The building to be reconstructed to accommodate a multifunctional shopping and entertainment center is located in a block of existing development, limited by streets. The building is detached, two-storey, brick, with reinforced concrete ceilings and riveted metal trusses above the hall, without a basement, rectangular in plan, built in 1883. During the operation, the building was overhauled. The entrance and access to the building is carried out from the side of the main facade from the street, oriented to the west, and there are also entrances from the southern and northern facades. The building is not an object of cultural heritage. At a distance of 21 and 24 m from the reconstructed building there are objects of cultural heritage. According to the section of the project Volume 12 "Measures to ensure the preservation of cultural heritage sites", the zone of influence of reconstruction on cultural heritage sites is 8,1 m. The surrounding cultural heritage sites are outside the zone of influence of the planned construction works. The project documentation provides for the reconstruction of the building into a multifunctional shopping and entertainment center for organizing celebrations, bowling and billiards competitions. Provision is made for the sale of culinary and confectionery products in the restaurant block. For the relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the level of the finished floor of the first floor is taken, corresponding to the absolute mark of 13,85. Based on the technical survey of the building, the project documentation provides for: preservation of the main load-bearing structures that are in working condition; reconstruction of a large two-height cinema hall divided into two floors by an interfloor ceiling supported by columns on the first floor. two extensions to the building from the side of the northern facade with dimensions in the axes of 4,3 x 11,8 m and 4,0 x 2,9 m with pitched roofs and walls made of cellular concrete, with stained-glass glazing on a metal frame. arrangement of canopies over the entrances from the southern and northern facades; redevelopment of premises with the dismantling of partitions and the installation of new ones; insulation of external walls with mineral wool boards.
