There are 8 group blocks in the building. In the basement floor, a block of laundry rooms, a minor repair workshop, a storage room, a temporary storage room for fluorescent lamps, a cable entry room, a technical room for a pool with a control unit, a water meter unit, an ITP, ventilation chambers, a boiler room, a staff dressing room, and bathrooms are designed. On the first floor of the building, nursery group cells, a block of medical premises, a swimming pool with accompanying and service premises, a food block, an office of a supply manager, a security room - a control room, a wheelchair, bathrooms, and an electrical panel room are designed. On the second floor of the building, preschool group cells, a room for cleaning equipment and storage rooms, a gymnastics class with auxiliary rooms, universal club rooms, a ventilation chamber, a staff room, a room for teachers, and accounting are designed. On the third floor of the building, preschool group cells, a room for cleaning equipment and storage rooms, a hall for musical classes with auxiliary rooms, universal club rooms, a ventilation chamber, a methodical office, an office of the manager. All group cells are provided with independent entrances and exits and evacuation routes. Independent entrances are designed to the block of medical premises and the catering department. For communication between floors and evacuation, 2 staircases of the L1 type are designed, which have exits to the territory adjacent to the building and exits to the roof. An evacuation external open staircase was designed. From the basement floor, independent entrances and exits are designed, leading directly to the outside. The building is equipped with 3 cargo lifts with a capacity of 100 kg. Basement outer walls - monolithic reinforced concrete; up to the planning ground level - with expanded polystyrene thermal insulation, above the planning ground level up to the mark of 0,000 - with thermal insulation from mineral wool boards with a finishing layer of porcelain stoneware on mortar. External walls above the 0.000 mark to the bottom of the window openings of the 1st floor are made of porous bricks, with thermal insulation of mineral wool boards with a finishing layer of mortared porcelain stoneware. External walls above the level of window openings on the 1st floor - from aerated concrete blocks with thermal insulation from mineral wool boards with a finishing layer of thin-layer plaster. Partitions and internal walls - brick, from aerated concrete blocks, from plasterboard sheets (GKL and GKLV) on a metal frame with filling voids with mineral wool slabs. Windows - metal-plastic with double-glazed windows and micro-ventilation system. Doors - metal, wooden, in accordance with GOSTs and individual production, glazed and deaf, in the usual, fire and anti-vandal design. Covering - flat, combined, insulated with a roof - from rolled materials. The drain is internal. For finishing the premises of the main purpose, plastering of the walls is provided, followed by painting the walls and ceilings with acrylate paints. In the places where the sinks are installed, there are panels made of glazed ceramic tiles. The walls of rooms with wet and wet operation are faced with glazed ceramic tiles. For decoration of auxiliary, service and technical premises, painting of ceilings and walls with water-based and acrylate paints is provided. Floor covering - ceramic floor tiles, ceramic granite non-slip plates, TZI linoleum, concrete, parquet. On the 1st floor in a number of group rooms and pool block - "warm floors". Suspended ceilings - type "Armstrong". Hemmed ceilings - from sheets GK L or slatted. Canopies above the entrances are made of roofing profiled steel sheet with a polymer coating. Measures are envisaged to ensure the accessibility of buildings for the disabled and people with limited mobility. The main entrance to the building is equipped with a ramp. The ramp has a width of at least 1000 mm, a slope of no more than 8%, the sides are 150 mm high, the coating is solid, non-slip. There is a canopy above the entrance. Ramp and stairs fencing - in 2 levels (0,9 m and 0,75 m), continuous along the entire length, the final part is 0,3 m longer than the march. Doors - entrance, vestibule, on escape routes and possible access of MGN - have a width of at least 0,9 m and have thresholds with a height of not more than 0,25 mm. The depth of the entrance vestibules is at least 1,60 m. The width of the corridors is designed to be at least 1,80 m. Transparent door leafs are made of impact-resistant materials, have contrasting markings and a protective strip along the bottom of the door leaf. On the sidewalks there are places with a lowering of the curb. The slopes of footpaths and sidewalks do not exceed 5% in the longitudinal direction and 1% in the transverse direction.