Architectural and space-planning solutions

The reconstructed building of the former school is intended to accommodate a preschool educational institution and is located on a land plot that does not belong to the category of historical and cultural land and is located outside the protection zones of cultural heritage sites. The building - frame, with a basement, without an attic - consists of two two-story rectangular buildings connected at the level of the first floor by an overhead passage. The building was built in 1967. The maximum height from the ground level to the top of the walls with a parapet is 9 m. The height of the floors is 3,3 m. The main facade of the building is oriented to the southeast. Entrances to the building are located from the side of the main facade, courtyard and side facades. The load-bearing structures of the existing buildings are a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with transverse beams filled with expanded clay-concrete modular panels, finished with small-piece ceramic tiles. The project documentation provides for the reconstruction of existing buildings with the dismantling of partitions and with a complete redevelopment, with the preservation of load-bearing building structures, as well as the installation of new partitions, floor coverings, replacement of window and door blocks, and roofs. To expand the area, a new two-story building with dimensions in the axes of 36 x 24 m was designed, connected to the existing building by a passage at the level of the first floor. The height of the building under construction is similar to the existing buildings. The structural scheme of the new building under construction is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. External walls - aerated concrete blocks insulated with rigid mineral wool slabs with a layer thickness of 100 mm. Exterior finish of all buildings - porcelain stoneware according to the "ventilated facade" system. The building of the preschool educational institution is designed for 220 places, 11 groups. In the basement, technical rooms are designed: cable, water metering unit, ventilation chamber, heating point, ironing and laundry rooms. Entrances to the basement are provided separate from the above-ground floors. The project documentation provides for: on the ground floor - placement of three group cells of junior groups and two group cells of middle groups, a medical unit, a catering unit with the necessary set of premises, a swimming pool, a wardrobe, a staff room, a hall for preparatory classes, a carpentry workshop, a storage room for clean linen, technical premises; on the second floor - accommodation of one group cell of the middle group, three group cells of the senior group, two group cells of the preparatory group, as well as offices of the administration and staff, a music room with storerooms for inventory, a room for circle work, a teacher's room, a gym, a methodological room , technical premises, sanitary premises for personnel. In each group cell, the following set of premises is designed: a dressing room, a playroom, a bedroom, a pantry, and a toilet. At least two normative exits to the outside are designed from each group cell. Communication between the floors is provided for by six staircases of type L1. Designed external metal stairs with platforms. Partitions - aerated concrete blocks 150 mm thick with a plaster layer and finishing, gypsum plasterboard on metal guides, two-layer with filling voids with mineral wool board. Window blocks - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows. The interior decoration of the premises and floor coverings are designed from materials that have sanitary-hygienic and fire certificates for use in children's institutions. It is planned to insulate the existing walls of the building from the outside with rigid mineral wool slabs with a layer thickness of 100 mm. In the reconstructed buildings, it is planned to preserve the structure of the coating with the replacement of the roof with a roof made of rolled hydroglass with gravel protection. The coating and roofing in the building under construction are designed similar to those being reconstructed, with insulation with rigid mineral wool boards. The drain from the roof in all buildings is unorganized (with the installation of cornice overhangs). The projection of the roof cornice is designed to be 600 mm wide, visors are provided above the entrances to the building. The enclosing structures of the building and elements of openings are designed taking into account the requirements of SNiP 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings". The project provides for measures to make the building accessible to people with limited mobility.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the attached part of the building is normal. The building is divided by sedimentary seams into two blocks. The newly erected building was designed according to the frame structural scheme. External walls - aerated concrete blocks 250 mm thick, aerated concrete grade D600, B2,5. Insulation is made with mineral wool boards. The hinged facade is designed on a metal frame. The fastening of the frame to the supporting structures is provided for in the level of floors and coverings with wedge anchors. Internal walls (staircase walls) - monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. The outer walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete 250 mm thick. Concrete of monolithic walls B20. Monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a section of 400x400 mm. The main column spacing is 6,0 (9,0) x 6,0 m, concrete B25. Ceilings and roofing - monolithic reinforced concrete ribbed slabs. The thickness of the ceiling above the basement is 220 mm, the thickness of the interfloor ceilings and roofing is 180 mm. Concrete B25. Beams - monolithic reinforced concrete with a section of 400x550h mm. The class of the main working fittings is AIII. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building are provided by the rigidity of the supporting nodes of the columns, the stiffness cores formed by the monolithic reinforced concrete walls of the staircases, and the joint work of the floor and roof hard disks. The load-bearing structures were calculated on a computer using the Lira 9.4 and SCAD 11.4 programs. Stairs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. The foundations are taken on a natural basis - in the form of a ribbed monolithic reinforced concrete slab 300 mm thick, the height of the rib is 650 mm. Concrete B20,W6, F100. The average pressure on the base is 6,1 tf/m2. A 100 mm thick concrete preparation is provided under the foundation. The calculation of the foundation was carried out on a computer using the Foundation 12.4 program. Adjacency to the existing building under reconstruction is carried out by a transitional gallery, a cantilever connection of the foundations of the gallery to the existing building is provided, the difference in the elevations of the existing and newly erected foundations is solved by the device of stepped foundations. The relative elevation of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +8.75 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, sandy loams and silty loams serve as the base of the foundation. Estimated soil resistance R=17,2 tf/m2. In order to protect the concrete of underground structures, the concrete grade for water resistance is W6, the concrete surface is protected by uniflex adhesive insulation. The expected average settlement of the building is 18,7 mm. The expected draft of the adjoining building is 5,5 mm. The inspection of the reconstructed part of the building has been completed. The outer walls are made of expanded clay concrete 3-layer panels with a thickness of 300 mm, the condition is limited working capacity. The project provides for the restoration of working capacity by sealing the joints of the panels. The walls of the internal stairwells are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete panels 200 mm thick, the condition is operational. The walls of the basement are made of prefabricated blocks of the FBS type, thickness 500 mm, condition - efficient. The foundations of the walls are monolithic and prefabricated foundation cushions 1000 - 1500 mm wide, in working condition. Prefabricated reinforced concrete columns with a section of 250x350 mm, working condition. Ceilings made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs 100 mm thick on prefabricated crossbars with a section of 250x350 mm.
