Architectural solutions

The building of the indoor swimming pool has a compact space solution with a clear functional placement of the necessary premises in three volumes of different sizes. The dominant position is occupied by the volume of the pool, covered by a sloping roof, which makes it possible to economically place the entire set of jumping towers and illuminate the pool hall from two sides with natural light. The middle volume, which is smaller in size, adjoins the first one on the western side and includes the middle pool, the Mother and Child pool and all the ancillary facilities of the pool. The third volume includes an entrance group and administrative premises. All volumes are interconnected by functional connections and form a single building. The composition of the main façade is based on the alternation of a metric row of cantilevered pilasters and tall stained glass paintings. The horizontally expressed volume of the main façade ends with a roof mass, along the pediment of which decorative wavy elements are designed to convey the idea of a water sports facility. The same methods of the metric series are used on the courtyard facade. The end facades have a mirror solution based on a composite insert of two different-sized triangles, with an emphasized mass of a blank wall and a minimum of glazing. The main entrance is located at the corner of the building and faces the street. Tverskaya and on the square in front of the entrance to the stadium. Through the glazed vestibule, the visitor has the opportunity to get into the cash hall and the lobby. The lobby develops from the entrance deep into the building and is functionally divided into two zones. In the vestibule area closest to the exit there is an outerwear wardrobe designed for 300% of students and 100% of spectators. In the second zone of the lobby there are: an open staircase for spectators leading to the administrative premises on the second floor and to the foyer on the third, the reception desk for athletes, adults and children, the entrance to the buffet for 30 seats. In the lobby, there is a division of flows according to their purpose: athletes, spectators, visitors to the buffet. Athletes (adults and children), after passing the reception desk, rise to another level of the first floor, which houses: a children's pool, a "Mother and Child" pool, a staircase leading to the premises of a large pool on the second floor and sports halls on the third. The children's pool 6x12,5 m is a compact unit. The multi-purpose hall is connected to the corridor - recreation with the help of sliding partitions, which will allow you to enlarge the room, if necessary, at the expense of the corridor. The dressing rooms for boys and girls and the bowl "Mother and Child" 2,8x4,0 m adjoin the ends. According to the user's letter, the Mother and Child pool is intended for toddlers accompanied only by their mothers. Locker rooms have all the necessary set of ancillary facilities. The coaching room adjoins the multi-purpose hall. In addition, on the ground floor there is a buffet for visitors to the pool with auxiliary facilities. The first floor is designed with a height of 3,30 m and 4,20 m. In the basement, the engineering and technical facilities of the pool are designed: water treatment, ventilation chambers, heating unit, workshops, staff rooms. They have an independent exit to the outside and a connection with the interior of the pool through a staircase leading to the upper level of the first floor. The pool hall is located on the second floor and has a universal bathtub measuring 50x2I m and a full set of jumping devices. The reduction in the length of the bathtub by XNUMX meter is made in accordance with the standard for the organization of sports competitions. The designed mobile bridge with a width of XNUMX m makes it possible to simultaneously use the bath for swimming and jumping into the water. Various combinations are possible: Swimming 50 m (movable bridge is located close to the end of the bath); Swimming 25 m + swimming 25 m (movable bridge is located in the center of the bath); swimming 25 m + diving or artistic swimming (movable bridge in the center of the bath); Water polo (33 m) + diving (movable bridge moved to the jump zone); Water polo (33 m) There is also the possibility of dividing into lanes across the pool bath. The mobile bridge moves along the corners laid in the longitudinal sides of the bath. Jumping devices are designed separately standing along the end wall of the pool and includes towers 10 m, 7,5 m, 5 m, 3 m, two springboards 1 m. The towers are connected to the raft and to each other by ladders. To facilitate climbing the towers during training, the project restored the lift, located next to the 10 m tower and connected to all levels by horizontal transitions. The location of the jump towers and the lift determined the angle of inclination of the cover. The inclined cover makes it possible to illuminate the pool hall from both sides with side and top light. At the opposite