Architectural and space-planning solutions

Administrative building. The decision of the facades of the ABK building was made in the style of classicism with elements of modern architecture, taking into account the surrounding historical buildings. The building is designed with a variable number of storeys: the 4-storey part of the building is cylindrical in shape, the extended part is solved in 2 floors. For a conditional mark of 0.000, the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken. In part of the building there is an entrance to the store with a checkpoint. Premises in the administrative building according to the functional scheme, distributed over the floors: 1st floor - except for the checkpoint with a checkpoint - a branded store, utility rooms of the store and a cafeteria, a security point. 2nd floor - administration premises and a cafeteria for plant workers for 36 seats, ancillary premises of the cafeteria. 3-4 floors - offices of employees of the store, cafeteria, employees of the enterprise. Communication between the floors of the building is provided by stairs, a passenger elevator and elevators for technological needs. The floor slab of the 1st floor of the building is monolithic, reinforced concrete, 250 mm thick. For a relative mark of +0.000, the mark of the top of the power floor slab is taken. The mark of the finished floor is +0.100. The outer walls of the above-ground part are three-layer: from the inside of ceramic bricks, monolithic reinforced concrete with insulation and the outer layer - plaster on the grid (as an option - brick with plaster). Internal walls - monolithic thicknesses. 120 and 160mm. Internal partitions - from GKL in 2 layers on a metal frame - 100 ÷ 150 mm, with sound insulation from a mineral wool board. Interfloor ceilings - reinforced concrete, monolithic 200mm thick. A beam with a section of 300x700mm is provided along the contour of the floors to absorb the load from the wall fence. The plinth with a height of 450 mm is designed to be lined with natural stone slabs. Roof structure on the four storey part - attic of metal plastered rafters, roofing - galvanized sheet. Attic floor insulation - mineral wool boards - 200mm. Internal doors - wooden, custom-made. Aluminum profile windows filled with single-chamber double-glazed windows. Windows on the 3rd and 4th floors, facing the embankment, are provided with noise-absorbing ventilation valves. External doors - wooden, custom-made. On the facade of the four-story part of the building, "French" windows are provided. Stained-glass windows are designed along the contour of the two-story building.
