General information.
Standard design No. 704-1-60 of a steel vertical cylindrical tank with a capacity of 20000 m3 for storing oil and petroleum products was made according to clause 184 of section 18 “Buildings and structures for auxiliary production and storage purposes at industrial enterprises” of the standard design plan for industrial construction for 1968 year. Standard project 704-1-60 was developed in one stage, replacing standard project No. 7-02-273. The walls and bottom of the tank are made in the form of panels and transported to the construction site rolled into rolls. The central part of the bottom is designed in the form of 4 panels and is welded into two rolls.
