Architectural and space-planning solutions

Design documentation was developed for the reconstruction of gas stations. The existing gas station consists of a one-story control room building and two sheds over fuel dispensers. The building houses gas station services that provide refueling of vehicles, a trading floor for the sale of food and non-food products and providing passengers with fast food, amenity rooms for staff, bathrooms for staff and visitors, a shower room for staff, technical rooms for placing a ventilation chamber, a water metering unit, storerooms. . In the process of reconstruction, the planning solutions of the control room building and sheds do not change, it is planned to replace four existing fuel dispensers and install 4 additional fuel dispensers, replace the advertising design of the gas station, change the foundation for the fuel dispenser bath and increase the dimensions of the plates for the tank truck.

Structural and space-planning solutions

In accordance with the technical report on the survey of existing structures, carried out in August 2011, the existing control room building and sheds were built in 1999 according to the frame-braced structural scheme. At the time of the survey, the gas station was in operation. The level of responsibility of structures - II. Hinged three-layer wall panels "Luxalon" by "Hunter Douglas" with a thickness of 150 mm were used as the outer enclosing structures of the control room building. Columns of the frame of the operator room - bent closed welded sections of square section according to TU 36-2287-80 from S255 steel. Cover beams - I-beams according to GOST 26020-83 from steel C245. The columns and main beams of the canopy frame are I-beams in accordance with GOST 26020-83 from S345-3 steel. The roof covering of the control room is profiled flooring of the brand H75-750-0.7. The rigidity of the disc cover of the control room is ensured by fastening the corrugated board to the beams, braces and ties of the cover. The canopy is covered with RANNILA corrugated board. The rigidity of the coating disc is ensured by fastening the corrugated board to the coating beams in each wave. The spatial immutability of the frames of the control room and the canopy is achieved by the joint work of the columns, fixed in the foundation, and the covering disks. The foundation for the control room building is a monolithic reinforced concrete non-buried foundation slab. Under the slab, an artificial base was made of coarse-grained sand instead of bulk soils. The foundation for the canopy columns is monolithic reinforced concrete columnar. The basis of the foundations of the canopy is the EGE-2 soil (plastic sandy loam). The condition of the load-bearing and enclosing structures of the control room building and the canopy was found to be operational. The structures are recognized as the second category of technical condition. Based on the performed verification calculations, the existing structures of the control room and the canopy do not require reinforcement. The reconstruction project documentation provides for the dismantling of the existing monolithic reinforced concrete slabs of the islands of the fuel dispenser and the bath of the fuel dispenser. All dismantling work will be carried out with hand tools, excluding impacts on the foundations of the canopy columns. The design documentation for the reconstruction provides for the installation of new reinforced concrete monolithic slabs for fuel dispenser islands, foundation monolithic slabs for fuel dispenser baths and an increase in monolithic reinforced concrete slabs for AC sites. Monolithic reinforced concrete slabs of fuel dispenser islands and a slab for the fuel dispenser bath are designed with a thickness of 300 mm from concrete of class B20, W4, F150. Fittings of class A400 according to GOST 5781-82. Under the foundation slabs, an artificial base of coarse-grained sand is provided. The design of the foundations provides stability against ascent. The project developed guidelines for the execution of work to expand the site of the AC. The thickness of the built-up part of the AC site slab is 300 mm made of concrete of class B20, W4, F150. The base is a sand cushion of coarse sand instead of bulk soils. Geotechnical surveys have been completed. Under monolithic foundation slabs, an artificial base is arranged from a sand and gravel cushion with layer-by-layer compaction. The base of the pillow will be the EGE-2 layer - plastic sandy loam. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 25.42.
