Space planning solution

The existing two-story building with plan dimensions of 25,4 m by 10,82 m and a height of 6,7 m is located along the highway. In the existing building, it is planned to replace the stairs and ceilings, strengthen the foundations. From the side of the courtyard, in the axes "B" - "L" and "4" - "8", a new building of the house of culture is being built, the third and fourth floors of which partially hang over the existing building, relying on columns. The main entrance to the building is from the courtyard area. Both buildings represent a single complex of the new recreation center. The new adjoining building is a four-storey one, with plan dimensions of 23,65 m by 15,26 m, rectangular with ledges. The maximum building height is 15,00 m from ground level. In the reconstructed part of the building, it is planned to place on the ground floor: a wardrobe, a cash lobby with cash desks, part of the administrative, utility, technical premises. On the second: a library complex for 42000 items with a reading room for 20 people and a subscription. Above the second floor of the existing building, an exploitable roof is expected. The new, planned part of the House of Culture is supposed to be located on the ground floor: an entrance vestibule, a dance hall that functions as a rehearsal room, with utility rooms. On the second floor: applied art studios and dressing rooms for the auditorium. On the third floor there is an auditorium for 264 seats, a bathroom. nodes for spectators, a rehearsal room, a choir studio, a room for music lessons and a foyer - a winter garden. On the fourth floor, it is planned to place a balcony with 36 seats for spectators, administrative premises, and a bathroom. nodes for spectators, a dressing room and technical rooms. The total capacity of the facility is 500 people. The building will be equipped with new technical and engineering systems with the installation of modern equipment. Finishing materials are provided in the building on the evacuation routes in accordance with Federal Law N 123-FZ. vertical transport. The passenger elevator was developed for the Palace of Culture on the basis of the terms of reference. The selection was made taking into account the use of equipment manufactured by Otis. Technological solutions were adopted in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 2.08.02-89. Elevator capacity - 13 people, load capacity - 1025 kg. It is used for transportation of people with limited mobility. Serves 1, 2, 3, 4 floors. Entrance on one side. Wall cladding material - stainless steel, floor - porcelain stoneware under natural stone

Constructive decisions

Foundations - pile. The main structural scheme of the building is a reinforced concrete frame with monolithic ceilings. External walls - monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is flat, combined. Facade decoration - facing screens on a metal frame (ventilated facade). The building of the House of Culture was built in 1950-1952 according to the wall structural scheme. The building is located in the corner of the block, at the intersection of the highway and the street and has a southwestern, main facade on the highway, retreating from the borders of the carriageway by 6 m. , is limited from the southwest by the highway, from the northwest side by Pesochnaya st., from the southeast - by the access road to the Palace of Culture and neighboring areas, from the northeast - by neighboring areas. The absolute level marks of the day surface around the building vary within 48,15...49,10 m. 1st floor of the new building, corresponding to the absolute mark of 0.000 m. The height of the above-ground floors is different - from 1 to 49,32 m. stairways. Structural solutions for a new (attached) building, as well as a description of the engineering and geological conditions of construction are described in volume 2,85. Design documentation for the reconstruction was developed taking into account the results of the surveys set out in the volume “Reconstruction of the building (addition of the auditorium and library).

Measurement works

The reconstruction project provides for the preservation of the existing 2-storey building without a basement. The structural system of the building is cross-walled with load-bearing longitudinal (preserved reinforced brick) and transverse (new monolithic) walls, based on strip foundations, united by a monolithic reinforced concrete reinforcement slab. The designed interfloor ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete on profiled sheets and metal beams. In the above report on the survey of the building, it is noted that the foundation soil of the existing foundations is dusty sand, gray-yellow with lenses of gravelly sand. The foundation is strip, made of torn limestone on lime mortar. On the edge of the foundation there is a horizontal anti-capillary waterproofing made of rolled materials. Above the edge there is a distribution reinforced concrete. belt height 140 mm. The depth of the sole relative to the ground surface is 2,1 m. The width of the sole is 0,73 m. Due to the increase in loads on the reconstructed building, it is planned to strengthen the existing strip foundations with the installation of a reinforced concrete foundation slab 300 mm thick, the same under the entire building. Embedding into the bearing walls of the foundation slab is carried out by means of keyed joints (size 400x300x300(h), key spacing 1,5 m) through specially formed holes in the brickwork above the edge of the existing foundations. To enable the reinforcement foundation slab to work together with the existing strip foundations and the base, a special solution is injected under the slab under pressure. In the underground part of the building, it is planned to use Ceresit CR65 coating waterproofing with a thickness of 2,5 mm. The project provides for the dismantling of the truss system and the complete replacement of existing ceilings with new reinforced concrete 120 mm thick along a profiled sheet and steel beams, based on brick outer (610 mm thick) and inner (250 mm thick) walls. Beams are taken from profile 20B1 according to STO ASChM 20-93 from steel S245 GOST 27772-88. The step of the beams is 1,2 m. When the beams are supported on the outer walls, a relief beam is installed above the openings in a specially organized shtrab. To ensure the transverse rigidity of the building, monolithic reinforced concrete diaphragms 160 mm thick are provided, rigidly connected to the foundation slab, ceilings and longitudinal brick walls due to the installation of key joints in them (size 175x250x200 (h), key spacing 1,5 m) through specially formed holes in the masonry . The project provides for strengthening the existing brick walls of the building. In the areas of destruction of the masonry, vystynka and partial re-laying should be performed. Strengthening of the internal brick longitudinal wall with a thickness of 250 mm is carried out by the device of a monolithic reinforced concrete clip with a thickness of 40 mm on both sides along a reinforcing mesh 5Вр-I 100/100. The grid is attached to the wall with through anchors with a pitch of 750x750 mm. Reinforcement of walls in places of formation of new and expansion of existing door and window openings is carried out by arranging steel frames from 100x10 corners in accordance with GOST 8509-93. All existing landings and marches are subject to dismantling and replacement. New landings are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete on steel beams, flights of stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers. Steel beams and stringers are plastered over the grid. Concrete of reinforcement foundation slab structures – B30, F50; floors of the reconstructed building - В25 F75; reinforced concrete clips for brick wall reinforcement - B10 on fine aggregate. The reliability of the adopted design solutions, the cross-sections of the bearing elements and the dimensions of the nodal connections are confirmed by the results of the calculations of the spatial model using the SCAD calculation complex, version 11.3.