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the structure is II (normal). The construction system of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete, the structural system is columnar, the structural scheme of the building is a full frame. The frame columns are designed according to a grid of 6,20x9,00 m. The cross section of the basement columns is 400x400 mm, 400x600 mm. The bearing inner walls of the basement - the walls of the stairwells, which are stiffening diaphragms - are monolithic reinforced concrete, 160 mm thick. The external load-bearing walls of the basement are monolithic reinforced concrete 200 mm thick. The floor slab above the basement is a monolithic reinforced concrete beam, with a span thickness of 180 mm. Floor beams - monolithic as part of a floor slab, with a section of 1100x400 (b), 1200x400 (b) mm. Basement construction material - class B25, \\^6, P150 concrete. To prevent freezing of the basement, the project provides for insulation along the outer contour to the entire height of the basement walls. Bearing pylons - monolithic reinforced concrete, with a section of 200x420 mm, 200x705 mm, 200x1250 mm - are designed along the outer enclosing contour of the building in typical floors. Ceilings of standard floors and floor slabs - monolithic reinforced concrete beams, with a span thickness of 180 mm. Floor beams - monolithic as part of slabs, with a section of 1100x400 (b), 1200x400 (b) mm. Internal load-bearing walls of standard floors - walls of stairwells, 160 mm thick. The material of the supporting structures of the frame of the ground part is class concrete B25. The outer enclosing walls of the ground part are non-bearing, 300 mm thick, made of aerated concrete AEKOS grade B500, concrete class B2.5, P100. The walls are insulated with mineral wool boards of the PZh-200 brand according to GOST 22950-95, 100 mm thick, followed by plastering. The spatial immutability and stability of the frame is ensured by the joint work of columns, stiffening diaphragms and hard disks of floors and roofs. Stair structures and ventilation blocks - prefabricated reinforced concrete products of B25 class concrete. The spatial calculation of the building frame was carried out in the 8SAE version 11.1 software package, taking into account the influence of the base compliance. The maximum horizontal movement of the top of the building is 1.91 mm, which does not exceed the maximum allowable values. The required fire resistance of reinforced concrete load-bearing structures of residential buildings is confirmed by calculations. Foundations - a monolithic reinforced concrete slab on a natural base. The thickness of the foundation slab is 500 mm made of concrete of class B25, Sh6, P100. The absolute mark of the bottom of the foundation slab is +1.970. The foundation slab is arranged according to concrete preparation with a thickness of 80 mm from concrete of class B7.5. The absolute mark of the bottom of the concrete preparation is +1.890. The side surfaces of the foundation slab and basement walls in contact with the ground are coated with bituminous mastic. The relative mark of 0.000 corresponds to the absolute mark of +5.650. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the base of the foundation slab is EGE-2 (alluvial soils: silty sands with sandy loams, saturated with water), which has the following characteristics: pp = 1,97 t/m3; e=0,702; fp=28°; cn=3,06 kg/cm2; E=140 kg/cm2. The average pressure on the base soil is 0,61 kg/cm. The design resistance of the soil of the base of the foundation slab is 2,83 kg / cm. The calculated resistance of the layer of weak underlying soil EGE-3 is 3,07 kg / cm2. The design load on the base N=6562 t. slab, calculated in the subprogram "CROSS" - 8135 cm, average draft 10,7 cm, heel of the foundation slab - 19,95 °. The maximum level of groundwater should be expected during periods of heavy snowmelt near the day surface at an absolute mark of +3.20. Groundwater is non-aggressive to concrete of normal permeability. The existing development does not fall within the 30-meter zone of influence of the 1st stage of construction. The service life of the load-bearing structures of the structure and the structures of the enclosing walls is at least 50 years.
