The institution is designed for 1 nursery group and 4 preschool groups (2 groups from 3-5 years old, 2 groups from 5-7 years old). The total number of places is 90 children. The occupancy of groups is 12-20 children. The planning structure of the building provides for functional zoning and the principle of group isolation. Group cells are isolated, they are the main place of stay for children of each specific children's group with the implementation of basic group and individual activities with children, games, recreational activities, rest, daytime sleep, dressing and feeding, in accordance with the sanitary and hygienic requirements of SP 3231. Each group cell includes the following premises: for toddlers (up to 3 years old) - reception, playroom, bedroom, pantry, toilet; for preschool children (from 3 to 7 years old) - dressing room, group room, bedroom, pantry, toilet. The preschool educational institution provides specialized premises for working with children: a hall for physical education; room for music lessons; universal circle rooms; a room for training sessions for children from 5 to 7 years old; pool. On the first floor of the preschool educational institution there is a medical unit, a food unit operating on raw materials, with a cargo lift, near the distribution room. On the second floor there are two group cells for preschool children from 3 to 5 years old, a gym for sports activities, a computer class, office and amenity premises. On the third floor there are two group cells for preschool children aged 6-7, a hall for music lessons and service and administrative premises. In the basement there are technical rooms, including: a water metering unit, an individual heat point, a cable entry room, a pumping station room, a pool water treatment room, as well as utility rooms.

The projected building of a general type preschool educational institution for 90 places has a complex shape approximate in plan to a rectangle, with dimensions in the axes 1-11 - 38,1 m; in axes A-L - 26,1 m.
