Coarse pretreatment building

The coarse preliminary cleaning building is a new two-storey pavilion-type building with plan dimensions of 37,6x16,2m. The building is being erected on the site of the dismantled facilities of the existing treatment facilities (mechanical cleaning systems). The height of the building is about 12 m, with a flat roof on two high-rise levels with attics. The walls of the first floor are reinforced concrete walls with a gabion structure, an earthen embankment is adjacent to the rear transverse wall, connecting the level of the "Primary Settling Tanks" with the second floor of the "Rough Pre-Cleansing". On the ground floor, at el. + 3,630 there is a place for placing two containers, a pit for acidic hydrolysis of primary sludge, an electrical panel room with a separate entrance and a space for shut-off and control valves at the distribution facility at the end of the building are also designed. On the second above-ground floor, there are in series: a platform for a deodorization unit, under which there is a reinforced concrete inlet channel. In this channel, wastewater flows from the pressure chamber (located at the outer wall of the building) to two reinforced concrete gutters with multi-grid cassettes (grids) , further to two sand traps located symmetrically, and further from them to the distribution facility. From the distributor, wastewater flows through the pipeline through the basement reinforcement room from the facility to up to four primary clarifiers. On the second aboveground floor, in addition to the technological water treatment line, there is a bathroom, space for two sand washers and utility rooms. The outer walls of the 2nd floor will be self-supporting from TrimoRaster system sandwich panels, 120 mm thick with non-combustible mineral wool insulation, with factory enamel painting RAL 9006, which are attached to a reinforced concrete frame of columns and rails).
