Architectural and space-planning solutions:

The preschool building is designed for 3 nursery groups and 6 preschool groups with a total capacity of 160 children. The building is three-story, with a basement. In the basement, auxiliary rooms, laundry and technical rooms are designed to accommodate engineering equipment. On the first floor, the working project provides for group nursery groups, a hall with a swimming pool, a catering unit and a first-aid post. On the second and third floors, premises for preschool groups, a music room with a utility room, administrative and utility rooms, and a ventilation chamber are designed. At elevation +11,000 (roof level), the detailed design provides for the placement of a ventilation chamber and utility room. In the building of the preschool educational institution, 4 evacuation staircases of type L1, an elevator Q = 1000 kg and two elevators for clean and dirty linen and for the needs of the catering department were designed. In the exterior decoration, the working project provides for: Base - artificial stone; Walls - finishing with facade paints on a plastered surface. The roof is flat rolled with internal gutters. The working draft provides for the accessibility of the premises of the preschool educational institution for people with limited mobility.

Structural and space-planning solutions.

The building was designed according to the wall structural scheme. External walls - load-bearing, brick 380 mm thick with insulation from mineral wool boards with plastering. Brick - ceramic hollow M125 according to GOST 530-2007. Internal walls - load-bearing, brick 380 mm thick. External basement walls - from prefabricated concrete blocks according to GOST 13579-78 with a thickness of 500 and 600 mm. Internal walls - from prefabricated concrete blocks according to GOST 13579-78 with a thickness of 400 mm. Ceilings - from prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs according to series 1.141.1 220 mm high and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs 220 mm thick. Concrete of monolithic slabs of class B20. The covering is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs 220 mm high according to series 1.141.1. Concrete of monolithic slabs of class B20. The required fire resistance limit of prefabricated reinforced concrete floor slabs is provided by covering the ceiling surfaces from vermiculite slabs 20 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of longitudinal and transverse brick walls and hard disks of floors and roofs formed by prefabricated reinforced concrete slabs with seams embedded in concrete and monolithic sections of floors. The calculation of the load-bearing structures of the building was carried out on a computer using the SCAD software package. Stairs - from prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on metal stringers. The foundations are assumed to be piled from driven prefabricated reinforced concrete composite piles with a cross section of 300 x 300 mm, a total length of 17 m. Concrete piles of class B25, F75, W8. The design load on the pile is assumed to be 34 tons. The project provides for protection against damage when the anti-corrosion coating of metal structures is driven into the joints of composite piles with high-strength rolled materials. Grillages - tape, monolithic reinforced concrete, concrete class B20, F100, W8. Pairing of piles and grillages is rigid. The calculation of foundations was carried out on a computer using the SCAD software package without taking into account the work of above-ground structures. The mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of + 4,8 m. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the pile tip is the soil of layer No. EGE-6 with IL = 0,67 and E = 70 kg/cm2. The allowable design load on the pile was adopted based on the results of static sounding. The project provides for checking the bearing capacity of piles by static tests before mass driving, as well as control tests after pile driving. In order to protect the basement from flooding with groundwater, drainage is provided near the foundation. The expected average draft of the building is 10 cm.