end wall there are the announcer's room and the control room. They represent an independent volume on two supports, which is located at a height of 3,30 m from the raft of the pool. An information board is located above the announcer's room and control room. The locker rooms are designed for the maximum throughput of the pool. They can be accessed from the first floor via the stairs for athletes through the hall. The athletes' locker rooms are designed with clothing storage in the locker room and are designed for 200% changing and 300% clothing storage. Dressing rooms have walk-through shower systems with access to the raft through foot baths, lavatories and washrooms. From each locker room, you can go up the internal stairs to the preparatory room, located on the 3rd floor. All dressing pools are equipped with foot-washers, hair dryers, changing benches, wardrobes for storing clothes. At the pool there are nurses' offices, a laboratory, a room for chemists. At the end of the pool, in the zone where the scoreboard is located, an exit to an open staircase is designed. Also on the second floor there is an administrative block that has a connection with the pool and access to the terrace above the main entrance. The third floor consists of two zones: for athletes and spectators. The hall of preparatory classes is designed for a complete set of pool work. Its height is taken from the conditions for installing 4-3 trampolines necessary for training jumps from the tower. The hall is connected by two internal staircases to the dressing rooms and via a corridor to the main staircase. The second preparatory room adjoins the foyer and is intended for warm-up and gymnastic exercises. From the corridor connecting the two halls, you can get into the coaching rooms, offices of employees and the foyer. Grandstands for spectators, access to the terrace and bathrooms adjoin the foyer. Communication from the vestibule to the foyer is via a stairwell. The stands for spectators are located on the balcony, located along the entire length of the pool with access to the external staircase. Ventilation chambers, technical rooms and a balcony for athletes, which is a gym with gymnastic equipment, are designed on the fourth floor. There is also another balcony, technical, from where control over the construction of the pool cover is carried out. The interior decoration is made in accordance with the purpose of the room in a color scheme that emphasizes the water sports facility. The nature of the exterior finish is designed to create an image of a modern sports facility. During the reconstruction of the building, the external appearance of the building, interior decoration of the premises were updated, the planning solution was brought into line with the current design standards and taking into account measures for people with limited mobility, engineering systems were replaced. The building of the water-sports complex is lined with facade aluminum slabs "AVENT" from the outside with additional insulation of the outer walls. The plinth is finished with OLIS facade boards. The latest construction and finishing materials were used for the interior decoration of the premises. As a result of the reconstruction, the following problems were solved: 1. In the basement there are additional rooms for service personnel with showers and toilets, storage rooms for plumbers and electricians. 2. In the technical rooms of the basement floor, partial dismantling of structures was carried out and engineering equipment was replaced, water purification systems were made for all pool bowls individually. 3. On the ground floor, the lobby was divided into zones: a wardrobe, a waiting area, a registration area for visitors-athletes and children. Separation of flows of visitors heading to different bowls of the pool and spectators is organized, the intersection of these flows is excluded. 4. There is a cash hall with an entrance from the vestibule of the main entrance to the building, additional premises for service personnel. 5. The large bowl of the pool has been adjusted to the standards (bowl size 50 x 21m) for the possibility of holding competitions in water sports. 6. Restored lift for jumpers. 7. On the third floor in the foyer there is a hall of preparatory classes. 8. On the terrace of the third floor there is a glazed recreational room, which serves as an additional space for the foyer, during sporting events, a mobile buffet can be located here. 9. Disabled people have access to the stands on the third floor using a special lift from the lobby. Access to the middle bowl of the pool is provided for the visually and hearing impaired. 10. The building is equipped with ramps with handrails, lifts, wide steps, tactile surfaces and special access devices for people with limited mobility. eleven. The building of the complex is equipped with the latest engineering and technical equipment and sports equipment. 12. Finishing materials are accepted for public buildings with an intensive flow of visitors. 13.

