Description and justification of the external and internal view of the capital construction object, its spatial, planning and functional organization

The functional purpose of the facility being designed is a general kindergarten for 260 children (12 groups) with a swimming pool (class F1.1 in accordance with Article 32 of Federal Law No. 22.07.2008-FZ dated July 123, XNUMX "Technical Regulations on Fire Safety Requirements"). The building of the kindergarten was designed in a residential area on a separate territory, remote from urban transport highways, garages, parking lots, utilities and industrial enterprises. The space-planning solution for a general type kindergarten is taken as a separate three-story building with a basement and a flat roof with an internal drainage system, in terms of 59400x29200mm, 15m high. The building was designed from three combined regular-shaped volumes at the base with a rectangular outline. At the ends of the building, blocks of a section of group cells are symmetrically placed, united by a central section, in the volume of which there is a kitchen, a swimming pool, a gym, a music class, and administrative and utility rooms and related premises. The principal model of the functional structure of the kindergarten is adopted in such a way that group cells are distributed along the periphery of the building, having a good front of natural light, and specialized and related premises are located in the center of the building while maintaining convenient connections with each group cell. This ensures the principle of group isolation of cells. The composition and area of the main premises of a group cell for a general kindergarten are adopted according to SanPiN 2.4.1.3049-13 "Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the arrangement, maintenance and organization of the working hours of preschool educational organizations" Appendix No. 1, Table.1. Two distributed emergency exits are provided from each group cell. The functional structure of the kindergarten is determined by the contingent of the institution and the ratio of age groups: 4 groups of young children from 2 to 3 years old and 8 groups of preschool children from 3 to 7 years old. On the ground floor (elev. 0,000) there are: 4 group cells for young children. Each group is designed for 15 seats and has a separate entrance to the playground from other groups. Group cells include: dressing rooms, bedrooms, games, pantry and toilet facilities. On the second floor there are: 4 isolated group cells for preschool children from 3 to 5 years old with dressing rooms, bedrooms, playrooms, pantry and toilet facilities. Each group has 25 seats. On the third floor there are 4 isolated group cells for children of the senior and preparatory groups from 5 to 7 years old with dressing rooms, bedrooms, games, pantry and toilet facilities. Each group has 25 seats. In addition to the group cells on the ground floor, there are: a catering unit with auxiliary rooms and storage rooms (the catering unit has a separate entrance for loading products and personnel entry); medical block with a separate entrance from the corridor; pool; security room (fire post) with a place of video surveillance; switchboard. The catering unit works on raw materials with a full technological cycle of production. The space-planning solutions of the catering unit provide for a sequence of technological processes that exclude the oncoming flows of raw materials and finished products. The catering unit has the following set of premises: a hot shop, a distribution room, a cold shop, a meat and fish shop, a primary vegetable processing shop, a kitchen utensils washing room, a pantry for dry products, a pantry for vegetables, a room with refrigeration equipment, a loading room and other rooms. The block of medical premises consists of: medical and treatment rooms and a bathroom with a place for preparing disinfectant solutions. The pool area has a second light. The pool bath size is 4 x 7m. Water depth from 0,6 to 0,8m. Ancillary rooms are located nearby: two dressing rooms and showers, an instructor's room, a pool nurse's room with a water analysis laboratory and a pool control unit, other technical rooms related to pool maintenance. A corridor 1,8 m wide, passing in the middle of the building, separates the catering unit and the pool premises from the medical unit. It connects two emergency exits at the ends of the building. The area of the 1st floor is about 1340m, the height is 3,0m. (from the floor to the bottom of the ceiling). On the second floor, in addition to group cells, there are: a gym for sports, a multi-sensory room, psychologist's and speech therapist's offices, laundry, ironing and storage rooms and other rooms. A trainer's room with a shower room, two locker rooms and a pantry for storing sports equipment were designed at the gym. The area of the 2nd floor is 1143m, the height is 3,0m. (from the floor to the bottom of the ceiling). On the third floor, in addition to group cells, there are: a music class with a pantry for storing inventory, a circle room, an office for a visiting teacher, a methodological office, offices for the head, deputy. manager and supply manager, accounting and other premises. The area of the 3rd floor is 1200 m, the height is 3,0 m. (from the floor to the bottom of the ceiling). The vertical connection between the aboveground floors of the kindergarten is carried out: through four stairwells, four external open metal stairs, a passenger elevator with a carrying capacity of 400 kg (passenger elevator PP-0411Sh produced by the Shcherbinsky Elevator Plant) and three cargo lifts (small freight elevator PG-0125 produced by the Shcherbinsky Elevator Building Plant). factory). One cargo lift is designed to transport food, the other two - to transport clean and dirty linen. All lifts have a load capacity of 100kg. On the technical (basement) floor (elev. -3,100) there are: technical rooms for laying engineering communications of the building, input units for heat and water supply, pumping stations, ventilation chambers, and a sewer outlet room. The area of the basement floor is 1344 m, the height is 2,8 m (from the floor to the bottom of the ceiling).

