Architectural and space-planning solutions

The building of the children's educational institution (DOE) for 190 places is designed as one-three-story building with a basement. The building has a complex shape with dimensions in the axes of 73,0 m x 27,0 m, the height of 1-3 floors is 3,30 m. The height of the main three-story volume of the building to the top of the parapet is 13,22 m, one-story volumes are 5,7 m. As part of a children's educational institution for 190 places, 10 group cells were designed (two nurseries with 15 children in each group, and eight preschools with 20 children in each group). Group cells consist of a dressing room, toilet, group, pantry and bedroom. Group cells are designed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, each cell is impassable, conveniently connected to all other necessary premises and has two emergency exits. Three stairwells and an elevator with a carrying capacity of 2 kg were designed for lifting to the 3nd-1000rd floors for transporting fire departments. There are two cargo lifts: one from the 1st to the 3rd floor and one through the vestibule-sluice from the filed to the 3rd floor. In the basement, technical rooms for the engineering support of the building, as well as laundry and ironing rooms are designed. From the basement, three exits are designed through the pits to the outside and exit through the vestibule-gateway along an isolated staircase to the 1st floor. On the 1st floor there are 2 group nursery cells and 1 group preschool cell, a block of medical rooms (with a separate external exit), a pool room with a 3 x 7 m bath and a catering room with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there are 4 group preschool cells, a hall for gymnastic classes with inventory storage rooms, administration premises. On the 3rd floor there is a hall for music lessons with a pantry of inventory, a room for children to study using computers, a circle room of the administration room. Staff rooms are provided on the 2nd and 3rd floors, staff bathrooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Porches of three entrances to the 1st floor are equipped with ramps with a slope of 8%, for lifting parents with prams and disabled parents. The outer walls of the building are made of hollow bricks with MVP insulation and finishing according to the ventilated facade system of ceramic granite tiles in four colors. The external walls in the pool are solid brick, the material of the partitions in the basement and the pool is solid brick. Socle - facing with an artificial stone. Filling window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. The floors in group cells are provided from linoleum, in the music and gymnastic hall - parquet, in the pool, bathrooms and pantry - ceramic tiles. The floors of the corridors, halls, landings are designed from ceramic granite with a non-slip surface. In the group rooms on the 1st floor, heated floors are provided. Metal stair railings, railing height 1.5 m. The roof is flat, with an organized internal drain.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building of the preschool educational institution was designed according to the frame structural scheme. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete section 40´40 cm, the main grid of columns - 6.0´6.0 (3.0) m. Overlappings - from monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. Covering - from monolithic reinforced concrete 180 mm thick. Bearing walls (stiffness diaphragms) - monolithic reinforced concrete, 300 mm thick, for sections of external load-bearing walls - with an outer layer of insulation 60 mm thick and cladding according to the ventilated facade system. The outer walls of the basement floor are monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation 100 mm thick, above ground level - with artificial stone cladding according to the ventilated facade system. Concrete of monolithic structures of the above-ground part of the building B25, class AIII reinforcement. Concrete of monolithic structures of the underground part of the building B25, W6, F100, class AIII reinforcement. External walls - non-bearing, with floor-by-floor support on floor slabs, made of hollow brick M150 on mortar M75 380 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation and cladding according to the ventilated facade system. External walls in the pool room - masonry of solid brick M150 with a thickness of 380 mm, a layer of insulation and cladding according to the ventilated facade system. The project provides for the fastening of non-load-bearing walls to the load-bearing structures of the building. Fastening of the facade system to the supporting structures of the building is carried out by a specialized organization using a certified technology in agreement with the general designer. The pool structure is a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl made of concrete B25, W8, based on monolithic reinforced concrete racks with a section 300 × 300 mm. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The walls of the elevator shaft are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick (concrete B25). Building responsibility level – II. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the frame columns and walls (diaphragms) with unchanging horizontal disks of reinforced concrete floors and roofing. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the SCAD 11.3 software package. The relative elevation of 0.00 corresponds to the absolute elevation of +106.95 m. The foundation was adopted on a natural base, in the form of a 500 mm thick slab of monolithic reinforced concrete B25, W6, F100 with class AIII reinforcement for concrete preparation 100 mm thick and sand bedding 150 mm thick. The base of the foundation is light silty weathered loam with gravel, hard pebbles EGE-2 (e=0.55, IL=-0.32, E=260kg/cm2). The project provides for coating waterproofing of foundation surfaces in contact with the ground, and foundation drainage. The expected settlement of the building does not exceed 8 mm. The project provides for the fencing of the territory in the form of steel bar sections (h = 1.8 m). The foundations for the fence posts are columnar, made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements.
