Architectural and space-planning solutions

The project documentation on the site provides for the construction of a building of a preschool educational institution (DOE) for 220 places. Designed one-two-three-story building with a basement. The building has a complex shape in plan with maximum dimensions in the axes of 70,20 X 29,98 m. The height of the premises of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors is 3,3 m, the height of the hall for physical education is 4,2 m. The height of the main three-story volume of the building from the planning mark of the ground to the top of the parapet is 13,21 m, the maximum height of the protruding volume of the staircase and the machine room of the elevator from the planning mark to the top of the parapet is 15,51 m. For a relative mark of 0,000, the mark of the finished floor of the 1st floor of the building was taken. As part of a preschool educational institution for 220 places, 12 group cells were designed (2 nursery groups of 15 children in each group, 2 junior preschool groups of 15 children in each group and 8 preschool groups of 20 children in each group). Group cells consist of a dressing room, toilet, group, pantry and bedroom. Group cells are designed on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors, each cell is impassable, conveniently connected to all other necessary premises and has two emergency exits. For lifting from the 1st floor to the 2nd and 3rd floors, four staircases of the L1 type were designed. To ensure vertical communication between the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors, a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 630 kg and a freight elevator with a carrying capacity of 100 kg are provided. In the basement, technical rooms for the engineering support of the building, as well as a technical underground for laying engineering communications, were designed. There are three exits from the basement through the pits to the outside. On the 1st floor, 2 group nursery cells, 2 group preschool cells, a security room, a pram room, a block of medical rooms with a separate external exit, a pool room with a bathtub 3,0 x 7,0 m, catering premises with a separate entrance, laundry and ironing rooms with a separate entrance, electrical panel room with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor, 4 group preschool cells, a hall for physical education with a pantry of inventory, a hall for music classes with a pantry of inventory, a universal circle room, and a server room are designed. On the 3rd floor, 4 group preschool cells, universal study rooms, and administration rooms are designed. A staff room with a shower room and a personal hygiene room are provided on the 2nd floor, sanitary facilities for staff and storage facilities for cleaning equipment are provided on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Finishing of the premises is provided, allowing wet cleaning and disinfection of walls and floors in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises. The railings of the stairs are metal, the height of the railings is 1,5 m, the handrails are at a height of 0,9 m, 0,5 m. The covering is flat, combined, with an organized internal drain. Roofing - roll, a protective layer is provided on the entire roof (filling with gravel). Water intake funnels - with electric heating. The height of the parapet or metal fencing of the roof is at least 0,6 m. Access to the roof is provided from the staircase and through the hatch. Filling of window openings - metal-plastic window blocks with double-glazed windows. Stained-glass windows - aluminum, with two-chamber double-glazed windows. Exterior finishing of facades: basement - cladding with concrete wall stone, walls of above-ground floors - cladding of front brick in two colors. Partitions - brick (in the premises of the pool and basement of solid brick), plastered on both sides. Measures are envisaged to ensure the life of the disabled and other low-mobility groups of the population. A ramp with a slope of 5% is provided on the porch of the main entrance for lifting parents with prams and parents with disabilities to the 1st floor. It is possible to lift disabled parents to the 2nd and 3rd floors by elevator, fireproof zones are designed in the elevator lobbies. On the 1st floor, a universal bathroom for visitors is designed, accessible for the disabled.

Structural and space-planning solutions

Building responsibility level – II (normal). The building of the preschool educational institution was designed according to the cross-wall structural scheme. The internal and external walls of the basement and the technical underground are made of prefabricated concrete blocks for basement walls with a thickness of 400, 600 and 700 mm, with a device for cutting the foundations of a monolithic reinforced concrete belt of class B15 concrete with a height of 220 mm. The internal load-bearing walls of the building are designed with a thickness of 380 mm from ceramic solid brick M150 (in the area of ​​​​the pool and ventilation ducts) and ceramic stone 2,1NF grade M150 on mortar grade M100. The outer walls of the building are multi-layered, with an inner bearing layer 380 mm thick made of 2,1NF ceramic stone or solid brick M150, F50 (in the pool area) on a mortar M100, a layer of mineral wool insulation and an outer layer 120 mm thick made of facing hollow brick M150, F50 on solution M 100. Connection of layers of external walls is provided by flexible connections. Floor and roof slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs with a thickness of 220 mm with sections of monolithic reinforced concrete class B22,5 with a thickness of 220 mm. The ceiling above the pool is designed from prefabricated reinforced concrete flat slabs 160 mm thick. The structure of the pool bowl is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete of class B25, W6, supported by its own monolithic walls 400 mm thick. The thickness of the walls of the pool bowl is 300 mm, the bottom is 200 mm. Stair structures - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms. The spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of the internal and external walls, united by the rigid disks of the floors. Structural calculations are performed analytically using the main regulatory documents. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 11.00. The foundations of the building are piled. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete, section 35 x 35 cm, length 10 m, made of class B25, W4, F100 concrete, immersed in the ground by pressing. Grillages - tape, 450 mm high, made of monolithic reinforced concrete class B20, W4, F100. Under the grillage, crushed stone preparation with a thickness of 200 mm is provided. In accordance with the technical report on engineering and geological surveys, the supporting layer for piles is the EGE-6 and EGE-7 soils - gray silty sandy loam with nests of sand with gravel, pebbles, plastic and hard (E = 120-160 kg / cm2; IL = 0,2 .0,15 ÷ -XNUMX). The allowable design load on the pile is 70 tf, which is taken according to the calculation and confirmed by tests of the piles with a static load. The expected settlement of foundations is 7,5 cm. The design documentation provides for coating waterproofing of surfaces in contact with the ground, and foundation drainage. Along the edge of the foundation, horizontal waterproofing of brick walls is provided. A survey of the surrounding buildings has been completed. The TP building, which is assigned to the second category of technical condition, falls into the 30-meter zone of influence of the construction. For the entire period of work, monitoring of the condition of buildings falling within the zone of influence of construction is provided.