Justification of the adopted space-spatial and architectural planning decisions, including in terms of compliance with the limiting parameters of the permitted construction of a capital construction object

Volumetric-spatial and architectural-planning decisions of the building are made on the basis of the features and purpose of the building, the fulfillment of sanitary and fire safety requirements and the creation of maximum usability and safety, and in combination with the surrounding buildings. The surrounding buildings are represented by 3-5 storey buildings. The projected kindergarten building is a three-storey building with a technical underground. Overall dimensions in the plan in the axes: 59,400 x 29,200m. The height of the technical (basement) floor is 2,8 m clean. The height of the 1st floor is 3,0m when clear. The height of the 2st floor is 3,0m when clear. The height of the 3st floor is 3,0m when clear. The height of the parapet above the exit to the roof is +13,100. The constructive scheme of the building is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame (columns, walls and ceilings). Ceilings and coverings in the building - monolithic reinforced concrete. The outer walls are made of multilayer with enclosing structures made of foam concrete. Outside, the walls are insulated with mineral wool slabs with a suspended facade made of fiber cement slabs. In the basement, the external load-bearing walls are made of monolithic reinforced concrete 400 mm thick, insulated with Penoplex-35 -100 mm slabs. Partitions are made of red brick 120mm. The supporting frame of the building is monolithic reinforced concrete. Columns (pylons) - monolithic reinforced concrete. Overlappings and covering - monolithic reinforced concrete. Stairwells - monolithic reinforced concrete. The elevator shaft is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, the lift shafts are made of brick. Filling window openings - window blocks made of PVC profiles filled with 2-chamber double-glazed windows. Filling of doorways - wooden and metal door blocks. The roof is flat, not exploited, with internal drainage. Roof - rolled. The foundation is tape. The stability of the building in the longitudinal and transverse directions is ensured by the joint work of monolithic reinforced concrete frame elements with rigid junctions in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete longitudinal and transverse walls and ceilings. The building is provided with dispersed emergency exits in the required quantity. For the evacuation of people, four evacuation staircases are provided, with this: All group cells have two dispersed evacuation exits; From the first floor of the group cells, exits are provided directly to the outside, as well as through corridors and lobbies; The pool room has two emergency exits directly to the common corridor; The room of the music class and the gym also has two dispersed exits to two stairwells through the corridor. Distances along evacuation routes inside the building do not exceed the normative ones and are calculated along the axis of the evacuation passage. The fire resistance limits of building structures are set in such a way as to limit the spread of fire as much as possible, to ensure the performance of work related to the evacuation and rescue of people, as well as fire extinguishing (the fire resistance limits of building structures exceed the time of evacuation of people). Access for people with limited mobility is carried out to the premises on the 1st floor, including a bathroom for MGN. The entrance for the disabled is equipped from the side of the main facade of the building. The entrance is equipped with a ramp with a slope of 1:20.

Description and justification of the compositional techniques used in the design of facades and interiors of a capital construction object

The color scheme of the facades is carried out in warm colors, using pastel shades of green and yellow. The color scheme is based on the shades of new buildings. External escape stairs are covered with decorative blue tiles with cutouts to allow natural light to enter the shaded windows. Slabs of the same color also highlight other key elements of the facades. The outer walls are equipped with ventilation facade systems with fiber cement boards. Paint according to RAL catalog: 243 232 151, RAL 232 199 127, RAL 186 210 78, RAL 132 159 59, RAL 89 157 212. The plinth of the building is tiled with porcelain tiles (RAL 4077) on a waterproof glue. Concrete tiles with anti-slip treatment are used on porches, entrances and ramps. Metal fences of external entrance platforms and stairs are made of brushed stainless steel.
