Architectural and space-planning solutions

The kindergarten building is designed as a three-story building with a basement and is designed to accommodate 220 children. The space-planning solution of the building corresponds to the functional-technological solution, where four three-story volumes with group cells and adjoining specialized and related service and amenity premises are allocated. The maximum height of the designed facility from ground level to the top of the parapet is 15,43 m. junior, middle and senior age with a occupancy of 4 children per group). In the basement, a laundry, carpentry workshop and ancillary facilities are designed. On the 2st floor, a vestibule-hall (the main entrance to the building) with a room for security and a sledge-chair room, four group cells for young children from 15 to 8 years old, 2 children each, a swimming pool with a room for warm-ups, medical rooms, catering unit. On the 20nd floor, four group cells of 1 children each for primary preschool age from 1 to 3 years old, halls for music and gymnastic classes, universal clubs and study rooms, rooms for individual work of teachers and staff were designed. On the 15rd floor, four group cells of 2 children each for senior preschool age from 20 to 3 years old, speech therapist and psychologist rooms, offices of the manager, supply manager, methodological office, accounting room are designed. For vertical connection between the floors, there are three L5-type stairs with direct access to the outside, a passenger elevator Q=3 kg and two lifts Q=20 kg (one for the catering unit, the other for the laundry room). The width of the flights of stairs is 1,35 m, the height of the railings of the stairs used by children is 1,5 m with the height of the handrails 0,5 m and 0,9 m. Structural and space-planning solutions

The building was designed in monolithic reinforced concrete structures on a cross-wall system. Internal walls - 180 mm thick. Floor slabs - 180 mm thick, covering slab - 200 mm. External walls: in the underground part - 250 mm thick with waterproofing, above ground level - 180 mm with insulation and finishing. The pool bowl with a depth of 375 to 600 mm is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete: bottom 200 mm thick; walls 230 mm thick with consoles for supporting the floor slab above the basement. Waterproofing - shotcrete plaster with hydrophobic additives. The material of above-ground structures is concrete of class B25, W4, W6 (pool bowl), F100, reinforcement of class A400; A500S. The main load-bearing structures of the building are designed to meet fire resistance requirements in accordance with STO 36554501-006-2006. The calculation of the main load-bearing structures of the building was performed using the Lira 9.6 finite element analysis system. The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The foundation structure is a monolithic reinforced concrete slab - a height-work 40 cm thick on a pile foundation. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete driven piles with a section of 35x35 cm, a length of 8,0 m. At the base of the piles there are silty hard-plastic sandy loam with a total deformation modulus E=140 kg/cm2. The design load on the pile - 40 tf - was adopted based on the results of static sounding of soils. Static load tests of piles are provided. Material of underground structures - concrete class B25, W6; F100, class A400 fittings. Basement waterproofing from groundwater: foundation drainage; the use of high-grade concrete for water resistance for the grillage and the outer walls of the basement, the installation of coating waterproofing of the closed basement contour, the use of waterproofing gaskets in the working seams of concreting. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 5.20.
