The project of a kindergarten for 200 children was made using the Revit software package. The digital information model is divided into several models (submodels), due to the nature of the volume of files. All submodels of the kindergarten project model in Revit provide a guaranteed collection of them into a single OCS body by section. The BIM-model of the kindergarten building for 200 places of the stage of preparation "Detailed documentation" has a level of study of LOD 500.

Brief characteristics of the construction object.

The facility under design is a detached three-story building with a basement under the entire area. The capacity is 11 groups (200 seats). The overall dimensions of the building in the extreme axes are 59,71m (in axes 1-14) x29,85m (in axes A-K). The projected building is detached, 3-storey with a basement floor. The height of the basement is 2,6 m, the height of 1,2,3 floors is 3,44 m. The structural scheme of the building is frame. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of transverse, longitudinal walls and floor slabs made of reinforced concrete. The supporting structures of the building are: a solid monolithic reinforced concrete foundation slab on a natural base 500 mm thick; monolithic reinforced concrete walls 200mm thick; ceiling above the basement - monolithic 200mm thick; Floor slabs of the basement and above-ground floors - monolithic reinforced concrete on a removable formwork, the thickness of the slab part is 200 mm; Floor slabs of staircases - monolithic reinforced concrete on removable formwork, thickness - 160 mm; Stairs - monolithic reinforced concrete flights of stairs along monolithic reinforced concrete landings with a thickness of 200 mm; the pool bowl made of monolithic reinforced concrete rests on monolithic reinforced concrete walls 200 mm thick and is monolithically connected to the floor slab above the basement; elevator shaft - monolithic reinforced concrete.
