Architectural and space-planning solutions

 Pre-school educational (DOE) is designed for 140 places with the following group composition: 2 groups of early age (from 1 to 2 years old) with 15 children in each; 2 first junior groups (from 2 to 3 years old), also 15 children each; 1 second junior group (from 3 to 4 years old) for 20 children; 1 middle group (from 4 to 5 years old) for 20 children; 1 senior group (from 5 to 6 years old) for 20 children; 1 preparatory group for school (from 6 to 7 years old) for 20 children. The building of the preschool educational institution is designed as a 3-storey building, with a basement, of complex polygonal shape in plan, with maximum dimensions in the axes of 43,1x36,3 m. 12,70 m. From the side of the prospect along the facade, 15,75 entrance groups for children are designed. From the side of the street there are 3 entrance groups. The height of the 1st floor (from the finished floor to the finished floor of the 2nd floor) is 3.3 m, except for the pool area. In this part of the floor, the height is 3.9 m. The height of the 2nd and 3rd floors is 3.3 m. The technical premises of the catering unit are located in the basement. The exit from the basement is provided directly to the outside. The following premises were designed on the ground floor of the preschool educational institution building: a swimming pool with utility and technical rooms, a catering unit, premises for 2 groups of young children, a medical unit, a pram room and places for wheelchairs (at the entrance), a security post, a bathroom for the disabled. In each group cell, a dressing room, a pantry, a playroom, a bedroom and a toilet are designed. On the second floor are designed: premises for 3 younger groups of children, a methodical office, a manager's office, a supply manager's office, a staff room with a living room and a bathroom, a classroom, a teacher's room, a gym with a pantry, a laundry room with pantries for dirty and clean linen and an ironing room, a methodical office, pantry cleaning equipment. On the third floor are designed: rooms for 1 middle group of children, for 1 younger group of children, for 1 preparatory group of children, a music room with utility rooms, 2 universal club rooms, a speech therapist's office, a psychologist's office, a room for individual work with a child, a carpenter's room, sanitary facilities for personnel, control room, utility rooms. Group cells, designed on 3 floors (one below the other), form a block - section with rooms that repeat in area and purpose. Ventilation chambers and an elevator machine room are designed at the roof level. In the building of the preschool educational institution, 4 dispersed evacuation staircases of type L1, a lift Q = 100 kg and two elevators Q = 630 kg and Q = 400 kg were designed. Finishing of facades is provided from a ceramic smooth finishing brick. Doors - metal-plastic with glazing from double-glazed windows. Windows - metal-plastic, with double-glazed windows, with transoms. Roofing - rolled (TPO membrane). The cover is flat. The drain is internal. The internal partitions are designed from bricks and GVL sheets (GVLV in wet rooms). The project documentation provides for measures to ensure the accessibility of the facility for people with limited mobility, including wheelchair users. In places where sidewalks intersect with a carriageway or other sidewalk, a curbstone is to be lowered. Designed normative longitudinal and transverse slopes on the paths of pedestrian traffic. For access of wheelchair users to the first floor of the preschool educational institution, a ramp with a fence was designed. The surface of ramps, porches and corridors is provided with non-slip materials.  

Structural and space-planning solutions

 The level of responsibility of the building is II, normal. The building was designed according to the cross-wall structural scheme. The outer walls of the building are multi-layered with an inner bearing layer of solid clay brick M150 on a mortar grade M75 380 mm thick, a layer of insulation made of mineral wool boards 120 mm thick and an outer layer of facing bricks M150, F75 on a mortar grade M75 120 mm thick. The connection of the layers of the outer walls is carried out on flexible connections made of basalt-plastic reinforcement. Along the perimeter of the building at the floor level, monolithic reinforced concrete belts made of class B 20 concrete with thermal breaks for supporting the outer non-bearing layer are provided. The internal load-bearing walls of the building are designed with a thickness of 380 mm from solid clay bricks M150 on mortar grade M75. The basement walls are designed from concrete foundation blocks 400 mm thick, with a monolithic reinforced concrete belt of class B20 concrete. Ceilings and roofing - prefabricated reinforced concrete multi-hollow slabs 220 mm thick with monolithic sections of class B20 concrete. The ceiling above the pool is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete class B20 with a thickness of 200 mm. The pool bowl is designed from monolithic reinforced concrete class B25, W6, wall thickness 230 mm, bottom 250 mm. The bowl is supported on monolithic basement walls 300 mm thick. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete steps on steel stringers and monolithic platforms. Ventilation chambers with walls made of aerated concrete blocks and profiled flooring on steel beams are designed on the roof of the building. Elevator shafts - from monolithic reinforced concrete of class B 25. Spatial rigidity and stability of the building is ensured by the joint work of transverse and longitudinal load-bearing walls and hard disks of floors and roofing. The load-bearing structures of the building were calculated using the SCAD software package version 11.1. The foundations of the building are piled. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete (B 20, W6, F75), section 300 x 300 mm, length 7,5 m from the bottom of the grillage. Pile driving is provided by indentation in order to exclude noise impact during work. The design load on the pile was taken based on the results of static sounding and is 87 tf. The allowable design load on the pile will be verified by static pile testing prior to mass pile driving. Grillage - tape, from monolithic reinforced concrete of class B 25, W6, F75, 500 mm high, united by a basement floor slab 200 mm thick. The connection of piles with grillage is rigid. Under the grillage, concrete preparation is provided from concrete of class B 7,5 with a thickness of 100 mm. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 6,62. In accordance with the report on engineering and geological surveys, the tip of the piles is immersed in the EGE 6 soil - dusty gray dense sands saturated with water (E \u280d 2 kgf / cm0,550, e \u17d XNUMX). Expected draft XNUMX mm. The project provides for the use of low-permeability concrete, waterproofing of surfaces in contact with the ground. The project provides for the fencing of the territory. Fencing elements are made in steel structures. Fencing posts with a pitch of 1,0 and 1,8 m are rigidly embedded in columnar foundations made of monolithic reinforced concrete of class B20, W6, F75. The noise screen of the territory fencing is designed with noise-absorbing panels and with translucent noise-reflecting panels. Racks with a height of 5,0 and 4,5 m and horizontal elements - from rolled steel profiles, the pitch of the racks is 3,07 m. The racks are fixed to the foundations - rigid. The foundations for the racks are piled. Piles - bored, with a diameter of 630 mm, a length of 9,0 m, made of concrete of class B20, W6, F75, arranged under the protection of the casing.
