Architectural and space-planning solutions

A three-story frame-panel preschool building with a basement and no attic was designed. The main volume of the building is a two-story rectangular in plan, with dimensions in the axes of 62,3x23,0 m, with a main entrance coordinator on the southern facade, with attached brick vestibules on the eastern and western facades and a one-story volume protruding by 5,3 m in the eastern half of the northern facade . The height of the top of the parapets from the ground level of unevenly high parts of the building is 5,37 m; 8,27 m; 11,96 m. Maximum height - exits to the roof from the LC - 15,07 m. External walls - prefabricated reinforced concrete panels with mineral wool insulation on the outside, mesh plastering and painting in several colors. Lining of the plinth and pits - ceramic tiles on the grid. Partitions - aerated concrete and brick. Window fillings - PVC blocks (GOST 30674) with double-glazed windows. Door fillings - individual and PVC blocks according to GOST 30970-2002. Canopies over the entrances - polycarbonate sheet covering on steel structures. Coatings - flat combined, with internal drains, from LK coatings - external organized drains, roofs - rolled. The building has been designed: three L1-type staircases with direct exits to the outside, a 1 and 0 kg cargo-passenger elevator adapted for use by fire departments, a 100 kg cargo elevator connecting the catering unit with the floors. In the basement, rooms are designed: engineering and technical, for wiring engineering networks, a laundry room, a janitor and a carpentry workshop, and storerooms. Entrances to the basement are through pits on the northern and western facades. On the ground floor, the following are designed: a vestibule group of premises, four blocks of group premises, a kitchen block, blocks of premises for a swimming pool and a medical center, a staff bathroom and a universal bathroom, and an electrical panel room. On the second floor: four blocks of group rooms, a gym with an inventory room, a music lessons room with a stage and an inventory room, administration rooms, offices of a senior educator, a psychologist, a staff bathroom. On the third floor: two blocks of group rooms, a circle room, a staff room with a bathroom. Floor coverings are provided in accordance with the functional purpose of the premises, including in the dry swimming hall and group rooms on the ground floor - with heating. The floor covering in the gym is a special seamless polyurethane. Access to the building for disabled people in wheelchairs and parents with children in wheelchairs is provided using four ramps and an elevator with an internal cabin size of 2100x1100 mm. There are safety zones for the disabled in case of fire.

Structural and space-planning solutions

The level of responsibility of the building is normal. The building was designed in a bonded frame of the 1.022 KL-2 series from prefabricated prefabricated reinforced concrete elements produced by CJSC T-Beton. Columns - prefabricated reinforced concrete, with a section of 400 × 400 mm, with support shoes manufactured by Peikko LLC according to TU 5285-001-94677387-2009, made of concrete B40, maximum grid of columns 6 × 8 m. Crossbars - prefabricated reinforced concrete tee section 45 high cm with a span of 6,0 m; 60 cm high - with a span of up to 8,0 m. Stiffness diaphragms - prefabricated reinforced concrete 140 mm thick. Ceilings and roofing - from prefabricated reinforced concrete bonded slabs of the "trough type" and ordinary hollow flooring 220 mm thick. In the design of the coating, translucent lights are provided above the premises of the hall for music lessons, the wards of the medical block and the toilet rooms. External self-supporting walls - in the form of prefabricated reinforced concrete wall panels 120 mm thick with external insulation and subsequent plastering. The outer walls of the basement are made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25; W8; F100, 300 mm thick with an outer layer of insulation. Rigidity, stability and geometric immutability of the building are provided by rigid pinching of columns in the foundation, joint work of frames and stiffening diaphragms, hard disks of floors and roofing. The rigidity of the disk of floors and roofing is ensured by the installation of spacer plates along the axes of the columns, which have a welded connection with crossbars. Pools - a monolithic reinforced concrete bowl made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25, W8 (bottom thickness 200 - 400 mm along beams 300500 (h) mm, wall thickness 200 mm) on racks with a section of 300 × 300 mm. Design solutions provide for internal waterproofing of the pool bowl. The floor slab above the basement in the pool area is made of monolithic reinforced concrete B25 with a thickness of 200 mm. Stairs - prefabricated reinforced concrete marches and platforms based on prefabricated reinforced concrete beams. The walls of the elevator shafts are prefabricated reinforced concrete 150 mm thick. The relative mark of 0,000 corresponds to the absolute mark of 4.55. The load-bearing structures were calculated using the LIRA 9.6 software package. The foundations are taken on a pile basis. Piles - prefabricated reinforced concrete, immersed by the indentation method, 11 m long, with a section of 35 × 35 cm, (abs. elev. pile bottom minus 9.60). Concrete piles B25; W8; F150. The calculated pile load of 73 tf was adopted according to static sounding data and confirmed by the results of pre-design tests of soils with driven reinforced concrete piles. Grillage - in the form of a monolithic reinforced concrete slab 250 mm thick with thickenings up to 750 mm in the areas of operation on piles of piles, made of concrete B25, W8, F100.