Structural solutions of the existing building

The existing building of the water-sports complex was built in 1984 according to the project of workshop No. 3 of the Lenproekt Institute, completed in 1977-78. Below is a description of the existing structural solutions of the building. Foundations. The existing foundations of the building are piled with monolithic reinforced concrete glass-type grillages for the frame columns and strip-type foundations for the end walls. The height of grillages is 700mm. Piles are driven, hanging, 12 m long, section 35x35 cm. The bearing capacity of the pile is 50 tons - adopted according to the test results (based on the materials of the project carried out in 1978 by the Lenproekt Institute). Concrete of piles of class B25. Concrete of grillage B20. Glacial deposits lie under the tip of 12-meter piles: silty loams, hard-plastic, semi-solid, strong, R=1.5kg/cm2 (according to the materials of the project carried out in 1978 by the Lenproekt Institute). The basement walls (relative elevation -2.400; -2.900) are formed by concrete blocks on foundation beams supported by pile grillages. Local existing drainage lowers the groundwater level to -2.400 (absolute elevation 12.20). The waterproofing of the basement floor at elevation -2.400 and the walls is made of cold asphalt mastic in 3 layers with a total thickness of 12 mm for concrete preparation. At elevation -2.900, the waterproofing of the basement floor is ballast with a waterproof layer similar to elevation -2.400. Along the entire perimeter of the building, an asphalt-concrete pavement with a width of 1 m was made. Inspection of the building confirmed the satisfactory technical condition of the foundations, the absence of frame deformations. Based on this conclusion, it can be concluded that the pile foundation of the frame ensures the strength and stability of the building. Flooding and dampness were not detected. There are no indications of the need for additional measures. The state of the foundation under the outer wall in the axes "1 / A-D" is classified as partially functional, and in the areas of walls with cracks as unacceptable. It is recommended to reinforce this foundation with the installation of bored piles and bringing them under the sole of the existing foundation. Exterior walls. The outer end walls of the building "A" serve as a transverse frame of the frame and fachwerk. Wall thickness 640mm. According to the results of the survey and strength testing by non-destructive methods, the masonry was made of M125 bricks on the M75 mortar. The walls were reinforced after 5 rows with a mesh of 5Vr-1 with a cell of 50x50mm. The self-supporting walls of building "B" are made of hollow clay bricks with facing bricks. Wall thickness 640mm. Brick grade 75 according to the test. According to the results of the survey, a vertical crack was found in the outer wall in the axes "1/A-A/B" with an opening width of 2 mm at a height of 3.5 m from the base to 50 mm at the level of the parapet. The destruction of the lighthouses on the crack indicates the undamped deformations of the wall. The reinforcement of the wall with metal strands, which was not previously carried out according to the project, did not give any result. It is recommended to reinforce the wall with metal strands on the outside and inside with anchoring and injection of cement mortar after the foundation has been strengthened. There are no indications of additional measures for the remaining walls in the report. Columns. Prefabricated reinforced concrete columns according to the 2LG-II-04-3 series (building "B") with a section of 40x40 cm, butt, one-story and two-story cutting with consoles. Building "A" columns are prefabricated reinforced concrete according to the KE-01-55 series with a section of 40x60 cm. The joints are rigid, with a centering gasket. The material of the columns is concrete class B35 according to the test data. Working fittings Ø36 class AIII. Inspection of the building confirmed the satisfactory and efficient condition of the columns. Overlappings. The existing floors are made of prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs and crossbars according to series 2LG-II-04-5, 1.243 CL2. Slabs 22 cm thick, span 6.0 and 3.0 m, ordinary and bonded. Ordinary slabs and bonded on the internal row - multi-hollow, ribbed. Bonded plates along the middle row are solid. According to the results of the survey, the floor slabs above the technical underground in the axes "Zh-I / 7-8 and" 11-13 / K-I "are in disrepair and require replacement (in the survey report, sections of floors in the axes" I-K /10-11" and "9-10/D-E"). The floor slabs above the middle bowl of the pool in the axes "3-6 / Zh-E" have transverse cracks, insufficient depth of support on the crossbars, violations in the layout of the slabs with destruction in the supporting part, the difference in elevations of the front surfaces of adjacent slabs is up to 120 mm. These defects reduce the bearing capacity, the rigidity of the floor. The condition of the plates is classified as unacceptable. It is recommended that these sections of the floors be replaced with monolithic ones. Farm coverage, connection. Trusses covering the building "A" are metal, with a triangular lattice, polygonal shape, beam type. The height of the truss is 2.5 m, the span of the truss is 27.5 m, the angle of inclination is 250. The upper belt is made of paired corners 200x16. The lower belt of box-section from 2 channels No. 30. Racks and braces are made of box section from 2 channels No. 12. Along the upper belt, the role of horizontal connections, in addition to the coating slabs, is performed by paired corners 100x65, uniting the truss nodes along the axes 2,3,9,10. Vertical connections are trusses with parallel belts and a triangular lattice. The upper belt - from 2 corners 100x10, the lower belt and struts - box section from 2 channels No. 12. The survey revealed the degree of corrosion of the upper chords of trusses and fastenings to them is up to 20%, corrosion of the lattice, lower chords and welds - up to 15%. <span style="font-family"
