DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT TO BE RECONSTRUCTED

The Center for Social Rehabilitation of the Disabled is located in a separate building, on a landscaped area, in a block with existing residential buildings being developed. The building of the center has a regulatory gap from the residential and public buildings located next to it. The building is 2-storey, brick, without a basement, built in the 40s of the last century. General dimensions of the building: width - 17,2 meters; length - 46,7 meters; height - 8,4 meters. According to the Technical Conclusion on the inspection of load-bearing and enclosing structures, the building needs major repairs. Foundations. The base soil of the foundations is hard-plastic silty loams, according to verification calculations R = 205,1 kPa along the “B” axis and R = 212,9 kPa along the “1” and “D” axes. The average pressure under the base of the foundation, according to the calculations, is P = 457,1 kPa along the “B” axis and R = 216,0 kPa along the “1” and “G” axes. According to the technical conclusion, the ground foundations of the foundations of the building walls for existing loads are overloaded and require reinforcement. When digging pits, groundwater was found at a depth of 0,8 m relative to the surface of the yard. Foundations - strip of rubble stone and red clay bricks on a cement-sand mortar. The condition is limited operable. According to the technical report, the existing foundations require reinforcement. The foundations for the designed walls are monolithic reinforced concrete. Walls. According to the materials of the technical report, the existing external walls at the level of the first and second floors are load-bearing, brick made of solid silicate bricks on a cement-sand mortar, 65 cm thick. The masonry of the walls is in a limited working condition. According to the technical report, the project provides for the repair, reinforcement and re-laying of individual sections of walls and ventilation ducts, as well as the reinforcement of window openings and piers with metal frames. Small cracks in the brickwork must be expanded and injected with cement mortar on expanding or stressed cement NTs 20. Fill through cracks in accordance with standard drawings according to album 2.130.6-KR-1 "Lenzhilniiproekt". The laying of openings and the installation of brick partitions should be made from brick KORPO 1NF / 100 / 2,0 / 50 / GOST 530-2007 on a solution of M-50. In places where openings are laid, brick partitions are installed, fasten the new masonry to the existing one. The walls of the attached part are made of brick KORPO 1NF / 100 / 2,0 / 50 / GOST 530-2007 on a mortar M-50 380 mm thick. At the junction, fix the new walls to the existing ones. Existing walls and walls of the attached part are insulated from the outside with Izover mineral wool slabs 100 mm thick with a ventilated facade with porcelain stoneware cladding. The walls of the built-on third floor are provided from foam concrete blocks D-600 B-2,5 F-50 380 mm thick with a bulk density of 600 kgf / m3 on a solution of M-50. The walls of the built-on third floor are insulated from the outside with Izover mineral wool slabs 100 mm thick of a ventilated facade with porcelain stoneware cladding. For the construction of a wall of foam concrete blocks, a monolithic reinforced concrete belt is made along the perimeter of the existing walls. The pairing of new walls with the metal frame is carried out using metal anchors. Use a Ø6mm stainless steel bracket as an anchor. The bracket is welded to the metal frame and recessed into the groove in the blocks. Vertical step 500-600mm. The project provides for the installation of monolithic reinforced concrete. mines. Wall thickness 150mm. According to the technical report, horizontal waterproofing of the walls is provided. Jumpers. The existing lintels above the window openings are reinforced concrete. Due to the presence of cracks in the central part of the lintels, reinforcement of the lintels with metal frames is provided. Floors of the first floor. The existing floors are made on wooden logs on brick columns, are in disrepair and are being dismantled. The designed base of the floors is provided from a monolithic reinforced concrete slab with expanded clay backfill and insulation from extruded polystyrene foam. Ceilings over the first and second floors. Existing floors above the ground floor of metal beams filled with broken bricks on a concrete base. Ceiling above the second floor of wooden beams with plank infill. The ceilings are in disrepair and are being dismantled. New floors are provided on metal beams with reinforced concrete filling along the upper chord of the beams. The thickness of the monolithic plate is 80mm. Roof. The existing roof - ventilated gable, of wooden rafters with wooden crate. The truss system is in disrepair. The project provides for the dismantling of the existing and the installation of a new, combined, roof. The load-bearing structures of the combined roof are provided from metal frames and beams. The maximum spacing of frames and beams is 3-3.2 m. Between the beams, the PZH-150C profile is laid in increments of 600 mm. The covering above the stairwells is arranged from small-sized prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs along metal beams. Ladders. According to the technical report, the existing staircase structures require major repairs. The project provides for the repair of stairwells, the replacement of existing marches and the organization of new ones to the third floor and attic. Flights of stairs are provided from reinforced concrete monolithic steps along metal stringers. ventilation ducts. Ventilation ducts in the existing brick walls are laid. It is planned to repair the walls in places of burnout. Special requirements. Provide accompanying monitoring of construction works in accordance with TSN 50-302-2004. Periodicity: observations begin a month before the start of work, 2 times a week for the period of work, once a month during the year after construction is completed. Precipitation observations should be made using sedimentary marks installed on the walls of the building at a distance of 6 m from each other and at the corners of the building. As zero benchmarks, use wall marks installed on buildings that do not have deformations at a distance of more than 30 m from the observed building. The results of each cycle of deformation observations must be recorded in a log.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT

