 The building of a preschool educational institution (DOE) for 220 places is designed as one-two-three-story with a basement. The building has a complex shape. Height of 1-3 floors - 3,30 m. The maximum height to the top of the parapet of the main three-story volume of the building is 13,270 m. As part of a preschool educational institution for 220 places, 12 group cells are designed (four nurseries with 15 children in each group, and eight preschools with 20 children in each group). Group cells consist of a dressing room, toilet, group, pantry and bedroom. Group cells are designed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, each cell is impassable, conveniently connected to all other necessary premises and has two emergency exits. Four stairwells and an elevator with a carrying capacity of 2 kg for transporting fire departments are designed to rise to the 3nd-1000rd floors. There is one cargo lift from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. In the basement, technical rooms for engineering support of the building are designed. From the basement there are three stairs leading directly to the outside. On the 1st floor of the building, four group rooms for toddlers for 15 people each, a block of medical rooms with a separate external entrance, a catering unit with a separate entrance, a pool room with a 3x7m bath, a security control room, and a laundry room are designed. On the 2nd floor, group rooms for preschool children for 20 people each, halls for gymnastics and music classes with inventory storage rooms, club and administrative premises were designed. On the 3rd floor - group rooms for preschool children for 20 people each, circle and administrative premises. Bathrooms for staff are provided on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. The porches of three entrances to the 1st floor are equipped with ramps with a slope of 1:12,5 (8%) for lifting parents with prams and parents with disabilities. The outer walls are designed from clay bricks, 380 mm thick, insulated with mineral wool slabs, 120 mm thick, and finished with face bricks, 120 mm thick. The external walls of the pool are made of solid clay bricks 380mm thick, insulated with mineral wool board 150mm thick, with an air gap of 20mm and finished with facing bricks 120mm thick. Socle - facing with an artificial stone. Internal load-bearing walls - from solid clay bricks, 380mm thick. Partitions - from hollow clay bricks, 120 mm thick, in wet rooms - from clay solid bricks, 120 mm thick. Filling window openings: metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. The stained-glass windows are filled with a double-glazed window made of transparent glass. Floor covering for group rooms, bedrooms, reception rooms, study rooms, methodical office - homogeneous linoleum, floor for gymnastics - floor covering for sports halls.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The building of the preschool educational institution is divided into 2 blocks by a deformation-sedimentary seam. Building responsibility level - II. The building was designed according to the cross-wall structural scheme. In the central part of the building, two monolithic reinforced concrete columns with a section of 400400mm are provided. External bearing walls - three-layer, made of solid brick 380mm thick M125, mineral wool insulation 120(150)mm thick and outer facing layer made of solid brick 120mm thick, M100, F50. The walls of the stairwells are monolithic reinforced concrete (B25) 180mm thick. The internal walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete (B25) 200mm thick. The internal walls of the above-ground part are solid brick M125 380mm thick. The outer walls of the basement are three-layer, made of monolithic reinforced concrete and an inner layer of insulation, with a total thickness of 670mm (the inner reinforced concrete layer of the basement wall is 380mm thick). Concrete of monolithic outer walls of the basement B25, W6, F100, class A400 reinforcement. Ceilings and roofing - slabs of monolithic reinforced concrete 200mm thick, roofing over the second floor in axes 6-10 / E-L (above the hall for gymnastics) 300mm thick. Ceilings above the pool room and in the column location area rest on monolithic beams with a section of 400600mm. The structure of the pool is a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl made of concrete B25, W6 (wall and bottom thickness - 200mm), based on monolithic reinforced concrete longitudinal walls 230mm thick. The project provides for internal waterproofing of the pool bowl. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and monolithic reinforced concrete platforms. Elevator shafts are made of solid brick 250 mm thick. The spatial rigidity and stability of the sections is ensured by the joint work of the longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls and hard disks of the floors. The foundations are taken on a natural basis, in the form of a foundation slab of monolithic reinforced concrete 500 mm thick. Concrete B25, W6, F100 with reinforcement class A400. Under the foundation slab, a concrete preparation 100 mm thick is provided for compacted sand and gravel preparation 200 mm thick. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 22.24m. The base of the foundations are gravel sands, medium size and dusty, saturated with water EGE-2 - EGE-4 (E = 450-280 kgf / cm2, e = 0,500-0.550). The project provides for pasting waterproofing of concrete surfaces of foundations in contact with the ground, and annular foundation drainage. The estimated draft of the building is 4.3cm. The calculation of the building structures was performed using the Lira 9.4 software package. The project provides for the fencing of the territory in the form of metal lattice panels. Foundations - columnar concrete B20, W6, F100. Negative impact on the surrounding development is not expected.
