On the site, it is planned to arrange an open parking of cars for 46 cars for warehouse workers, a car ramp, fencing the territory and installing a checkpoint. A special container site is provided for the collection of garbage and production waste. The degree of fire resistance of the factory building is II according to SNiP 21-01-97*. Constructive fire hazard class - C 0. Functional fire hazard class of the building - F5.1. The factory building includes parts - rooms and groups of rooms of different classes according to functional fire hazard: F.5.1, F5.2, F3.6 and F4.3. The fire hazard category of the factory building is B. The estimated air temperature inside the production area is +18 ºС. In the warehouse - the estimated temperature is +5 º C. The following types of deposits are involved in the geological structure of the construction site:

- EGE1 bulk soil is represented by a sandy-clay mixture with construction waste and plant residues, the layer thickness is up to 0,3 m;
- EGE2 heavy silty loam, in some places up to clay, hard-plastic, in places to soft-plastic, ribbon and layered, with ferruginous spots, with interlayers and nests of sand and sandy loam, with single gravel, from brown to brownish-gray - 0,5-3,2 .XNUMX m;
- EGE3 light silty loam, in some places to heavy silty, soft-plastic, in places to fluid-plastic, ribbon and layered, with thickened sand interlayers, with single gravel, from brownish-gray to gray - 0,9-4,7 m thick;
- EGE4 silty sand, with interlayers of sandy loam and loam, dense, saturated with water, gray;
- EGE5 sandy loam silty, in places to loam, plastic, with frequent interlayers of sand, with rare gravel up to 5%, with single pebbles, gray;

 Basic decisions on the structural elements of the building.

The project provides for the construction of prefabricated reinforced concrete frame buildings of a rectangular configuration. The building consists of seven parts different in size, number of storeys, calculation scheme and design of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements.
- Part of the building in the P'-T'/1-13 axes - a three-story two-span administrative building with a size of 72,0 * 12,0 m, made of elements of a unified tie frame of public buildings - "KL" (columns - 1.221.1 KL5, crossbars - 1.225.1 KL3, stiffening diaphragms - 1.231.1 KL3, floor slabs - 1.241.1 KL3, 1.243.1 KL1). The pitch of the columns of the main frame is 6,0 * 6,0 m, the height of the floors is 4,2 m; 3,6m; 3,6m. Longitudinal and transverse rigidity of the building part is ensured by placing vertical reinforced concrete stiffening diaphragms in both directions, united by floor disks made of prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs. - Part of the building in the axes Е-Р/1-13 - a two-story, multi-span industrial building with a size of 48,0 * 72,0 m, made of frame elements of multi-storey industrial buildings of the 1.420-12 series. The pitch of the columns of the 1st floor of the building is 6,0 * 9,0 m, the pitch of the columns of the 2nd floor of the building is 6 * 18 m (an option for buildings with an enlarged grid of columns on the upper floor). Floor slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete H = 400mm (laid on the shelves of the crossbars) according to the II24-8 series. The coating is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs according to GOST 22701/1-77* H=300mm, laid on prefabricated reinforced concrete beams with a span of 18m (series 1.462.1-3/89). Floor height - 6,0 m; 4,2m (to the bottom of the covering beams). Longitudinal rigidity of the building is ensured by placing vertical steel ties in the middle span with a step of 18m. Transverse rigidity is ensured by rigid embedding of the frame columns in the foundations and by rigid junctions of the crossbars of the second floor with the frame columns. - A part of the building in the axes Е-Т/14-23 - a two-story, multi-span industrial building with a size of 60,0 * 54,0 m, made of frame elements of multi-storey industrial buildings of the 1.420-12 series. The pitch of the columns of the 1st floor of the building is 6,0 * 9,0 m, the pitch of the columns of the 2nd floor of the building is 6 * 18 m (an option for buildings with an enlarged grid of columns on the upper floor). The longitudinal step of the columns is 6,0 m. In the axes 1-5 / A-D of the building, an insertion was made with an overlap at the level of 6,0 m. Built-in from prefabricated reinforced concrete elements of the 1.420-12 series with a column spacing of 6,0 * 6,0 m. The coating is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs according to GOST 22701/1-77* H=300mm. The height of the building (to the bottom of the roof trusses) is 10,2 m. The middle span of the building (4m) is covered with prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs on steel beams. The longitudinal rigidity of the building is ensured by the installation of vertical steel ties. Transverse rigidity is ensured by rigid embedding of the frame columns in the foundations. Part of the building along the A1-D/14-23 axes is a one-story, three-span industrial building measuring 54,0*52,0m (24m, 4m, 24m spans), made from frame elements of one-story industrial buildings (columns according to series 1.423-5, roof trusses according to series 1.463.1-3/87). The longitudinal step of the columns is 6,0 m. In the axes 22-23 / A'-B of the building, an insertion was made with an overlap at the level of 6,0 m. The ceiling of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete on a steel frame. The coating is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs according to GOST 22701/1-77* H=300mm. The height of the building (to the bottom of the roof trusses) is 10,2 m. The middle span of the building (4m) is covered with prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs on steel beams. The longitudinal rigidity of the building is ensured by the installation of vertical steel ties. Transverse rigidity is ensured by rigid embedding of the frame columns in the foundations. Stairs to buildings in axes P'-T'/1-13 - prefabricated reinforced concrete marching platforms according to series 1.258 KL-2. Stairs in buildings in the axes Е-Р/1-13 and Е-Т/14-23 are prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers. All these parts of the building are separated by expansion joints. The design of the foundations of the building was developed on the basis of the conclusion about the engineering and geological conditions at the construction site of the tea packaging shop. The project adopted columnar foundations on a natural foundation. The calculation of the foundations was made on the basis of the occurrence of soft-plastic loams under the sole. The results of calculations indicating the maximum and minimum stresses under the base of the foundations are given on sheet 2 of the design of the KZh grade. Foundation concrete strength class - B20, frost resistance grade - F100, water resistance - W4. The main decisions on the structural elements of the car ramp. The projected ramp of the complex is a capital structure. The main load-bearing structures are strip monolithic reinforced concrete foundations on a natural foundation, a metal frame-and-braced frame, roofing from a profiled sheet along the runs. The rigidity of the metal frame of the ramp is ensured by: steel decking along the girders of the beams fixed on the upper chords, horizontal braces, vertical braces in the planes of the walls and ends of the ramp. The structures are designed for loads: wind - 30 kg / m2 (type of terrain according to wind load B), snow design - 180 kg / m2.
