Architectural and space-planning solutions

The designed building of a preschool educational institution (DOE) is of complex configuration, 1-2-storey, with a basement. The lighting of the stairs and the music hall is designed through skylights. The height of the vertical plane of the facade from the planning surface of the earth to the parapet is 9,255 m. The height of the floors is 3,35 m, the height of the basement is 2,35 m. On the first floor of the building, 4 nursery group cells, 2 group cells for younger groups, a swimming pool block with a 3x7 m bath, a catering unit, a laundry block, a medical block, a music and sports hall with inventory, a manager's office and a security room, an electrical panel are designed. Group cells on the ground floor are designed with individual exits to the territory. On the second floor there are 6 group cells - 1 for the younger group and 5 for the middle groups, rooms for circle classes, staff rooms. Technical rooms are designed in the basement - ITP, water metering unit, cable, technical and utility rooms of the pool, ventilation chamber. Access for people with limited mobility to the first floor, to the music and sports halls, and to the manager's office is provided. A ramp with a slope of 10% is designed to the main entrance. The structural scheme of the building is frame-monolithic. Basement walls - monolithic, 300 mm thick, with external foam insulation. External walls of 1-2 floors - brick self-supporting, 250 mm thick, with insulation. Filling window openings: metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows with a window for ventilation; indoor pool - with three-chamber double-glazed windows. The roof is flat, with an internal drain. Partitions - from solid ceramic bricks 120 mm. Interior decoration in rooms with a normal mode - painting with non-combustible acrylic, silicate paints. Wall decoration in rooms with a wet regime - full-height ceramic tiles in the pool hall, in showers. In the premises of the catering unit, in the pantry, in the bathrooms - ceramic tiles to a height of 1,5 m and painting. The floors in the premises of the first floor are insulated, in the bedrooms of the first floor and the pool hall - with water heating. Flooring in group rooms, bedrooms, offices, music hall - linoleum, in the gym - sports linoleum; in bathrooms, showers - ceramic tiles. In the corridors, stairwells, in the premises of the laundry room and the catering unit - porcelain stoneware.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building of the preschool educational institution was designed according to the frame-wall design scheme. Building responsibility level – II. The spatial rigidity of the building is ensured by the joint work of the frame columns and walls (diaphragms) with unchanging horizontal disks of reinforced concrete floors and roofing. Columns - monolithic reinforced concrete section 4040cm and 5050cm, grid of columns - 6.0(4.5)6.0m. Bearing walls - monolithic reinforced concrete, 180mm thick. Ceilings and roofing - from monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick with thermal inserts in the area of ​​​​the porches and canopies above the entrances, which are consoles for floor slabs, concrete grade for frost resistance F100. The design of the coating provides for the installation of light lanterns in the area of ​​the stairs and above the music hall. The main supporting structures of the lanterns are steel bent-welded closed box sections. The outer walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 300 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation, above ground level - with cladding. Concrete of monolithic structures of the above-ground part of the building B25, class AIII reinforcement. Concrete of monolithic structures of the underground part of the building B25, W6, F100, class AIII reinforcement. External non-bearing walls - two-layer, floor-by-floor cutting, supported by floors, made of solid brick M150 on mortar M75 250 mm thick, a layer of insulation and an external plaster layer. The project documentation provides for the fastening of non-bearing walls to the supporting structures of the building. The structure of the pool is a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl (wall thickness - 200mm, bottoms - 250mm), based on monolithic racks with a section of 400 × 400mm made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25, W6. Internal stairs - from monolithic reinforced concrete. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the Monomakh 4.2 and SCAD 11.1 software package, taking into account the joint work with the foundation. The required fire resistance of structures is confirmed by calculations. A relative elevation of 0.000 corresponds to an absolute elevation +19.000 m. The foundation of the preschool educational institution building was adopted on a natural basis in the form of a foundation slab of monolithic reinforced concrete 500 mm thick. Concrete B25, W6, F100 with class AIII reinforcement. Under the foundation, concrete preparation is provided for a layer of crushed stone 200 mm thick. The project provides for the removal of bulk soil and the installation of a cushion of compacted medium-grained sand 900 mm thick. The base of the foundation is sands from silty to medium size, dense, with gravel and pebbles, wet, saturated with water EGE-2 - EGE-4 (e = 0.570-0.500, E = 280-450 kg/cm2). External evacuation stairs - open free-standing, made of metal structures, with fastening to the supporting structures of the building at the level of ceilings. The foundations for the bearing racks of the stairs are columnar, made of monolithic reinforced concrete (B25, W6, F100), the laying depth is below the freezing depth of the soil.
The maximum level of groundwater during periods of active snowmelt and rainfall can be expected near the surface of the earth. Groundwater is slightly aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. The design documentation provides for coating waterproofing of foundation surfaces in contact with the ground, near-foundation and reservoir drainage. The expected draft of the building does not exceed 4 cm. Impact on the surrounding development is not expected.
