The project documentation provides for the reconstruction with an increase in the capacity of the boiler house with the installation of equipment for the production of thermal energy in the mode of combined generation of electric and thermal energy, stage I of construction - a booster pumping station. The booster pumping station is a heated one-story frame rectangular building with dimensions in the axes of 12,0x30,0 m, a height from ground level to the top of the parapet 10,95 m. electrical rooms with plan dimensions of 9,0 x 10,49 m and a height of 4,52 m. The pump room is equipped with a beam crane with a lifting capacity 3,2 item For the relative mark of 0,000, the level of the finished floor is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of 7.30 in the Baltic system of heights. External walls - from horizontally and vertically arranged metal sandwich panels 150 mm thick with a ready-made polymer coating, with a middle layer of basalt mineral wool. The plinth is made of monolithic reinforced concrete with external insulation with Penoplex, with plastering of the surface along the grid and cladding with porcelain stoneware tiles. Partitions of built-in electrical rooms - from horizontally arranged metal sandwich panels 120 mm thick with a ready-made polymer coating, with a middle layer of basalt mineral wool. Interior decoration of premises - in accordance with the functional purpose. Roofing - 1 layer of PVC membrane Ecoplast V-RP1.5 with combined fastening. Thermal insulation of the roof - from basalt mineral wool slabs. The drain is internal. To access the roof, an external metal staircase is provided, glazed on both sides with stained-glass windows with aluminum bindings. Stained-glass windows with tinted glazing are provided in the central part of the longitudinal facades. Doors internal - metal fire-prevention according to the series 1.436.2-22 with self-locking anti-panic locks. The door is external - metal insulated. Gates with a wicket - metal insulated. Stained-glass windows - with aluminum bindings, with single-chamber double-glazed windows with low-emission coating. The nomenclature, layout and areas of industrial premises are determined in accordance with the technological processes and equipment provided for in them. Administrative and amenity premises for the maintenance personnel of the pumping station are made in accordance with the staffing table and are located in the existing boiler house building. The permanent stay of service personnel in the building of the booster pumping station is not provided.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Responsibility level - 2, normal. The PNS building is a spatial frame-braced frame. The dimensions of the building are 12 x 30 m, the spacing of the columns is 6,0 m. The building is equipped with an overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 3,2 tf. Frame elements are designed from rolled steel profiles, connections - from bent-welded pipes. Metal platforms are provided for maintenance of technological equipment. The ceiling of the built-in part is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete 160 mm thick on steel beams. The covering of the building is steel profiled flooring on steel beams. External walls - from sandwich panels 150 mm thick on steel fachwerk. The basement is made of monolithic reinforced concrete with external insulation with Penoplex and cladding. Geometrical immutability and stability of the frame of the PNS building is ensured in the longitudinal direction - by vertical connections between the columns, in the transverse direction - by rigid embedding of the columns in the foundations, horizontal roofing connections and vertical connections between the columns, at the ends of the building. The conjugation of beams with columns is assumed to be hinged. The static calculation of the load-bearing structures of the PNS building was performed using the SCAD 11.5 software package, the calculation of the foundations - using the BASE software package. The relative mark of 0,000 is taken as the absolute mark plus 7.30. The foundations are designed on the basis of engineering and geological surveys. The foundations of the PNS building are shallow, strip, made of monolithic reinforced concrete, with a section of 1,2 x 0,7 (h) m. 1,4 - silty sands of medium density, saturated with water, with φ=2º; e=30; E=0,65 MPa. The average pressure on the base soil under the base of the foundation is 18 tf/m4,5, the design resistance of the base soil is 2 tf/m26,8, the expected settlement is 2 cm. The floor slab of the first floor is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete with a thickness of 200 mm. The foundations for the equipment are designed as a local thickening of the slab body. The dimensions and thickness of the thickening of the plate are taken taking into account the weight and dimensions of the supporting part of the equipment. Foundation material - concrete class B25, F100, W6, reinforcement class A500C and A240. Under all foundations, concrete preparation is provided from concrete grade B10, 100 mm thick. The supporting metal structures of the technological pipeline rack are flat and spatial structures, rigidly fixed into the foundation. Spatial structures are designed for fixed supports of pipelines, flat structures - for movable supports of pipelines. Metal platforms are provided for maintenance of pipelines. The geometric immutability and stability of the overpass structures is ensured by the rigid embedding of the posts in the foundation, the system of connections, and the spatial framework. The foundations for pipeline supports are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The bulk soil at the base is to be replaced with a cushion of medium-sized sand 0,97 m thick. The average pressure on the base soil under the base of the foundation is 3,5 tf/m2, the calculated resistance of the base soil is 30,0 tf/m2. Foundation material - concrete class B20, F100, W6, reinforcement class A500C and A240.
