Space-planning solutions.

The projected kindergarten for 220 places in accordance with the assignment is located in the courtyard of the house. The building is three-story, the outer walls are reinforced concrete frame filled with solid ceramic bricks, 250 mm thick. lined with ventilated facade. Internal partitions - brick 120 mm. The foundation is monolithic reinforced concrete, the ceilings are reinforced concrete. The preschool includes twelve groups consisting of: four nursery groups and eight older groups. Nursery groups are located on the ground floor and have independent access to the site to the playgrounds. On the ground floor there is: a health-improving swimming pool with a bath measuring 7 by 10 meters in plan for teaching children to swim, a catering unit working on imported raw materials and a medical isolation room. On the second floor there are group rooms, administrative rooms, a hall for music lessons and a hall for sports. On the third floor there are group rooms for the older age category, club rooms, a botany room (winter garden), which can also be used as a psychological unloading room for children. The structural scheme of the building is frame. The mark ± 0.000 corresponds to the mark of the finished floor of the 1st floor. Floor height (from floor to floor) - 3,6 m. The enclosing structures of the storerooms and technical rooms are designed to be fire resistant with a fire resistance rating of EI45, door fillings with a fire resistance rating of EI30. The building is provided with lightning protection (SP 118.13330.2012). The height of the railings for stairs and stained-glass windows is assumed to be 1,5 m. The railings are equipped with handrails and are designed to absorb loads of at least 0,3 kN/m. Protective grilles at least 1,2 m high from the floor are provided on the glazed doors. Opening transoms at a height of 2 m from the floor are used to ventilate the bedrooms.

Constructive decisions.

The foundations are a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. External walls - solid ceramic brick 250 mm thick. on solution M 150. Internal load-bearing walls - reinforced concrete monolithic 160, 200 mm. Partitions - brick 120 mm. Ceilings - monolithic reinforced concrete. Roof - combined, not exploited. The walls of rooms with a wet regime should be made of solid brick M 100. The junctions of walls and columns with the floors of rooms with wet and wet conditions should be rounded. In the pool, the waterproofing of the outer wall should be carried out continuously over the entire surface of the fence and go to adjacent structures for at least the thickness of the wall, as well as to the slopes of window openings to the outer surface of the outer sash. The fastening of the hinged ventilated facade system, depending on the adopted system, should be developed at the stage of "working documentation". To ensure the safe stay of children, the height of the fence of stairs and stained-glass windows is 1.5 m. The windows of the building are two-chamber double-glazed windows with a hard selective coating in aluminum bindings, the windows of the pool are two-chamber double-glazed windows with a soft selective coating in metal-plastic bindings. Porches, ramps and pits are located under the canopies. A parapet is provided along the perimeter of the outer walls above the roof.
