The project of the building of an elementary school for 150 places with a structural unit of preschool education (preschool educational
institution) for 140 places was made using the Revit software package. The digital information model is divided into several models (submodels), due to the nature of the volume of files. All submodels of the school project model in Revit provide a guaranteed collection of them into a single OCS body by section. The BIM model of the building of the elementary school for 150 children with the kindergarten for 140 students of the stage of preparation "Detailed Documentation" has a level of elaboration LOD 400.

Brief description of the construction object.

The project involves the construction of a primary school building for 150 places with a structural subdivision of preschool education (preschool educational institution) for 140 places. The building provides all the premises necessary for the operation of the facility: group cells of a preschool educational institution and primary school classrooms, two swimming pools for year-round use, an assembly hall, a library, a sports hall, a music hall, a dining room. The premises of the elementary school and preschool educational institution are separated from each other and have separate separate entrances. The territory of the land plot is also zoned according to the principle of separation of elementary school and preschool educational institution. The territory is being improved: walking grounds are being organized for each group, a sports ground for a preschool educational institution, sports grounds for an elementary school, trees and shrubs are being planted. The facility will meet the needs of residents of nearby residential buildings in pre-school and primary education. The structural scheme of the building is made in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with a monolithic ceiling. By the nature of the work - frame.
