3,6 m. On the second floor there are rooms for meetings and seminars, cafes, work rooms and utility and household premises. The height of the floors is 3,6 m. Technical floors are provided above all buildings. The buildings have two evacuation stairs. The staircase designed in the lobby connects the 1st and 2nd floors; Both buildings have one passenger elevator. v. Multifunctional sports complex with a swimming pool. The building of the sports complex is designed with dimensions in the axes of 45 x 45 m. Functionally, the sports complex is divided into four parts: a lobby group, a swimming pool area with a dry swimming gym, a sports and fitness room.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The designed center consists of an administrative and exhibition complex (buildings K1÷K3), seven buildings consisting of identical semi-detached buildings (T1÷T17) - 2, 3, 4 buildings per building, a multifunctional sports building, two buildings of the biotechnology center, three transformer substations, diesel and treatment facilities. Administrative and exhibition complex. The building of the administrative and exhibition complex is designed according to the frame structural scheme (series 1.020-1/87) and is divided by an expansion joint into 2 blocks. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete. The main step of the columns is 6 x 6 and 6 x 18 m, the section of the columns is 400 x 400 and 400 x 500 mm, concrete B35. Crossbars - from prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the series 1.020-1 / 87 450 mm high and individually manufactured with a section of 300 x 180 mm from B35 concrete. The support of the crossbars on the columns is articulated. Floor beams at the level of 0,000 are taken as monolithic reinforced concrete 550 mm high, concrete B25. Stiffening diaphragms - from precast concrete according to series 1.020-1/87. Ceilings - from prefabricated reinforced concrete hollow core slabs according to series 1.041-2, 220 mm thick. The ceiling in the conference hall is monolithic reinforced concrete beam, concrete B25, reinforcement A500C. Temporary normative load in halls, corridors and stairs - 400 kg/m2, in cafe premises - 300 kg/m2, in other premises - 150 kg/m2. The outer walls of the basement are made of prefabricated foundation blocks 500 ÷ 600 mm thick and of monolithic reinforced concrete 500 mm thick made of concrete B25, W6, F50. The internal walls of the basement are designed from prefabricated foundation blocks 400 ÷ 500 mm thick and from monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick from concrete B25, W6, F50. External walls on the 1st floor - non-bearing from aerated concrete blocks 300 mm thick (D400, B2, F100), lined with Spliter stone 120 mm thick. On the upper floors - multi-layered, from a layer of brickwork 250 mm thick, insulation 150 mm thick and porcelain stoneware cladding. Wall material - brick brand KORPO 1NF/150/2.0/50. Internal walls - non-bearing brick walls 250 ÷ 380 mm thick. The walls are designed from silicate bricks. Partitions - brick 120 mm thick and plasterboard sheets on a metal frame, 100 mm thick. The covering is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs according to series 1.041-2, 220 mm thick, made of B30 concrete. On long-span sections - a truss system of metal trusses with vertical stiffeners. The trusses are designed with a span of 18 m from bent-welded square pipes in accordance with GOST 30245-2003. Pipe steel S345-3. Truss covering - profiled flooring H 75-750-0,9 with fastening to the girders with self-tapping bolts in each wave. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by rigid pinching of columns in the foundations, the joint work of stiffening diaphragms and hard disks of floors. A manual calculation was made for the selection of load-bearing typical elements of the frame and attachment points for stiffening diaphragms. Stairs - marches, platforms and treads - prefabricated reinforced concrete according to series 1.050.1-2. The foundations are taken on a natural basis in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 600 mm thick. Concrete B25,W6, F50, reinforcement A500C. The calculation of foundations was carried out on a computer using the ING + 2005 and Grunt programs without taking into account joint work with ground structures. The relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +28,500 m. Hulls T1÷T4 and T5-T17. The hulls are designed according to the frame braced structural scheme (series 1.020-1/87). Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete. The main step of the columns is 6 x 6 and 6 x 7.2 m, the section of the columns is 400 x 400, concrete B35. The attachment points of the frame elements are adopted according to the series 1.020-1/87. Crossbars made of prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the series 1.020-1/87, 450 mm high and individually manufactured with a section of 300x180 mm from B35 concrete.
