Architectural and space-planning solutions.

The preschool educational institution is designed on the intra-quarter territory and is a 1-3-storey building of different heights with a basement and without an attic, a broken “rectangular” shape in plan, with dimensions in the extreme axes of 73.0x (3.0 + 15.0 + 9.0) m. The greatest vertical height of the building from the planning ground level to the highest point (the parapet of the machine rooms of the elevators) is 15.30 m. The height of the above-ground floors is 3.30 m. Basement height - 2.85 m. For a relative mark of 0.000, the mark of the finished floor of the 1st floor of the building was taken. The children's preschool educational institution is designed for 220 places and is intended for daytime stay of children. The building has 12 group blocks (4 nursery groups and 8 preschool groups). In the basement, a block of laundry rooms, a heating center, a water metering unit, a storage room for fluorescent lamps, ventilation chambers, a technical room for a pool, and a cable entry room are designed. On the first floor of the building, nursery group cells, a medical center, a swimming pool with accompanying and service premises, a food block, bathrooms, and an electrical panel room are designed. On the second floor of the building, preschool group cells, a gymnastics room, a room for technical staff, inventory rooms, a personal hygiene room, bathrooms, a MOS room, offices, pantries of linen are designed. On the third floor there are preschool group cells, classrooms, a music room, inventory rooms, a staff room, linen storage rooms, bathrooms, a personal hygiene room, a MOS room, a ventilation chamber. All group cells are provided with independent entrances and exits and evacuation routes. Independent entrances are designed to the block of medical premises and the catering department. For communication between floors and evacuation, 3 staircases of the L1 type were designed, which have exits to the territory adjacent to the building, two of them have exits to the roof. For communication between the basement rooms and the 1st floors, an internal staircase of the H3 type is provided, made with a vestibule and air overpressure. From the basement floor, independent entrances and exits are designed, leading directly to the outside. The building is equipped with a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 1000 kg and freight elevators with a carrying capacity of 100 kg. The machine room of the passenger elevator is designed at the level of the building cover and protrudes above the roof plane. The outer walls above the 0.000 mark are made of effective ceramic bricks (380 mm), in some areas - of solid ceramic bricks (380 mm) with thermal insulation from mineral wool boards (150 mm) and a finishing layer of porcelain stoneware according to the "ventilated facade" system. External walls below the 0.000 mark - monolithic reinforced concrete (200 mm) with thermal insulation of expanded polystyrene (100 mm) and with a pressure base cement-fiber slab and a finishing layer of porcelain stoneware on mortar. Partitions and internal walls - brick, from aerated concrete blocks, from plasterboard sheets (GKL and GKLV) on a metal frame with filling voids with mineral wool slabs. Windows - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows and micro-ventilation system. Stained-glass windows - metal-plastic with two-chamber double-glazed windows. Doors - metal, wooden, in accordance with GOSTs and custom-made, glazed and deaf, in the usual, fire and anti-vandal design. The covering is flat, combined, the roof is made of rolled materials. The drain is internal. For finishing the premises of the main purpose, plastering of the walls is provided, followed by painting the walls and ceilings with acrylate paints. In the places where the sinks are installed, there are panels made of glazed ceramic tiles. The walls of rooms with wet and wet operation are faced with glazed ceramic tiles. For decoration of auxiliary, service and technical premises, painting of ceilings and walls with water-based and acrylate paints is provided. Floor covering - ceramic floor tiles, ceramic granite non-slip plates, TZI linoleum, concrete, parquet. On the 1st floor in a number of group rooms and pool block - "warm floors". Suspended ceilings - type "Armstrong". False ceilings - from sheets of plasterboard or slatted. Canopies above the entrances are made of roofing profiled steel sheet with a polymer coating. Measures are envisaged to ensure the accessibility of buildings for the disabled and people with limited mobility. Entrances to the building are equipped with a ramp. Ramps have a width of at least 1000 mm, a slope of no more than 8%, sides - a height of 150 mm, a coating - hard, non-slip. There is a canopy above the entrance. Ramp and stairs fencing - in 2 levels (0.9 m and 0.75 m), continuous along the entire length, the final part is 0.3 m longer than the march. Elevator - load capacity 1000 kg with cabin dimensions 1.1 x 2.1m and a doorway width of 0.9 m. The elevator hall is a fireproof zone, the width of the doorway is 1501 mm. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a specially equipped cabin. Doors - entrance, vestibule, on escape routes and possible access of MGN - have a width of at least 0.9 m and have thresholds with a height of no more than 0,25 mm. The width of the corridors is designed to be at least 1.80 m. Transparent door leafs are made of impact-resistant materials, have contrasting markings and a protective strip along the bottom of the door leaf. On the sidewalks there are places with a lowering of the curb. The slopes of footpaths and sidewalks do not exceed 5% in the longitudinal direction and 1% in the transverse direction.

Structural and space-planning solutions.

The building is assigned to the normal level of responsibility, divided by two sedimentary seams. Designed according to the frame structural scheme of monolithic reinforced concrete. Frame columns - section 400x400mm. Concrete B25, reinforcement A400 and A240. The maximum step of the columns is 6m. Rigidity diaphragms - monolithic walls 200 mm thick. Concrete B25, reinforcement A400, A240. Floor slabs and coatings - monolithic beamless 200mm thick. Beams with a section of 3.20x6.50 (h) mm are provided along the outer contour of the floors at marks +400, +500 and in the coating. Concrete B25, reinforcement A400 and A240. The outer walls of the basement floor are monolithic reinforced concrete 200mm thick. Concrete B25 W8F100. The outer walls above the 0.00 mark are brick 380mm thick with floor support. The hinged facade design will be developed in the working documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Kraspan VST (VstN) system, Technical Certificate of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation No. 3024-10. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms and monolithic stairs. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of stiffening diaphragms and hard disks of floors. Structural analysis was performed using the SCAD software package, version 11.3. The foundation is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 500 mm thick on a sand cushion 2,85 m thick. Concrete of the foundation slab B25 W8 F100. Concrete preparation is provided under the foundation slab. Pillow - from medium-sized sand with layer-by-layer compaction up to a coefficient of 0,95. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 6.35. The absolute mark of the layout is 5.00. Geotechnical surveys have been completed. The maximum groundwater level is near the daylight surface. Groundwater is slightly aggressive towards concrete of normal permeability. The project documentation provides for waterproofing of the underground part of the building. The expected draft of the building is 8 cm. There are no existing buildings in the 30 m zone.
