In this project, polyethylene pipes "Protect" with a protective coating STO 73011750-2008 with the following characteristics were used: Corrosion resistance; Service life not less than 50 years; Sanitary-hygienic and ecological safety; Low roughness and practical absence of overgrowth of pipes; High resistance to hydroabrasive wear; High chemical resistance; Resistance to hydraulic shocks; Resistance to stray currents (does not conduct current); Small weight of pipes; Ease of transportation; The strength of welded joints, exceeding the strength of the pipes themselves; High maintainability. PE pipes comply with GOST 18599-2001 and have the following parameters: Minimum long-term strength MRS 10,0 MPa; Nominal pressure from 1 MPa. Protective coating STO 73011750-2008* serves to provide: the possibility of trenchless laying without damaging the working pipe; reducing the stresses of the working tube.

Construction organization project

Work on the reconstruction of the water supply network is carried out in two shifts by one team. The entire area of ​​the network reconstruction is divided into sections. In parallel with the laying of networks by a closed method, work is carried out on the construction of networks in an open way (in trenches). After laying the network on a specific grip using the puncture method, in the cases provided for by the project, cases and fittings are installed. Installation of cases on network sections laid in a closed way is carried out in the following order: a section of the network is torn off, on which the case is supposed to be installed (the trench is fastened with SBH blocks); a section of the previously laid pipeline is cut out 2 m longer than the length of the case (1 m in each direction from the axis of the crossed network); the case is put on the working tube; the cut section of the pipe is installed using electric welded couplings; the ends of the cases are sealed. General construction and installation works are carried out in accordance with standard flow charts and schemes for the production of work in the PPR, installation of process equipment - in accordance with the passports of manufacturers. All building materials and structures are delivered directly to the construction site by road, ready-mixed concrete - by concrete trucks from the nearest concrete unit. Bituminous mastics are prepared in bituminous boilers located on special sites outside the traffic area. Construction works are carried out in two periods: preparatory and main.

Preparatory construction period

Prior to the start of work on the installation of networks on each grip, it is necessary to carry out the following work of the preparatory period: breakdown of the axis of the route; trial drilling at the intersection of the designed water pipeline with existing communications. Before starting drilling, it is necessary to call representatives of interested organizations. Backfill the pits with coarse-grained sand; demolition of green spaces and detection of explosive objects in the work area; fencing of trees to be preserved with wooden shields; removal of the top fertile soil layer, with storage and subsequent restoration; clearing the territory allotted for construction, planning of places for the passage of construction vehicles and arrangement of storage areas; provision of construction with electricity, water, heat, sewerage under permanent and temporary schemes, organization of temporary household and industrial premises; fencing and designation of hazardous workplaces with certain signs; organization of places for the removal and storage of used materials, construction waste, excess soil - conclusion of contracts with solid waste landfills; temporary lighting of construction sites; delivery of construction equipment, structures, equipment and materials to the facility as required; equipment and staffing of specially designated places with primary fire extinguishing means; installation of an information board at the entrance to the construction site.

Main construction period

During the main period of construction, work on the facilities under construction is carried out in the scope of the working documentation, in accordance with the PPR and passports of manufacturers. Reconstruction of the water supply network includes: dismantling of the existing pavement of the roadway, sidewalks and driveways with garbage disposal to the solid waste landfill; arrangement of pits for organizing the laying of networks using the trenchless method (with fixing the walls of the pits provided for by the project; pipeline laying by closed method using HDD Prime Drilling 100/50; arrangement of cases and installation of fittings; arrangement of trenches for open laying of pipelines (with fastening of the walls of the pits provided for by the project; suspension of existing communications in trenches and pits; open laying of water supply networks; pipeline testing; flushing and disinfection of the pipeline; backfilling; restoration of the disturbed landscaping.