1. Floors - 3 floors;
2. Functional fire hazard - F.1.1;
3. Degree of fire resistance - II.
4. Class of constructive fire hazard - C0;

The project provides for the reconstruction of an existing 2-storey building with a superstructure of one (third) floor with a 3-storey extension with the placement of floor halls with elevators in it. The main entrance to the building and entrances to the intra-quarter territory are organized from Zaporozhskaya street along the intra-quarter passage. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute value of +11.60 in the Baltic coordinate system. The site does not have a pronounced relief, the elevation difference does not exceed 0.5m. The project provides for the construction of platforms and footpaths with paving stone paving. The project provides for the installation of benches and urns. Marks of the specified elements of the territory are linked with marks of passages. The vehicle access to the building is separated from the pedestrian paths. There are flower beds on the premises.

Constructive decisions. Reinforced concrete structures

The reconstruction of the building is carried out on the basis of architectural and planning solutions and provides for: dismantling of structures that are in an unacceptable state, as well as contrary to the architectural concept; device of new structures. The building has two spans, the structural scheme is frameless, with load-bearing longitudinal and transverse walls, which, together with floor disks, provide spatial rigidity. Demolition of structures. In accordance with the materials of engineering and technical surveys, on the basis of the space-planning concept and in accordance with the technological requirements, it is planned to carry out a complex of dismantling works in the existing building. Existing ceilings, stairs, wooden truss system of the building are subject to dismantling. Non-bearing brick and wooden partitions are subject to dismantling. It is planned to dismantle chimneys not used by the engineering support concept from the level of the floor of the attic floor.

Strengthening existing structures

Strengthening foundations. The project provides for strengthening the foundations and soils of the base of the walls of the existing building. The project for strengthening foundations and foundations includes the following steps: injection reinforcement of the rubble masonry of foundations - drilling out not reaching 300 mm to the bottom of the foundation; injection strengthening of the base soil - drilling 300 mm below the base of the foundations. The project provides for strengthening the existing foundations with a monolithic reinforced concrete cage. Monolithic reinforced concrete structures are made of concrete B20, W6, F100; reinforced with class A-III reinforcement; knitted nets. Reinforcing meshes are made using knitting wire at the intersection of the rods. When concreting foundations, perform protective layers of reinforcement shown in the drawings of foundations. Laying of concrete in the foundation formwork should be carried out with thorough compaction with internal vibrators. Ensure the minimum holding time of the concrete mixture in the formwork sufficient for the concrete to gain 70% of the design strength before the formwork is dismantled. As thermal insulation from the outside, Penoplex-35 slabs 50 mm thick are provided for reinforced concrete. clip. Coat the surfaces of structures in contact with the ground with hot bitumen BN 70/30 2 times over a cold bituminous primer. The protection of building structures against corrosion should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.03.11-85, as well as the specific instructions of the project. Strengthening brick walls. The project provides for the strengthening of existing walls with metal structures, which includes the installation of metal frames, the installation of a reinforced plaster clip at the level of the walls. walls of the 1st and 2nd floors, repair of walls in places of damage. Construction of new building structures. Foundations. The project provides for the construction of foundations for the attached part of the building. The foundations are monolithic reinforced concrete. Under the base of the foundation slab, the project provides for concrete preparation from B15 class concrete with a thickness of 80 mm. Concrete preparation is carried out on a compacted backfill from a sand-gravel mixture until a density of 1,8 t/m³ is reached. The foundation is separated from the existing structure by a sheet pile row of metal channels [14P], immersed by indentation into the underlying low-compressibility soil. Foundation slabs are made of class B20 concrete.
